Description

Tracheal catheter
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a tracheal catheter.
Background
An endotracheal tube is a medical device inserted into the trachea of a patient to create a temporary artificial respiratory pathway for the patient, particularly for patients who cannot breathe spontaneously.
In the prior art, a tracheal catheter is fixed in a trachea of a patient by an air bag, the air bag is an integral air bag, the air bag is inflated moderately, the internal pressure of the air bag is generally not higher than 4KPa (30mmHg), the air bag is damaged by pressure due to overhigh inflation, the air bag cannot be well fixed and sealed due to insufficient inflation, and secretions, body fluid and the like enter the lung of the patient through gaps.
However, because the cross section of the trachea of the patient is not regular round, the inflated air bag cannot ensure that all parts are well attached to the periphery of the trachea, and the sealing effect cannot be ensured; if the sealing effect is ensured by increasing the pressure of the air bag, pressure damage to the trachea can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an endotracheal tube, which solves the technical problems that the integral balloon of the conventional endotracheal tube cannot ensure a good sealing fit with the trachea and cannot avoid pressure damage to the trachea under the condition of ensuring good sealing.
The tracheal catheter comprises a catheter body and an air bag arranged at the front end of the catheter body, wherein the air bag comprises an annular columnar main air bag sleeved outside the catheter body, a plurality of arc-shaped air bags are bonded on the outer annular surface of the annular columnar main air bag, the adjacent surfaces of the adjacent arc-shaped air bags are bonded together, the annular columnar main air bag and each arc-shaped air bag are provided with independent inflation tubes, each inflation tube is combined together to form a tracheal bundle and fixed on the catheter body, and the tail end of each inflation tube is provided with an inflation joint; a piezoelectric film sensor is stuck on the outer arc surface of each arc-shaped air bag, signal output lines of the piezoelectric film sensors are combined together to form a wiring harness which is fixed on the catheter body, and a signal connector is arranged at the tail end of the wiring harness.
Furthermore, the endotracheal tube still include the drainage tube, the drainage tube is including fixing on the pipe body and being located the annular imbibition head of annular column main gasbag upper end, being connected with annular imbibition head and fixing the imbibition body on the pipe body and setting up the adapter joint at the imbibition body end, evenly arranged a plurality of suction holes on the annular imbibition head.
Further, the display is connected with the signal connector.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the tracheal catheter is characterized in that the plurality of arc-shaped air bags are arranged on the outer annular surface of the circular cylindrical main air bag, after pressure gas is introduced into the circular cylindrical main air bag, the pressure condition of each part of the circular cylindrical main air bag in contact with the trachea of a patient can be known through electric signals transmitted from the piezoelectric film sensors on the arc-shaped air bags, and the trachea of the patient is not regularly round, so that when the contact pressure of some parts of the circular cylindrical main air bag in contact with the trachea of the patient reaches the design pressure, the contact pressure of some parts of the circular cylindrical main air bag in contact with the trachea of the patient does not reach the design value, and the corresponding arc-shaped air bag can be inflated to enable the pressure to reach the design value.
The tracheal catheter can ensure that all parts of the air bag can be well attached to the trachea of a patient, ensure the sealing effect, avoid mucus from entering the airway, and avoid the technical problems of polyp or perforation and the like caused by pressure damage to the trachea of the patient due to overlarge pressure of the air bag.
2. The tracheal catheter provided by the invention can fully drain mucus lakes around the air bag by arranging the drainage tube, so that mucus can be further better prevented from entering an air passage.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in the figure, the tracheal catheter in the embodiment comprises a catheter body 1 and an air bag arranged at the front end of the catheter body, wherein the air bag comprises an annular columnar main air bag 2 sleeved outside the catheter body, a plurality of arc-shaped air bags 3 are bonded on the outer annular surface of the annular columnar main air bag, the adjacent surfaces of the adjacent arc-shaped air bags are bonded together, the annular columnar main air bag and each arc-shaped air bag are provided with independent inflation tubes 4, each inflation tube is combined together to form a tracheal bundle and fixed on the catheter body, and the tail end of each inflation tube is provided with an inflation joint 5; a piezoelectric film sensor 6 is adhered to the outer arc surface of each arc-shaped air bag, signal output lines of the piezoelectric film sensors are combined together to form a wiring harness which is fixed on the catheter body, and a signal connector 7 is arranged at the tail end of the wiring harness.
As a modification to the above embodiment, the endotracheal tube further includes a display 12 connected to the signal connector. The endotracheal tube in this embodiment only needs to be connected to the display 12 when in use, and the display is used to display the detection values of the respective piezoelectric film sensors. Of course, if the automatic inflation device is used to inflate each airbag, the signal connector 7 can be connected with the controller of the automatic inflation device, and the controller can automatically control the inflation device to inflate the airbag with insufficient pressure according to the signals sent by each piezoelectric film sensor.
When the trachea catheter is used in the embodiment, the circular cylindrical main airbag is inflated firstly, and after pressure gas is introduced into the circular cylindrical main airbag, electric signals transmitted by piezoelectric film sensors on the arc airbags can be read out from a display, so that the pressure condition of each part of the circular cylindrical main airbag in contact with the trachea of a patient can be known. Because the trachea of the patient is not regularly round, the contact pressure of certain parts of the circular cylindrical main airbag and the trachea of the patient reaches the design pressure, and the contact pressure of other parts of the circular cylindrical main airbag and the trachea of the patient does not reach the design value, and then the arc-shaped airbag with the corresponding insufficient pressure can be inflated to enable the pressure to reach the design value.
Tracheal catheter in this embodiment can guarantee that each position of gasbag and patient's trachea can both be good laminating, guarantees sealed effect, avoids the mucus to get into the air flue to can avoid gasbag pressure too big to cause the pressure nature damage polyp or perforation technical problem such as appearance to patient's trachea.
As an improvement to the above embodiment, the endotracheal tube further comprises a drainage tube, the drainage tube comprises an annular liquid suction head 8 fixed on the tube body and positioned at the upper end of the annular cylindrical main balloon, a tube suction body 9 connected with the annular liquid suction head and fixed on the tube body, and an adapter joint 10 arranged at the tail end of the tube suction body, and a plurality of suction holes 11 are uniformly arranged on the annular liquid suction head.
This improvement can carry out abundant drainage to "mucus lake" around the gasbag through setting up the drainage tube, can further better avoid mucus to get into the air flue.
Finally, the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made to the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, and all of them should be covered in the claims of the present invention.
