Referring to fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a continuous sustained release drug delivery indwelling tube having a controller, including a sustained release tube body 1 having a hollow tube cavity, a drug injection tube 2, and a drug storage bag 3, the sustained release tube body 1 having a first tube wall 11 and a second tube wall 12 located outside the first tube wall 11, wherein the second tube wall 12 is a sustained release membrane, a sustained release cavity 13 is formed between the first tube wall 11 and the second tube wall 12, the sustained release cavity 13 is communicated with the drug storage bag 3 through the drug injection tube 2, the drug storage bag 3 is located in the controller 5, the controller 5 is configured to be able to adjust the drug storage bag 3 to force out a drug solution in the drug storage bag 3 at a preset drug injection pressure or drug injection speed, the drug solution enters the drug injection tube 2 and oozes to the outside thereof via the second tube wall 12. According to the technical scheme, through the design of the medicine storage bag 3 and the slow release cavity 13, medical staff can realize the purposes of multi-point puncture and repeated puncture in the prior art by only puncturing once, the medicine liquid in the medicine storage bag 3, the medicine injection pipe 2 and the slow release cavity 13 can slowly permeate and seep to the detained target tissue of a patient through the second pipe wall 12, the pipe length of the slow release cavity 13 can cover a larger medicine administration area, multi-point puncture and repeated puncture of a patient with a wide medicine administration range are not needed, so that pain in the medical process of the patient is reduced, the medical experience of the patient is improved, and in addition, the regulation and control of the medicine injection pressure or the medicine injection speed of the medicine liquid in the medicine storage bag 3 are realized through the controller 5 in the technical scheme, so that the medicine administration amount can be accurately controlled. It can be understood that the medicine storage bag 3 is provided with a medicine injection port so as to realize the medicine liquid supplement of the medicine storage bag 3. The first pipe wall 11 is made of an impermeable film, so that the liquid medicine is prevented from penetrating into the hollow cavity of the slow-release pipe body 1.
Preferably, the medicine storage bag 3 is made of elastic material, specifically, for example, one of silica gel, rubber, latex or nylon, wherein the wall thickness of the silica gel is 0.2-0.4mm, the shore softness is 30, and the medicine storage bag can be made by injection molding or bonding process, has good elasticity, stable product performance and transparent color, and is beneficial for operators to observe the condition of medicine liquid in the bag; the wall thickness of the formable rubber is 0.5-0.8mm, the Shore softness is 40, the formable rubber can be manufactured by adopting an injection molding or bonding process, the formable rubber has general elasticity, rough appearance and high hardness, is white, and can not observe the condition of liquid medicine in the bag; the latex can be formed with the wall thickness of 0.2-1mm and the Shore softness of 20-30, can be manufactured by adopting an injection molding or bonding process, has moderate elasticity, is not fine and smooth in appearance, is semitransparent, and has poor shaping effect; the nylon formable wall thickness is 0.2-0.6mm, can be manufactured by adopting an adhesion process, has poor elasticity and is semitransparent, so that the medicine storage bag 3 is preferably manufactured by adopting silica gel.

Preferably, the injection tube 2 is integrally connected with the sustained release tube body 1 to prevent leakage of the liquid medicine at the joint. The interface between the drug injection tube 2 and the slow release tube body 1 should be positioned in the target indwelling tissue when the indwelling tube is applied so as to prevent the drug solution from leaking out to the outer side of the skin of the human body when the slow release drug is applied.
The inner core 4 is made of a hard medical material, and has a syringe interface 41 at a first end (i.e., an end located outside the human body) to connect a syringe to inject the medical fluid directly through the inner core.
Preferably, the medicine injection tube 2 is communicated with the medicine storage bag 3 through a connecting tube 21, the connecting tube 21 is a flexible tube, and the connecting tube 21 has flexibility, so that the medicine injection tube can facilitate the selection of the medicine injection angle of medical staff when medicine is injected into the medicine storage bag 3.
As a more preferable embodiment, the outer periphery of the slow release tube body 1 may be optionally sleeved with a slow release administration positioning film sleeve (not shown in the figure), the slow release administration positioning film sleeve is provided with a through hole, the slow release administration positioning film sleeve outside the through hole can prevent the liquid medicine in the slow release tube body 1 from exuding, and the through hole can allow the liquid medicine in the slow release tube body 1 to exude, so that the liquid medicine in the slow release tube body 1 can be positioned, so that the slow release tube body is suitable for the situation that some punctiform lesions need continuous administration.
