Background
A heating incombustible tobacco product, also called low-temperature tobacco, is a novel tobacco product combining a smoking set and a cigarette cartridge, and the cut tobacco processed into the cigarette cartridge is heated to a certain temperature by utilizing a special heating smoking set, so that the cut tobacco is heated to a degree of adequately emitting smoke for people to absorb. Compared with the traditional cigarette, the cigarette has the same advantages that real tobacco is used, nicotine intake and 'smoke flavor' required by consumers can be provided, but different from the traditional cigarette, the heating non-combustible smoking tool avoids a plurality of harmful substances such as tar and the like generated by the common cigarette at high temperature of 600-800 ℃ when the common cigarette is ignited for smoking, and reduces the harm of smoking to human bodies. However, the prior art has many disadvantages of non-combustible heating cigarette, such as the cigarette cartridge needs to be manually replenished every time a cigarette is smoked, and the cigarette cartridge needs to be manually taken out after smoking is finished, so that the cigarette is inconvenient for customers to use; the cigarette bullet is independently preserved, wets easily after unsealing, is difficult to preserve, and long-time placing can influence the taste.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stepping automatic feeding heating non-combustion smoking set aiming at the defects, and solves the problems that the smoking set needs to be manually supplemented every time a cigarette is smoked, the cigarette needs to be manually taken out after smoking is finished, the cigarette is not easy to store and the like in the prior art. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a stepping automatic feeding heating non-combustion smoking set comprises a filter tip 1, an upper shell 2, a lower shell 3, a bottom cover 4, a heating device, a feeding device and a withdrawing device; the filter tip 1, the upper shell 2, the lower shell 3 and the bottom cover 4 are connected in sequence; a heating device is arranged inside the lower shell 3; a bullet feeding device is arranged below the heating device; and one side of the heating device is provided with a bullet withdrawing device. According to the structure, the filter tip 1, the upper shell 2, the lower shell 3 and the bottom cover 4 are connected in sequence to form an external structure of the heating non-combustion smoking set; a heating device is arranged in the lower shell 3, a bullet feeding device is arranged below the heating device, and a bullet withdrawing device is arranged on one side of the heating device; when the cigarette bullet feeding device is used, the cigarette bullets are automatically pushed into the heating device by the bullet feeding device, the heating device is started, the heating device heats the cigarette bullets, and smoke is generated and is absorbed by customers; after the smoking is finished, the used cigarette bullet is ejected out of the heating device by the bullet ejecting device, and meanwhile, a new cigarette bullet is automatically supplemented into the heating device by the bullet feeding device for the next direct use; a plurality of cigarette bullets can be accommodated in the bullet feeding device, so that the function of continuous automatic bullet feeding is realized; the problem of every cigarette of the heating of prior art not burning smoking set need manual supplementary cigarette bullet and be difficult for taking out the cigarette bullet is solved.
Further, the heating device comprises an upper heating plate 5, a lower heating plate and a heating cavity; an outlet is arranged on the lower shell 3; a lower heating plate is arranged in the outlet; an upper heating plate 5 is arranged right above the lower heating plate; a heating cavity is formed between the upper heating plate 5 and the lower heating plate. According to the structure, the lower shell 3 is provided with an outlet, the outlet is internally provided with a heating device, the heating device comprises an upper heating sheet 5 and a lower heating sheet, and a space formed between the two heating sheets is used as a heating cavity; the cartridge feeding device automatically pushes the cartridges into the heating cavity, and then the upper heating sheet 5 and the lower heating sheet heat the cartridges; after the cigarette bullet is used, the bullet device that moves back pops out the cigarette bullet from the heating chamber, leaves the smoking set through the export.

Further, the bullet withdrawing device comprises a bullet withdrawing block 11, a connecting shaft and a compression spring 13; a groove is formed in the lower shell 3; the bullet withdrawing block 11 is arranged inside the groove through a connecting shaft; the bullet withdrawing block 11 is provided with a compression spring 13; the striker 40 is provided with a limiting rod 14; the limit rod 14 can limit the rebound block 11 in the groove. According to the structure, the bullet withdrawing device comprises a bullet withdrawing block 11, a connecting shaft and a compression spring 13; a groove is formed in the lower shell 3, the bullet withdrawing block 11 is arranged in the groove through a connecting shaft, and the bullet withdrawing block 11 can rotate around the connecting shaft; a compression spring 13 is arranged on the bullet withdrawing block 11; when the cigarette cartridge does not need to be ejected, the cartridge ejecting block 11 is limited in the groove by the limiting rod 14 on the firing pin 40; when the ejection block 11 is limited in the groove by the limit rod 14, the compression spring 13 is always in a compressed state, namely, the compression spring 13 stores the elastic force which ejects the ejection block 11 out of the groove to eject the cigarette cartridge out of the smoking set; when the cigarette cartridge needs to be ejected, the restraint of the limiting rod 14 on the cartridge withdrawing block 11 is removed, the compression spring 13 ejects the cartridge withdrawing block 11 from the groove, the cartridge withdrawing block 11 rotates to a certain position, and then the cigarette cartridge is ejected from the smoking set.

Further, a limiting block 34 is also included; the lower shell 3 is provided with a cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32; a limiting groove 33 is formed in the lower shell 3 on one side of the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32; the limiting block 34 is embedded in the limiting groove 33; the limiting block 34 is provided with a rib 35 and a limiting spring 36. According to the structure, the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32 is formed in the lower shell 3, the limiting groove 33 is formed in the lower shell 3 on one side of the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32, and the limiting block 34 is embedded in the limiting groove 33 and used for sealing the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32; a limiting spring 36 is arranged on the limiting block 34, the limiting spring 36 is always in a compressed state, the limiting block 34 is ensured to seal the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32, and the cigarette cartridge clip 8 is prevented from falling off and the cigarette cartridge is prevented from being damped; the limiting block 34 is provided with ribs 35 for facilitating the movement of the limiting block 34.
Further, a movement groove 25 is arranged on the lower shell 3; the lifting wedge 17 makes linear reciprocating motion in the motion groove 25; a first displacement plate 26 is arranged on the first baffle plate 15; the striker 40 is provided with a second displacement plate 27 and a return spring 28. According to the structure, the lower shell 3 is provided with the motion groove 25, and the lifting wedge 17 makes linear reciprocating motion in the motion groove 25; the first baffle 15 is provided with a first displacement plate 26, and the first displacement plate 26 is matched with a second displacement plate 27 on the firing pin 40; after the use of the cigarette bullet is finished, the lifting wedge 17 moves backwards in the moving groove 25; the first displacement plate 26 moves backward along with the rising wedge 17 and pushes the second displacement plate 27 to move the striker 40 backward; the return spring 28 on the striker 40 is gradually compressed; the limiting rod 14 moves backwards along with the firing pin 40, finally, the limiting rod 14 does not limit the cartridge withdrawing block 11 any more, the cartridge withdrawing block 11 ejects the cartridge out of the smoking set, meanwhile, the propelling block 10 leaves the cartridge channel 9, and the cartridge enters the cartridge channel 9 and is ready to enter the heating cavity; at this time, the reset spring 28 stores the maximum elastic force, the lifting wedge 17 is released, the reset spring 28 pushes the firing pin 40 to move forward, the second displacement plate 27 pushes the sealing structure to move forward until the sealing structure is sealed and the outlet is closed, at this time, the limit rod 14 limits the ejection block 11 again, and the pushing block 10 enters the cigarette cartridge channel 9 and pushes the cigarette cartridge into the heating cavity. The return spring 28 is always in a compressed state, which ensures that the sealing structure seals the outlet and prevents the flue gas from escaping from the outlet.
Further, a charging port is arranged on the bottom cover 4; a battery and a main board are arranged inside the lower shell 3; the charging port, the battery, the mainboard, the upper heating plate 5 and the lower heating plate are connected through a circuit. According to the structure, the charging port on the bottom cover 4 is connected with the battery and the mainboard in the lower shell 3 through a circuit, and the battery is charged through the charging port; the upper heating plate 5 and the lower heating plate are also connected into a circuit to obtain electric energy to heat the smoke cartridge.
Further, a pressure spring 38 is arranged at the bottom of the cigarette cartridge clip 8; a base plate 39 is arranged above the pressure spring 38. As can be seen from the above structure, the bottom of the cartridge holder 8 is provided with the pressure spring 38, the base plate 39 is arranged above the pressure spring 38, and the pressure spring 38 is always in a compressed state, that is, the pressure spring 38 always stores the elastic force for making the cartridge enter the cartridge channel 9.
Further, an air hole 37 is formed at the top of the lower case 3. With the above structure, the heating device heats the cartridge to generate smoke, and the smoke enters the upper shell 2 through the air holes 37 at the top of the lower shell 3 and finally enters the oral cavity through the filter tip 1.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the bullet feeding device capable of containing a plurality of smoke bullets is arranged, and the function of continuous automatic bullet feeding can be realized.
2. The bullet withdrawing device is arranged, and the bullet can be withdrawn quickly and automatically through the cooperation of the pressure spring and the bullet withdrawing block.
3. The cigarette bullet is stored in the smoking set, avoids the cigarette bullet to receive damp influence taste.

The device also comprises a sealing structure; the sealing structure comprises a first baffle 15 and a second baffle 16; the first baffle 15 is provided with a connecting groove 18; two opposite through holes 19 are arranged on the connecting groove 18; the upper heating plate 5 is provided with a connecting block 20 matched with the connecting groove 18; the connecting block 20 is provided with an opening 21 and a lifting spring; a wedge channel 23 is arranged on the second baffle plate 16; the wedge channel 23 is provided with a lifting wedge 17 matched with the through hole 19 and the opening 21; the lifting wedge 17 is provided with an inclined plane 24 for lifting the upper heating plate 5. The bullet withdrawing device comprises a bullet withdrawing block 11, a connecting shaft and a compression spring 13; a groove is formed in the lower shell 3; the bullet withdrawing block 11 is arranged inside the groove through a connecting shaft; the bullet withdrawing block 11 is provided with a compression spring 13; the striker 40 is provided with a limiting rod 14; the limit rod 14 can limit the rebound block 11 in the groove. According to the structure, the bullet withdrawing device comprises a bullet withdrawing block 11, a connecting shaft and a compression spring 13; a groove is formed in the lower shell 3, the bullet withdrawing block 11 is arranged in the groove through a connecting shaft, and the bullet withdrawing block 11 can rotate around the connecting shaft; a compression spring 13 is arranged on the bullet withdrawing block 11; when the cigarette cartridge does not need to be ejected, the cartridge ejecting block 11 is limited in the groove by the limiting rod 14 on the firing pin 40; when the ejection block 11 is limited in the groove by the limit rod 14, the compression spring 13 is always in a compressed state, namely, the compression spring 13 stores the elastic force which ejects the ejection block 11 out of the groove to eject the cigarette cartridge out of the smoking set; when the cigarette cartridge needs to be ejected, the restraint of the limiting rod 14 on the cartridge withdrawing block 11 is removed, the compression spring 13 ejects the cartridge withdrawing block 11 from the groove, the cartridge withdrawing block 11 rotates to a certain position, and then the cigarette cartridge is ejected from the smoking set.
The device also comprises a sealing structure; the sealing structure comprises a first baffle 15 and a second baffle 16; the first baffle 15 is provided with a connecting groove 18; two opposite through holes 19 are arranged on the connecting groove 18; the upper heating plate 5 is provided with a connecting block 20 matched with the connecting groove 18; the connecting block 20 is provided with an opening 21 and a lifting spring; a wedge channel 23 is arranged on the second baffle plate 16; the wedge channel 23 is provided with a lifting wedge 17 matched with the through hole 19 and the opening 21; the lifting wedge 17 is provided with an inclined plane 24 for lifting the upper heating plate 5. As can be seen from the above structure, in order to close the outlet, a sealing structure is provided, and the sealing mechanism includes a first baffle 15 and a second baffle 16; the first baffle 15 is provided with a connecting groove 18, and the connecting groove 18 is matched with a connecting block 20 on the upper heating plate 5; a wedge channel 23 is arranged on the second baffle 16, and a lifting wedge 17 is arranged on the wedge channel 23; two opposite through holes 19 are arranged on the connecting groove 18, an opening 21 is arranged on the connecting block 20, and the lifting wedge 17 penetrates through the through holes 19 and the opening 21 to connect the first baffle 15 with the upper heating plate 5; the lifting wedge 17 is provided with an inclined plane 24, when the lifting wedge 17 is pushed forwards, the upper heating plate 5 can be lifted, so that the height of the heating cavity is increased, and the cigarette bullet is easy to enter the heating cavity or is easy to pop out of the heating cavity; a lifting spring is arranged on the connecting block 20; the lifting spring is always in a compressed state, when a cigarette cartridge exists in the heating cavity, the upper heating sheet 5 is enabled to compress the cigarette cartridge, the cigarette cartridge is prevented from slipping, and the heating efficiency is ensured.
A limiting block 34 is also included; the lower shell 3 is provided with a cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32; a limiting groove 33 is formed in the lower shell 3 on one side of the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32; the limiting block 34 is embedded in the limiting groove 33; the limiting block 34 is provided with a rib 35 and a limiting spring 36. According to the structure, the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32 is formed in the lower shell 3, the limiting groove 33 is formed in the lower shell 3 on one side of the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32, and the limiting block 34 is embedded in the limiting groove 33 and used for sealing the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32; a limiting spring 36 is arranged on the limiting block 34, the limiting spring 36 is always in a compressed state, the limiting block 34 is ensured to seal the cartridge clip inlet and outlet 32, and the cigarette cartridge clip 8 is prevented from falling off and the cigarette cartridge is prevented from being damped; the limiting block 34 is provided with ribs 35 for facilitating the movement of the limiting block 34.
A movement groove 25 is arranged on the lower shell 3; the lifting wedge 17 makes linear reciprocating motion in the motion groove 25; a first displacement plate 26 is arranged on the first baffle plate 15; the striker 40 is provided with a second displacement plate 27 and a return spring 28. According to the structure, the lower shell 3 is provided with the motion groove 25, and the lifting wedge 17 makes linear reciprocating motion in the motion groove 25; the first baffle 15 is provided with a first displacement plate 26, and the first displacement plate 26 is matched with a second displacement plate 27 on the firing pin 40; after the use of the cigarette bullet is finished, the lifting wedge 17 moves backwards in the moving groove 25; the first displacement plate 26 moves backward along with the rising wedge 17 and pushes the second displacement plate 27 to move the striker 40 backward; the return spring 28 on the striker 40 is gradually compressed; the limiting rod 14 moves backwards along with the firing pin 40, finally, the limiting rod 14 does not limit the cartridge withdrawing block 11 any more, the cartridge withdrawing block 11 ejects the cartridge out of the smoking set, meanwhile, the propelling block 10 leaves the cartridge channel 9, and the cartridge enters the cartridge channel 9 and is ready to enter the heating cavity; at this time, the reset spring 28 stores the maximum elastic force, the lifting wedge 17 is released, the reset spring 28 pushes the firing pin 40 to move forward, the second displacement plate 27 pushes the sealing structure to move forward until the sealing structure is sealed and the outlet is closed, at this time, the limit rod 14 limits the ejection block 11 again, and the pushing block 10 enters the cigarette cartridge channel 9 and pushes the cigarette cartridge into the heating cavity. The return spring 28 is always in a compressed state, which ensures that the sealing structure seals the outlet and prevents the flue gas from escaping from the outlet.
A charging port is formed in the bottom cover 4; a battery and a main board are arranged inside the lower shell 3; the charging port, the battery, the mainboard, the upper heating plate 5 and the lower heating plate are connected through a circuit. According to the structure, the charging port on the bottom cover 4 is connected with the battery and the mainboard in the lower shell 3 through a circuit, and the battery is charged through the charging port; the upper heating plate 5 and the lower heating plate are also connected into a circuit to obtain electric energy to heat the smoke cartridge.
The bottom of the cigarette cartridge clip 8 is provided with a pressure spring 38; a base plate 39 is arranged above the pressure spring 38. As can be seen from the above structure, the bottom of the cartridge holder 8 is provided with the pressure spring 38, the base plate 39 is arranged above the pressure spring 38, and the pressure spring 38 is always in a compressed state, that is, the pressure spring 38 always stores the elastic force for making the cartridge enter the cartridge channel 9.
The top of the lower case 3 is provided with an air hole 37. With the above structure, the heating device heats the cartridge to generate smoke, and the smoke enters the upper shell 2 through the air holes 37 at the top of the lower shell 3 and finally enters the oral cavity through the filter tip 1.
