Further, the tobacco leaves near the first heating part 142 may be charred to form a hollow space around the first heating part 142, which is more disadvantageous for heat transfer and sufficient heating of the aerosol substrate 20.
Therefore, the second heating portion 144 is obtained by extending the heating element 14, and after the aerosol substrate 20 is inserted into the smoking hole 122, the second heating portion 144 can be bonded to the side surface of the aerosol substrate 20. The second heating part 144 can heat the aerosol substrate 20 from the outside, and transfer heat from the outside of the aerosol substrate 20 to the tobacco leaves by contacting the outer surface of the aerosol substrate 20.
By providing the second heating portion 144 in the shape of a sheet that is attached to the side surface of the aerosol substrate 20, the contact area with the aerosol substrate 20 can be increased, and the heating effect can be enhanced. FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating another exemplary embodiment of a heating element for a low temperature smoking article. As shown in fig. 5, the heating member 14 includes a plurality of second heating portions 144, and each of the second heating portions 144 is an arc-shaped plate that can be attached to a side surface of the aerosol substrate 20. During the heating process, the plurality of second heating parts 144 may respectively adhere to the side surfaces of the aerosol substrate 20 and heat the aerosol substrate 20 from different directions. By providing a plurality of second heating portions 144, each of the second heating portions 144 can heat the side surface of the aerosol substrate 20 in direct contact therewith, and the portion of the side surface of the aerosol substrate 20 which is not in direct contact with the second heating portion 144 can also be heated by the heat diffused between the two adjacent second heating portions 144, and this heating method can also simultaneously heat the aerosol substrate 20 in the inner and outer directions by the heating member 14, thereby improving the heating effect and sufficiently heating the aerosol substrate 20. Further, as shown in fig. 6, the first heating unit 142 of the heat conductive cover 14 is a cone, and the heating element 15 is a heating pin. By providing the first heating portion 142 as a cone, the first heating portion 142 can be inserted into the aerosol substrate 20 through the end surface of the aerosol substrate 20 more smoothly and conveniently when the aerosol substrate 20 is inserted into the smoking hole 122 through the tip of the cone. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
Claims (7)
1. A low temperature smoking set, comprising:
a smoking article housing (12) defining a smoking aperture (122) for positioning an aerosol substrate (20);
a heating member (14) provided to the smoke clamp hole (122), the heating member comprising:
a first heating part (142) which can extend along the axial center of the cigarette clamping hole (122) and can be inserted into the end face of the aerosol substrate (20);
a second heating part (144) which can extend along the depth direction of the cigarette clamping hole (122) and can be attached to the side surface of the aerosol substrate (20); and
a heat transfer section (146) connecting the first heating section (142) and the second heating section (144).
2. A cryogenic smoking article according to claim 1, wherein the second heater portion (144) is a cartridge-type heater plate capable of being nested with the aerosol substrate.
3. A cryogenic smoking article in accordance with claim 1, wherein the heating element (14) comprises a plurality of second heating portions (144), each of the second heating portions (144) being an arcuate plate that can be fitted to a side of the aerosol substrate.
4. The low temperature smoking set of claim 1, wherein the low temperature smoking set includes a power module (16), and the heating element (14) is capable of being powered by the power module (16) of the low temperature smoking set to generate heat.
5. The low temperature smoking article of claim 1,
the heating element (14) is a heat conducting cover, and one end of the first heating part (142) is a closed end capable of being inserted into the end face of the aerosol substrate, and the other end of the first heating part (142) is an open end along the extension direction of the first heating part (142);
the low temperature smoking set further comprises a heating element (15), wherein the heating element (15) can be inserted into the first heating part (142) through the opening end, so that the heating element (15) heats the aerosol substrate (20) through the heat conducting cover.
6. The cryogenic smoking set of claim 5, wherein the smoking set housing (12) includes:
a main body segment housing (11), wherein the heating element (15) is arranged on the main body segment housing (11); and
press from both sides cigarette section casing (13), press from both sides cigarette section casing (13) can dismouting in main part section casing (11), press from both sides cigarette hole (122) and set up in press from both sides cigarette section casing (13), heat conduction cover (14) set up in press from both sides in cigarette hole (122).
7. The low temperature smoking set of claim 5, wherein the first heater portion (142) of the heat conductive cap (14) is a cone and the heater (15) is a heater pin.
