本发明公开了一种提高寻呼可靠性的方法及装置、计算机存储介质,所述方法包括:第一基站接收终端发送的第一RRC消息,所述第一RRC消息为RRC连接恢复请求消息或RRC连接建立请求消息,所述第一RRC消息携带第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示RRC连接恢复或RRC连接建立的目的是位置更新;所述第一基站基于所述第一指示信息,向所述终端发送第三RRC消息,所述第三RRC消息用于表示拒绝所述终端接入所述第一基站,并向第二基站发送所述终端发送所述第一RRC消息时所在的目标小区的标识信息,从而当所述终端的寻呼被触发时,所述第二基站在包括所述目标小区的RNA区域内发送寻呼消息。
