An embodiment of the present invention provides a wireless headset charging method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a first embodiment of a wireless headset charging method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the wireless headset charging method includes the following steps:
step S10: and acquiring the current battery voltage of the wireless earphone in the charging slot.
It should be noted that, the execution main body of the embodiment is a micro control unit in the charging box, and may also be other controllers having the same or similar functions. The micro control unit in this embodiment can be used to acquire the electric quantity information and the parameter information of the wireless headset in the charging box, and can also be used to control the charging box to output corresponding voltage to charge the wireless headset.
In this embodiment, the user puts into the box that charges with wireless earphone after using up wireless earphone, charges wireless earphone through the box that charges, and the box that charges contains the charging groove in this embodiment, and wireless earphone then places and charges in the charging groove, has different charging groove structures in the different box that charges, and wireless earphone realizes charging through the connector in the charging groove, in order to guarantee that wireless earphone can fully contact with the connector in the charging groove, wireless earphone's structure and charging groove structure match each other. In this embodiment, the wireless headset may be a true wireless bluetooth headset (TWS), and the connector may be a pogo pin connector, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that different wireless headsets have different battery voltages, and the battery voltage may also change after the battery is used for a long time, and the charging voltage of the wireless headset is determined based on the battery voltage, so that it is necessary to obtain the current battery voltage of the wireless headset in the charging slot. When the wireless earphone is placed in the charging groove, the current battery voltage is fed back to the micro control unit in the charging box by the Bluetooth chip in the wireless earphone, and the current battery voltage of the wireless earphone is extracted by the micro control unit according to the information fed back by the Bluetooth chip.
It is easily understood that obtaining the current battery voltage of the wireless headset indicates that the wireless headset is placed in the charging slot and the connection with the charging slot is completed, and in order to ensure that the battery voltage of the wireless headset is obtained, it is necessary to detect the object in the charging slot before obtaining the current battery voltage of the wireless headset. In this embodiment, the characteristics of the object placed in the charging box can be acquired, the characteristics of the object are compared with the characteristics of the wireless earphone matched with the charging slot structure, whether the object placed in the charging box is the wireless earphone matched with the charging slot structure or not is determined through characteristic comparison, the object in the charging slot can be detected in other modes, and the embodiment does not limit the characteristics.
It should be further noted that if the placement position of the wireless headset in the charging slot is incorrect, the wireless headset cannot be fully connected with the connector in the charging slot, which results in that the obtained current battery voltage of the wireless headset is not accurate, in order to make the obtained current battery voltage more accurate, in this embodiment, the position of the wireless headset placed in the charging slot is detected by the sensor, the specific process may be to obtain the position of the wireless headset by the sensor, the relative distance between the wireless headset and the connector is determined according to the position of the wireless headset and the preset position of the connector in the charging slot, and when the relative distance is smaller than or equal to the preset distance threshold, it is determined that the placement position of the wireless headset in the charging slot is correct.
Further, in this embodiment, the step S10 specifically includes: establishing communication connection with a wireless earphone in the charging groove; acquiring communication data sent by the wireless headset through the communication connection; extracting a current battery voltage of the wireless headset from the communication data.
It should be noted that, when the wireless headset is connected to the connector in the charging slot, a communication connection with the wireless headset may be established, for example, a wired connection connected to a UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter ) may be adopted, and a specific connection mode of the communication connection existing between the wireless headset and the charging box may be set by itself according to a practical scene and a user requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment. After the communication connection with the wireless headset is established, communication data sent by the bluetooth chip in the wireless headset through the established communication connection is acquired, and then the current battery voltage of the wireless headset is extracted from the communication data.
It can be understood that, before establishing communication connection with the wireless headset, it is necessary to ensure that the wireless headset is in a power-on state, and if the wireless headset is in a power-off state, it is impossible to establish communication connection with the wireless headset, and it is also impossible to obtain the current battery voltage of the wireless headset, and this embodiment further includes, before establishing communication connection with the wireless headset in the charging slot: acquiring the running state of the wireless earphone in the charging slot; and when the running state is the shutdown state, the wireless earphone is powered according to a preset voltage so that the running state of the wireless earphone is in the startup state.
In a specific implementation, after the wireless headset is placed in the charging slot, the operating state of the wireless headset is detected, in this embodiment, a communication connection request is sent to the wireless headset, the operating state of the wireless headset is obtained according to a response of the wireless headset to the communication connection request, if the wireless headset responds to the communication connection request, the operating state of the wireless headset is obtained as a power-on state, and if the wireless headset does not respond to the communication connection request, the operating state of the wireless headset is obtained as a power-off state. It is easy to understand that, because the wireless headset cannot establish a communication connection in the power-off state, the wireless headset is powered by the embodiment to enable the wireless headset to become the power-on state, the wireless headset may be powered by a preset voltage, the preset voltage is greater than a common battery voltage of the wireless headset, and may be set to 5V, or may be set to other values according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S20: and determining a target charging voltage according to the current battery voltage and a preset voltage increment.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, the output voltage of the charging box is set to be greater than the battery voltage of the wireless headset, and the output voltage is a fixed value slightly higher than the battery voltage, but after long-term use, the contact impedance between the wireless headset and the charging box increases, the set fixed output voltage cannot charge the wireless headset, in order to avoid the situation that charging cannot be performed, in this embodiment, the target charging voltage is determined by the current battery voltage and the preset voltage increment, and the target charging voltage is a dynamic value and can be adjusted according to the current battery voltage and the preset voltage increment.
It should be noted that after the current battery voltage is obtained, the target charging voltage may be determined according to the current battery voltage and the preset voltage increment, and when the charging voltage is greater than the wireless current battery voltage, the charging efficiency may be improved1The preset voltage increment is V2Obtaining a target charging voltage VT=V1+V2The target charging voltage is the voltage output by the charging box and is used for charging the wireless earphone in the charging slot, and the target charging voltage is larger than the current battery voltage. The preset voltage increment may be set to 0.1V or 0.3V, for example, if the current battery voltage of the wireless headset is 3V and the voltage increment is 0.1V, the target charging voltage is 3.1V, and if the voltage increment is 0.3V, the target charging voltage is 3.3V, and the specific voltage increment is set according to the actual requirement of the designer, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It is understood that the determining the target charging voltage according to the current battery voltage and the preset voltage increment is to determine a charging box output voltage so as to charge the wireless headset, and the determining the target charging voltage is premised on that the wireless headset needs to be charged, and specifically, the step S20 is preceded by: receiving an electric quantity detection result fed back by the wireless earphone; and judging whether the wireless earphone needs to be charged according to the electric quantity detection result.
It should be noted that, the judgment of whether the wireless earphone needs to be charged is based on the electric quantity detection result fed back by the wireless earphone through the communication connection, the electric quantity detection of the wireless earphone is to obtain the battery electric quantity through the chip in the wireless earphone, then the judgment is made according to the battery electric quantity, in this embodiment, the chip compares the current battery electric quantity of the wireless earphone with the preset battery electric quantity, when the current battery electric quantity is less than the preset battery electric quantity, the detection result needed to be charged is fed back, when the current battery electric quantity is greater than or equal to the preset battery electric quantity, the detection result not needed to be charged is fed back, for example, the current battery electric quantity of the wireless earphone is 95%, the preset electric quantity is assumed to be 100%, according to the comparison, the wireless earphone feeds back the detection result needed to be charged to the charging box, and the preset battery electric quantity can be set according to the actual situation, this embodiment is not limited in this regard.
Step S30: and charging the wireless earphone according to the target charging voltage.
In a specific implementation, after the target charging voltage is obtained, the target charging voltage is used as an output voltage of the charging box, the wireless headset is charged according to the target charging voltage, for example, the target charging voltage is 3.5V, and the charging box is controlled to output the 3.5V voltage to charge the wireless headset.
In the embodiment, the current battery voltage of the wireless earphone in the charging slot is obtained; determining a target charging voltage according to the current battery voltage and a preset voltage increment; and charging the wireless earphone according to the target charging voltage, and dynamically adjusting the output voltage of the charging box through the current battery voltage and a preset voltage increment, so that when the contact impedance of the wireless earphone and the charging box is increased, the charging box can be ensured to normally charge the wireless earphone.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a charging method for a wireless headset according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment, after step S30, the wireless headset charging method of this embodiment further includes:
step S401: and acquiring the current parameter information of the wireless earphone.
It should be noted that, in an actual situation, there may be a few extreme situations that the wireless headset is not normally charged even though the wireless headset is charged according to the target charging voltage, for example, the contact impedance between the wireless headset and the charging box is too large, and in order to ensure that the wireless headset can be effectively charged, the wireless headset in a charging state needs to be detected.
Step S402: and judging whether the wireless earphone is in a charging state or not according to the current parameter information.
In a specific implementation, after the current parameter information is obtained, whether the wireless headset is in the charging state may be determined according to the current parameter information, in this embodiment, a current parameter value may be extracted from the current parameter information, whether the wireless headset is in the charging state may be determined according to a size of the current parameter value, for example, the current value is compared with a target current value, the target current value is a minimum current value when the wireless headset is normally charged, and when the current value reaches the target current value, the wireless headset is determined to be in the charging state. In this embodiment, the charging indicator light information of the wireless headset may also be extracted from the current parameter information, and whether the wireless headset is in the charging state is determined according to the charging indicator light information, for example, the flashing frequency and the color of the indicator light are determined according to the charging indicator light information, assuming that the indicator light of the wireless headset in the normal charging state is green and flashes once a second, if the flashing frequency and the color of the indicator light extracted from the charging indicator light information meet the above conditions, it is determined that the wireless headset is in the charging state.
Further, in this embodiment, a voltage of a sampling resistor inside the wireless headset is obtained according to the current parameter information, and then the charging state of the wireless headset is determined according to the voltage of the sampling resistor, specifically, the step S402 includes: extracting a first voltage and a second voltage of a sampling resistor of the wireless earphone from the current parameter information, wherein the first voltage is the voltage at one end of the sampling resistor, and the second voltage is the voltage at the other end of the sampling resistor; and when the first voltage is greater than the second voltage, determining that the wireless earphone is in a charging state.
It should be noted that there is a sampling resistor inside the wireless headset, and a first voltage and a second voltage of the sampling resistor can be extracted from the current parameter information, where the first voltage is a resistor at one end of the sampling resistor, and the second voltage is a voltage at the other end of the sampling resistor, as shown in fig. 4, where R is the sampling resistor inside the wireless headset, the sampling resistor is used to sample a current and a voltage of an internal circuit of the wireless headset, a point a is one end of the sampling resistor R, and a point B is the other end of the sampling resistor R, so that the voltage at the point a is the first voltage of the sampling resistor R, and the voltage at the point B is the second voltage of the sampling resistor R. In addition, fig. 4 further includes a battery D and a coulometer, where the coulometer in this embodiment adopts a programmable digital ammeter, and is configured to feed back battery power information of the wireless headset to a micro control unit of the charging box, the battery D is a battery that can be used for charging and discharging, when a voltage at a point B is greater than a voltage at a point a, the battery D is in a discharging state, and when the voltage at a point a is greater than the voltage at B, the battery D is in a charging state, so in this embodiment, it may be determined whether the wireless headset is in the charging state according to a magnitude relationship between the voltage at a point a and the voltage at B point (a magnitude relationship between the first voltage and the second voltage), that is, when the first voltage is greater than the second voltage, the wireless headset is determined to be in the charging.
Step S403: and when the wireless earphone is not in a charging state, adjusting the target charging voltage according to a preset voltage step length to obtain the adjusted target charging voltage.
It should be noted that, when the wireless headset is not in a charging state, it indicates that the wireless headset cannot be normally charged by the target charging voltage obtained according to the current battery voltage and the preset voltage increment under a few extreme conditions, and therefore the target charging voltage needs to be adjusted. In this embodiment, the target charging voltage is gradually increased according to the preset voltage step length until the wireless headset can be charged according to the adjusted target charging voltage, for convenience of understanding, for example, the target charging voltage is 3.1V, assuming that the preset voltage step length is 0.1V, the target charging voltage is adjusted to 3.2V according to the voltage step length of 0.1V, the charging box outputs 3.2V to charge the wireless headset, if the wireless headset is still in an uncharged state, the target charging voltage is adjusted to 3.3V, the charging box outputs 3.3V to charge the wireless headset, and if the wireless headset is in a charged state, the 3.3V is the adjusted target charging voltage, in this embodiment, the preset voltage step length may be set according to an actual situation, which this embodiment does not limit this.
Further, the step S30 includes:
step S30': and charging the wireless earphone according to the adjusted target charging voltage.
It can be understood that the adjusted target charging voltage can ensure that the wireless earphone can be normally charged, and the adjusted target charging voltage is used as the output voltage of the charging box to charge the wireless earphone.
Further, the step S30' is followed by: comparing the adjusted target charging voltage with a preset voltage, and detecting whether the wireless earphone is in a charging state; and when the adjusted target charging voltage reaches a preset voltage and the wireless earphone is not in a charging state, judging that the wireless earphone has a charging fault, and outputting corresponding fault prompt information.
It can be understood that the adjusted target charging voltage has a certain limitation, that is, the adjusted target charging voltage cannot be greater than the preset voltage, and the specific size of the preset voltage can be adjusted accordingly according to actual design requirements. In an actual situation, a charging fault of the wireless headset may occur, that is, the adjusted target charging voltage has reached a preset voltage, but the wireless headset is still not in a charging state, if the wireless headset still cannot be charged according to the preset voltage, it is indicated that the wireless headset has the charging fault, for example, the preset voltage is 5.5V, the target charging voltage is adjusted to 5.5V according to a voltage step of 0.1V, the charging box outputs 5.5V to charge the wireless headset, and the wireless headset is still not in the charging state, which indicates that the wireless headset has the charging fault. After detecting that there is charging fault in the wireless headset, output corresponding fault prompt information to remind the user that there is charging fault in the wireless headset, fault prompt information can be set as prompt tone or prompt light, and preset voltage and fault prompt information can be set according to actual conditions, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, current parameter information of the wireless headset is acquired; judging whether the wireless earphone is in a charging state or not according to the current parameter information; when the wireless earphone is not in a charging state, adjusting the target charging voltage according to a preset voltage step length to obtain an adjusted target charging voltage; the wireless earphone is charged according to the adjusted target charging voltage, the charging state of the wireless earphone is detected, and when the wireless earphone is not in the charging state, the target charging voltage is adjusted in time to ensure that the adjusted target charging voltage can meet the charging requirement of the wireless earphone, so that the charging box can charge the wireless earphone more effectively, and meanwhile, the adjusted target charging voltage is compared with the preset voltage to realize the detection of the charging fault of the wireless earphone.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium stores a wireless headset charging program, and the wireless headset charging program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the wireless headset charging method described above.
Since the storage medium adopts all technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
