The substation high-voltage wire laying construction equipment according to claim 3, further comprising four groups of contraction rods (32), four groups of springs (33), four groups of second limit blocks (34), four groups of limit rods (35) and four groups of second slide blocks (36), wherein the four groups of contraction rods (32) are symmetrically fixed on the front and rear sides of the bottom ends of the two groups of fixing plates (12) respectively by taking two groups as units, the springs (33) are sleeved on the contraction rods (32), the second limit blocks (34) are fixed on the bottom ends of the contraction rods (32), the four groups of limit rods (35) are fixed on the front and rear sides of the two groups of third fixing blocks (18) respectively by taking two groups as units, the centers of the four groups of limit rods (35) are respectively on the same straight line with the centers of the four groups of second limit blocks (34), one end of the limit rods (35) is connected with the second slide blocks (36), the left and right sides of the first fixing blocks (9) are, the second sliding block (36) is positioned in the sliding groove and is in sliding clamping with the first fixed block (9).
