Description

Error detection method and lighting fixture
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of liquid crystal display, in particular to an error detection method and a lighting fixture.
Background
The liquid crystal display device has the advantages of good picture quality, small volume, light weight, low driving voltage, low power consumption, no radiation, relatively low manufacturing cost and the like, and is dominant in the field of flat panel display at present.
After the liquid crystal display of the liquid crystal display device completes each production process, it is necessary to perform lighting detection on whether the liquid crystal display has defects. The programmable devices in the lighting fixture can be used for lighting the liquid crystal screen, and the liquid crystal screens with different parameters have different clocks, resolutions and the like, so that the programmable devices configured by different lighting detection programs are required to light the corresponding liquid crystal screens. When the liquid crystal display is subjected to lighting detection such as aging and luminous index, due to the fact that the lighting detection program stored in the nonvolatile memory is prone to variation caused by the influence of factors such as high and low temperatures and humidity, when the lighting fixture for the lighting test is powered on, an error program is read from the nonvolatile memory, and abnormal liquid crystal display lighting detection such as different liquid crystal display lighting pictures occurs. At present, for the problem of variation of the lighting detection program in the nonvolatile memory, the lighting detection program can only be burned into the nonvolatile memory again or the nonvolatile memory can only be replaced by a downloader. Obviously, this reduces the lighting detection work efficiency of the liquid crystal panel of the liquid crystal display device, increasing the lighting detection cost.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like elements in the various figures are denoted by like reference numerals. For purposes of clarity, the various features in the drawings are not necessarily to scale. In addition, certain well known components may not be shown.
Numerous specific details of the invention are set forth in the following description in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the invention. However, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention may be practiced without these specific details.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a lighting fixture in the related art, and as shown in fig. 1, a lighting fixture 100 for detecting lighting of a liquid crystal display includes: programmable device 110 and non-volatile memory 120. The programmable device 110 may be an FPGA, an MCU, or the like, and the nonvolatile memory 120 may be an external FLASH or an internal FLASH of the programmable device 110. The nonvolatile memory 120 includes: region a and region B. The area a stores a Boot Loader (Boot Loader), and the area B stores a lighting detection Application (Application). The boot loader is used for powering on the loader and updating the program. The boot loader is a small program that is run before the lighting detection application is run, and the boot loader can initialize hardware devices and establish a mapping map of a memory space, so that the software and hardware environment of the lighting fixture 100 is brought to a proper state. The lighting detection application is a program segment running on the programmable device 110. In the subsequent operation after the power-on of the lighting fixture 100, the boot loader and the lighting detection application are first read from the nonvolatile memory 120, and then the programmable device 110 runs the boot loader and the lighting detection application. When the lighting detection such as aging and luminous index of the liquid crystal display is performed, due to the influence of factors such as high and low temperatures and humidity, the lighting detection program stored in the nonvolatile memory 120 is easy to be changed, so that an error program is read from the nonvolatile memory 120 when the lighting fixture 100 is powered on, and abnormal lighting detection of the liquid crystal display such as different lighting pictures of the liquid crystal display occurs.
In view of this, the embodiment of the invention provides an error detection method and a lighting fixture for a lighting detection application. The following describes in detail an error detection method and a lighting fixture of a lighting detection application according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a lighting fixture according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, a lighting fixture 200 for detecting lighting of a liquid crystal display panel includes: a programmable device 210 and a non-volatile memory 220. The programmable device 210 may be an FPGA, an MCU, or the like, and the nonvolatile memory 220 may be an external FLASH or an internal FLASH of the programmable device 210. The nonvolatile memory 220 includes: region a, region B, region C, region D, region E, and region F. The area a stores a boot loader, and the area B stores a lighting detection application. The boot loader is used for powering on the loader and updating the program. The lighting detection application is a program segment running on the programmable device 210. The C area stores an error checking and correcting code ECC, the D area stores a first standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC1, the E area stores a second standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC2, and the F area stores an indicator code MARK indicating that the lighting detection application is executed for the first time. The error checking and correcting code ECC is an error checking and correcting code of the original code of the lighting detection application program calculated and stored to the nonvolatile memory 220 when the lighting detection application program is executed for the first time. The first standard cyclic redundancy check CRC1 is the cyclic redundancy check of the original code of the boot loader that was calculated and stored to the non-volatile memory 220 when the light detection application was first executed. The second standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC2 is a cyclic redundancy check code of the original code of the lighting detection application calculated and stored to the nonvolatile memory 220 when the lighting detection application is executed for the first time. The indicator code MARK is an indicator code stored in the nonvolatile memory 220 when the lighting detection application is executed for the first time. In the subsequent work after the lighting fixture 200 is powered on, the boot loader is first read from the nonvolatile memory 220 to enter the automatic loading mode, and then when the lighting detection application is executed for the first time, an error detection index of the lighting detection application is calculated and stored in the nonvolatile memory 220 where the lighting detection application is located, where the error detection index includes: the standard cyclic redundancy check code (comprising a first standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC1, a second standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC2, an error checking and correcting code ECC and an indication code MARK for indicating that the lighting detection application program is executed for the first time), according to the indication code MARK, when the lighting detection application program is not executed for the first time, the standard cyclic redundancy check code is used for carrying out error detection on the lighting detection application program, whether the lighting detection application program can be corrected or not is judged according to the error checking and correcting code, and under the condition that the lighting detection application program can be corrected, the error checking and correcting code ECC is used for correcting error codes of the lighting detection application program.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an error detection method for a lighting detection application according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the error detection method for a lighting detection application according to an embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
in step S310, the lighting fixture is powered on. The lighting jig 200 for the lighting detection of the liquid crystal panel includes: a programmable device 210 and a non-volatile memory 220. When the lighting fixture 200 is shipped from the factory, the area a of the programmable device 210 already stores the boot loader, and the area B already stores the lighting detection application. The boot loader is used for powering on the loader and updating the program. The lighting detection application is a program segment running on the programmable device 210.
In step S320, the lighting fixture enters the auto-loading mode. After the lighting fixture 200 is powered on, the programmable device 210 reads the boot loader stored in the a region of the nonvolatile memory 220 and enters the auto-load mode.
In step S330, it is determined whether the lighting detection application is executed for the first time. Step S340 is executed if the lighting detection application is executed for the first time, and step S380 is executed if the lighting detection application is not executed for the first time.
In this step, it is checked whether or not the indication code MARK indicating that the lighting detection application is executed for the first time is stored in the F area of the nonvolatile memory 220. If not, the ignition detection application is executed for the first time, and if so, the ignition detection application is not executed for the first time. Step S340 is executed if the lighting detection application is executed for the first time, and step S380 is executed if the lighting detection application is not executed for the first time.
In step S340, when the lighting detection application is executed for the first time, the first standard cyclic redundancy check CRC1 of the original code of the boot loader is calculated, and the first standard cyclic redundancy check CRC1 is stored to the D region in the nonvolatile memory 220.
In step S350, when the ignition detection application is executed for the first time, the second standard cyclic redundancy check CRC2 of the original code of the ignition detection application is calculated, and the second standard cyclic redundancy check CRC2 is stored to the E region in the nonvolatile memory 220.
In step S360, the error check and correction code ECC of the original code of the lighting detection application is calculated and stored in the C area of the nonvolatile memory 220 when the lighting detection application is executed for the first time.
In step S370, the indication code MARK indicating that the lighting detection application is executed for the first time is stored in the F area in the nonvolatile memory 220 when the lighting detection application is executed for the first time.
It is easily understood that the execution order of step S340, step S350, step S360 and step S370 is arbitrary, and step S3100 is executed after step S340, step S350, step S360 and step S370 are executed.
In step S380, it is determined whether the boot loader has an error. If the boot loader has not made an error, step S390 is performed, and if the boot loader has made an error, step S3110 is performed.
In this step, it is determined whether the boot loader has an error. In some embodiments, the current code of the boot loader (i.e., the cyclic redundancy check code of the boot loader currently stored in the A region of the non-volatile memory 220) is calculated to obtain a first detected cyclic redundancy check code CRC-A, the first detected cyclic redundancy check code CRC-A is compared to the first standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC1, if the first detected cyclic redundancy check code CRC-A is the same as the first standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC1, the boot loader is not in error, and if the first detected cyclic redundancy check code CRC-A is not the same as the second standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC1, the boot loader is in error.
In step S390, it is determined whether the lighting detection application has an error. Step S3100 is executed if the lighting detection application has not made an error, and step S3120 is executed if the lighting detection application has made an error.
In this step, it is determined whether the lighting detection application program is faulty. In some embodiments, the current code of the ignition detection application (i.e., the cyclic redundancy check code of the ignition detection application currently stored in the B region of the non-volatile memory 220 is calculated to obtain the second detection cyclic redundancy check code CRC-B, the second detection cyclic redundancy check code CRC-B is compared with the second standard cyclic redundancy check code CRC-2, if the two codes are the same, the ignition detection application does not have an error, and if the two codes are not the same, the ignition detection application does have an error.
In step S3100, the lighting detection application operates normally.
In this step, the lighting detection application program in the B region of the nonvolatile memory 220 is read to enter the running mode.
In step S3110, an error warning is issued. For example, a buzzer or LED or other peripheral device is used to prompt an error warning.
In step S3120, it is determined whether the lighting detection application can be corrected. Step S3130 is performed if the lighting detection application can be corrected, and step S3110 is performed if the lighting detection application cannot be corrected.
In this step, it is determined whether the lighting detection application can be corrected. In some embodiments, the original code of the lighting detection application is decoded according to the ECC of the ECC stored in the C region of the non-volatile memory 220; and judging whether the error code of the lighting detection application program can be corrected or not according to the error correction information provided by the original code of the lighting detection application program obtained by decoding. Step S3130 is performed if the error code of the lighting detection application can be corrected, and step S3110 is performed if the error code of the lighting detection application cannot be corrected.
In step S3130, the error code of the lighting detection application is corrected and updated. Step S3100 is performed.
In this step, the error code of the lighting detection application is corrected using the error check and correction code ECC stored in the C area of the nonvolatile memory 220, and the original code of the lighting detection application obtained by decoding is overwritten on the lighting detection application stored in the B area of the nonvolatile memory 220. Step S3100 is executed after the lighting detection application is updated.
