And sending the generated evaluation information acquisition instruction to a target blockchain platform, and obtaining the evaluation information matched with the account identifier through a blockchain network by the target blockchain platform according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction.
In the embodiment, the evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier is obtained in the blockchain network through the target blockchain platform by generating the evaluation information obtaining instruction corresponding to the account identifier and the item information to be evaluated. The data obtained through the block chain network is true and reliable, and the accuracy of the obtained evaluation result is high.
In one embodiment, the step 22 triggers the target blockchain platform to return the evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier, including:
receiving evaluation information which is returned by the target block chain platform and is matched with the evaluation information acquisition instruction; the target blockchain platform is used for positioning an evaluation information block corresponding to the account identifier in the blockchain network according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction and acquiring evaluation information corresponding to the item to be evaluated, which is recorded in the evaluation information block.
Specifically, the target blockchain platform determines a plurality of evaluation information blocks corresponding to the item information to be evaluated according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction in the blockchain network, and acquires the evaluation information corresponding to the item to be evaluated from the blocks.
According to the embodiment, the block corresponding to the evaluation information is positioned, so that the evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier can be quickly acquired, and the efficiency of acquiring the evaluation information is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step 23 performs corresponding evaluation information processing according to the evaluation information to obtain an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel, and includes:
step 41, extracting characteristic information corresponding to the item information to be evaluated from the evaluation information;
Step 42, determining an evaluation time interval corresponding to the feature information, and determining corresponding feature weights from a predetermined weight mapping table according to the evaluation time interval; the weight mapping table comprises characteristic information, an evaluation time interval and a corresponding relation among characteristic weights;
and 43, carrying out operation processing on the characteristic information according to the characteristic weight to obtain an evaluation value corresponding to the account identifier, and taking the evaluation value as an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel.
The characteristic information is extracted from the evaluation information according to the characteristics of the item information to be evaluated; the evaluation time interval is a time rule for extracting feature information, for example, feature information is obtained by extracting features from evaluation information only in the last two years. The feature weight is a weight value corresponding to the feature information, and the corresponding relation among the feature weight, the feature information and the evaluation time interval is recorded in a preset weight mapping table; a gradually decaying feature weight value may be set for the feature information according to the evaluation time interval. For example, the weight corresponding to the feature information A1 of the a-item two years ago is 0.5, the weight corresponding to the feature information A2 of the a-item one year ago is 0.75, and the weight corresponding to the feature information A3 of the a-item half year ago is 1.
According to the embodiment, the corresponding relation among the characteristic information, the evaluation time interval and the characteristic weight is specified through the predetermined weight mapping table, so that the characteristic information can be more accurately operated to obtain the evaluation score corresponding to the account identifier, and the accuracy of the evaluation result is improved.
In one embodiment, the step 43 further includes, after performing an operation on the feature information according to the feature weight to obtain an evaluation value corresponding to the account identifier, taking the evaluation value as an evaluation result of the maintenance person: transmitting the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel to a target blockchain platform; the target blockchain platform is used for generating a corresponding evaluation result block according to the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel and adding the evaluation result block into the blockchain network.
Specifically, after obtaining the evaluation value corresponding to the account identifier, the server stores the evaluation value to the blockchain network through the target blockchain platform for verification so as to perform traceability verification later. And generating a corresponding evaluation result block according to the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel through a block chain technology, and storing the evaluation result block on a block chain to finish the uplink of the evaluation result.
In the embodiment, the evaluation result block is added to the blockchain network so that the evaluation result is traceable and cannot be modified, and the data volume of the evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier is enlarged.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the step 21, before receiving the evaluation result acquisition request sent by the terminal, further includes:
step 51, responding to a maintenance personnel account creation request sent by a terminal, and creating a maintenance information account corresponding to a maintenance personnel through a target blockchain platform; the maintenance information account carries an account identifier corresponding to the maintenance personnel;
and 52, collecting maintenance personnel information, maintenance record information and elevator operation information corresponding to the account identification, taking the maintenance personnel information, the maintenance record information and the elevator operation information as evaluation information, and adding the evaluation information to the maintenance information account through the target blockchain platform.
Specifically, if the to-be-evaluated maintenance personnel does not have a corresponding account, a maintenance personnel account creation request can be sent according to the terminal to create a maintenance information account on the blockchain for the maintenance personnel on the target blockchain platform, and a corresponding account identifier is allocated for the maintenance information account, so that the maintenance personnel can be uniquely identified and traced on the blockchain network.
After the account is established, the server can collect maintenance personnel information, maintenance record information and elevator operation information corresponding to the account identification at any time to finish data accumulation, and a large amount of data is used as support when the maintenance personnel assessment result is required to be acquired.
In the embodiment, the maintenance information account corresponding to the maintenance personnel is created by responding to the maintenance personnel account creation request sent by the terminal, the maintenance personnel information, the maintenance record information and the elevator operation information corresponding to the account identification are collected, the time update of the elevator operation information completion data is convenient to acquire unmodified maintenance information from a blockchain network in which the maintenance information is stored in advance, and the maintenance personnel is evaluated to obtain an evaluation result; the data obtained through the block chain network is true and reliable, and the accuracy of the obtained evaluation result is high.
In one embodiment, the maintenance personnel information is uploaded by the terminal, and the maintenance personnel information comprises personal information, participated training record information and qualification certificate information; the maintenance record information is acquired by a maintenance person in a mobile device carried by the maintenance person when the maintenance work is carried out, and the maintenance record information comprises maintenance elevator attribute information, maintenance elevator quantity information and maintenance efficiency information; the elevator operation information is obtained through an elevator main control platform and comprises elevator stopping number information, fault trend information and operation parameter information.
The personal information is basic information of maintenance personnel, including name, gender, age, identity card number, contact mode and the like; the information of the participated training record is a record that the maintenance personnel adds various maintenance training; qualification certificate information is certificate qualifications acquired by underwriters taking training or taking exams. The maintenance record information is obtained by a server in real time from mobile equipment held by a maintenance person when the maintenance person maintains the elevator, and is usually a maintenance PDA (Personal Digital Assistant, palm computer); the maintenance record information comprises some statistical information and equipment operation information, for example, the number information and maintenance efficiency information of the maintenance elevators can be obtained according to the maintenance record statistics, and the maintenance elevator attribute information can be acquired from an elevator main control board or from remote monitoring data, fault data and other data acquired by the elevator main control board. The elevator operation information comprises the information of the number of stops, fault trend information and operation parameter information, and the maintenance level of maintenance personnel can be reflected through the operation condition side surface of the elevator after maintenance.
For example, the elevator attribute information may be elevator floors, elevator ages, elevator landing amounts, elevator speeds, etc.; the maintenance record information comprises the accumulated elevator maintenance time length, maintenance plan execution conditions, maintenance stopping times and the like; the elevator main control board or the PDA equipment records the information such as fault repair time, fault stopping times and the like.
Specifically, the server collects various data information related to maintenance work of the maintenance personnel from a plurality of terminal devices and systems; or each terminal device and the control system can be in a blockchain network, and the maintenance information can be directly stored in the blockchain network once updated so as to be convenient for confirmation.
The server in the embodiment collects data associated with the maintenance personnel through a plurality of places such as a terminal, a main control system and PDA equipment, processes the data and then stores the data as evaluation information into a block networking network, so that the real-time performance and the comprehensiveness of the evaluation information are improved; the evaluation information can not be changed by storing the evaluation information into the blockchain network, the data obtained through the blockchain network is true and reliable, and the accuracy of the obtained evaluation result is higher.
In one embodiment, the tracing at the blockchain network may be accomplished in two ways: 1. the same key is stored for multiple times. The deposited certificate is a key-value key value pair, if different values are repeatedly deposited for the same key, the latest value is displayed by default, and meanwhile, the change of each value can be searched through the api; 2. the hash value of the last certificate is stored in the certificate value to form a certificate chain, and all certificates can be searched from back to front.
In order to facilitate understanding of the present application by those skilled in the art, a description will be given below of a method for acquiring a dimension and protection personnel evaluation result based on a blockchain in an embodiment of the present application with reference to fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, another flow chart of a blockchain-based method for obtaining evaluation results of a maintenance person is provided to illustrate a scenario in which the maintenance person performs skill assessment. Personal information of the maintenance personnel to be evaluated in skills, such as personal data, trained information, qualification identification certificates and the like, is collected through the units of the company, the maintenance station and the like, and the personal information is used as basic information of the maintenance personnel and stored in the blockchain as a trusted storage certificate, so that subsequent tracing is facilitated. The maintenance personnel usually carry PDA equipment as a maintenance operation terminal when carrying out maintenance so as to input the maintenance information into the system; therefore, the PDA records the calendar maintenance information of the maintenance personnel, can be used as a direct basis for the skill assessment of the maintenance personnel, and can be directly sent to the blockchain for verification through the system. The main control system is connected with each elevator terminal, continuously collects the state and fault information of the elevator terminal, and the elevator running condition and fault occurrence condition after maintenance can be used as direct basis for the skill assessment of maintenance personnel, so that the elevator running condition and fault occurrence condition need to be stored in a blockchain for evidence storage so as to trace the source.
In the skill assessment stage, skill assessment can be carried out on maintenance personnel through data collected by the PDA and the main control system; the data sources adopted by the skill assessment of the maintenance personnel are all collected by the machine, so that the relative objectivity of the skill assessment result information of the maintenance personnel can be ensured.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-6 may include multiple steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor does the order in which the steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a maintenance personnel assessment result obtaining apparatus based on a blockchain, including:
a request receiving module 71, configured to receive an evaluation result acquisition request sent by a terminal; the evaluation result acquisition request carries an account identifier corresponding to the maintenance personnel;
a request sending module 72, configured to generate an evaluation information acquisition instruction in response to the evaluation result acquisition request, send the evaluation information acquisition instruction to the target blockchain platform, and trigger the target blockchain platform to return the evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier; the target blockchain platform is used for acquiring the evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier from the blockchain network according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction;
The result determining module 73 is configured to perform corresponding evaluation information processing according to the evaluation information, so as to obtain an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel;
and a result sending module 74, configured to send the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel to the terminal.
The specific definition of the blockchain-based maintenance personnel evaluation result acquisition device can be referred to as the definition of the blockchain-based maintenance personnel evaluation result acquisition method hereinabove, and is not described herein. The modules in the block chain-based maintenance personnel assessment result acquisition device can be all or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing the maintenance personnel assessment result acquisition data based on the blockchain. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a blockchain-based maintenance personnel assessment result acquisition method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
receiving an evaluation result acquisition request sent by a terminal; the evaluation result acquisition request carries an account identifier corresponding to the maintenance personnel;
generating an evaluation information acquisition instruction in response to the evaluation result acquisition request, sending the evaluation information acquisition instruction to a target blockchain platform, and triggering the target blockchain platform to return evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier; the target blockchain platform is used for acquiring the evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier from the blockchain network according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction;
performing corresponding evaluation information processing according to the evaluation information to obtain an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel;
And sending the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: determining item information to be evaluated corresponding to the account identifier from an evaluation result acquisition request; generating a corresponding evaluation information acquisition instruction according to the item information to be evaluated; and sending the evaluation information acquisition instruction to the target blockchain platform so that the target blockchain platform executes the evaluation information acquisition instruction to obtain the evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier from the blockchain network.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: responding to a maintenance personnel account creation request sent by a terminal, and creating a maintenance information account corresponding to a maintenance personnel through a target blockchain platform; the maintenance information account carries an account identifier corresponding to the maintenance personnel; and collecting maintenance personnel information, maintenance record information and elevator operation information corresponding to the account identification, taking the maintenance personnel information, the maintenance record information and the elevator operation information as evaluation information, and adding the evaluation information into the maintenance information account through the target blockchain platform.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above-described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.

generating an evaluation information acquisition instruction in response to the evaluation result acquisition request, sending the evaluation information acquisition instruction to a target blockchain platform, and triggering the target blockchain platform to return evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier; the target blockchain platform is used for acquiring evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier from a blockchain network according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction;
performing corresponding evaluation information processing according to the evaluation information to obtain an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel;
Transmitting the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel to the terminal;
the generating an evaluation information acquisition instruction in response to the evaluation result acquisition request, and transmitting the evaluation information acquisition instruction to a target blockchain platform, includes:
determining item information to be evaluated corresponding to the account identifier from the evaluation result acquisition request;
generating a corresponding evaluation information acquisition instruction according to the item information to be evaluated;
sending the evaluation information acquisition instruction to the target blockchain platform so that the target blockchain platform executes the evaluation information acquisition instruction to obtain evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier from the blockchain network;
and performing corresponding evaluation information processing according to the evaluation information to obtain an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel, wherein the evaluation result comprises:
extracting characteristic information corresponding to the item information to be evaluated from the evaluation information;
determining an evaluation time interval corresponding to the characteristic information, and determining corresponding characteristic weights from a predetermined weight mapping table according to the evaluation time interval; the weight mapping table comprises the corresponding relation among the characteristic information, the evaluation time interval and the characteristic weight;
And carrying out operation processing on the characteristic information according to the characteristic weight to obtain an evaluation value corresponding to the account identifier, and taking the evaluation value as an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the triggering the target blockchain platform to return the evaluation information corresponding to the account identification comprises:
receiving evaluation information which is returned by the target blockchain platform and is matched with the evaluation information acquisition instruction; the target blockchain platform is used for positioning an evaluation information block corresponding to the account identifier in the blockchain network according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction and acquiring evaluation information corresponding to the item to be evaluated, which is recorded in the evaluation information block.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after performing an operation process on the feature information according to the feature weight to obtain an evaluation value corresponding to the account identifier, the method further comprises:
transmitting the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel to the target blockchain platform; the target blockchain platform is used for generating a corresponding evaluation result block according to the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel and adding the evaluation result block into the blockchain network.
4. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, before receiving the evaluation result acquisition request sent by the terminal:
responding to a maintenance personnel account creation request sent by the terminal, and creating a maintenance information account corresponding to the maintenance personnel through the target blockchain platform; the maintenance information account carries an account identifier corresponding to the maintenance personnel;
and collecting maintenance personnel information, maintenance record information and elevator operation information corresponding to the account identification, taking the maintenance personnel information, the maintenance record information and the elevator operation information as the evaluation information, and adding the evaluation information to the maintenance information account through the target blockchain platform.

The method of claim 4, wherein the maintenance personnel information is uploaded by the terminal, the maintenance personnel information including personal information, participation in training records information, and qualification certificate information; the maintenance record information is acquired by the mobile equipment carried by the maintenance personnel when the maintenance work is carried out, and the maintenance record information comprises maintenance elevator attribute information, maintenance elevator quantity information and maintenance efficiency information; the elevator operation information is obtained through an elevator main control platform and comprises the information of the number of stops, the fault trend information and the operation parameter information.

the request sending module is used for responding to the evaluation result acquisition request to generate an evaluation information acquisition instruction, sending the evaluation information acquisition instruction to a target blockchain platform and triggering the target blockchain platform to return evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier; the target blockchain platform is used for acquiring evaluation information corresponding to the account identifier from a blockchain network according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction;
the result determining module is used for carrying out corresponding evaluation information processing according to the evaluation information to obtain an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel;
the result sending module is used for sending the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel to the terminal;

The result determining module is specifically configured to: extracting characteristic information corresponding to the item information to be evaluated from the evaluation information; determining an evaluation time interval corresponding to the characteristic information, and determining corresponding characteristic weights from a predetermined weight mapping table according to the evaluation time interval; the weight mapping table comprises the corresponding relation among the characteristic information, the evaluation time interval and the characteristic weight; and carrying out operation processing on the characteristic information according to the characteristic weight to obtain an evaluation value corresponding to the account identifier, and taking the evaluation value as an evaluation result of the maintenance personnel.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the request sending module is further configured to: receiving evaluation information which is returned by the target blockchain platform and is matched with the evaluation information acquisition instruction; the target blockchain platform is used for positioning an evaluation information block corresponding to the account identifier in the blockchain network according to the evaluation information acquisition instruction and acquiring evaluation information corresponding to the item to be evaluated, which is recorded in the evaluation information block.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the result determination module is further configured to: transmitting the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel to the target blockchain platform; the target blockchain platform is used for generating a corresponding evaluation result block according to the evaluation result of the maintenance personnel and adding the evaluation result block into the blockchain network.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
