Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an online document pushing method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may operate on a server side, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
step S101, obtaining historical operation records of a target document user group aiming at each online document, wherein the historical operation records comprise record information of at least two record types;
step S102, aiming at each online document, determining a value score corresponding to each online document according to the record information of each record type in the historical operation record and the preset weight of each record type;
step S103, determining online documents to be pushed according to the value scores corresponding to the online documents;
and step S104, pushing the online document to be pushed to the terminal equipment of the user corresponding to the target document user group.
According to the technical scheme, the historical operation records of the online documents are automatically converted into the document value scores, the high-value documents are automatically pushed to the users, the document value judgment standard is unified, and the high-value documents are automatically pushed to the users, so that the time for the users to discriminate the high-value documents is shortened, and the online document sharing efficiency and effectiveness are improved.
The record type may specifically include: the collection number of online documents; the number of praise for the online document; number of comments of the online document; the number of valid open users of the online document; the latest edit time of the online document; the value score W (x) for online document x may be expressed as:
w (x) ═ W1 collection number + W2 praise number + W3 comment number + W4 valid open user number + W5 (current time-latest editing time of document)
The W1, W2, W3, W4 and W5 may be weighted empirical values adjusted according to traffic scenarios, respectively.
The historical operation record data of each online document and the value score corresponding to each online document determined by calculation of the target document user group can be stored in MySQL, and the storage format is shown in Table 1:

001 Name 1 5 8 1 60 20191120 0.53
002 Name 2 15 36 6 200 20191120 0.96
003 Name 3 0 4 1 30 20191120 0.11
004 Name 4 2 8 0 73 20191120 0.2
TABLE 1
The online document with a higher value score often needs to be promoted to each user in the target document user group, so the determining of the online document to be pushed according to the value score corresponding to each online document in step S103 may specifically include: sorting the value scores corresponding to the online documents from high to low, and determining the recommendation priority of the online documents according to the sorting result; and determining the online documents to be pushed according to the recommendation priority of each online document.
The present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, where the method may operate at a server, as shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, before pushing an online document to be pushed to a user corresponding to a target document user group in step S104, the method may further include:
step S201, according to the online document to be pushed, determining recommendation target users corresponding to a target document user group and target recommendation documents corresponding to the recommendation target users respectively;
the pushing the online document to be pushed to the user corresponding to the target document user group in step S104 may specifically include:
step S202, respectively pushing target recommendation documents corresponding to the recommendation target users.
According to the technical scheme, the purpose that the recommendation target user is determined according to the online document to be pushed and the corresponding target recommendation document is pushed for different recommendation target users is achieved, so that the required high-value document is accurately pushed to the user, the privacy of document pushing in a team is guaranteed, and information redundancy is reduced.
In a specific application scenario, a team member can share a document by adding the document into a WIKI space, and needs to push a high-value document to a user with access authority of the WIKI space, so that the privacy of the document is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the automatic pushing of the high-value document is realized. In addition, because the sequence of opening the document by each member is different, the document which is read by the member does not need to be pushed to the member, and unnecessary information redundancy is avoided.
Wherein, the same team may be further subdivided into different teams due to the setting of the organization structure, and the access rights of each team to the documents in the WIKI space may be different, and the step S201 above determines the recommended target users corresponding to the target document user group according to the online documents to be pushed may specifically include: and determining users having access right to at least one online document to be pushed in the target document user group as recommended target users.
In the step S201, determining the target recommended documents respectively corresponding to the recommended target users may specifically include: and determining the online document to be pushed, which has access authority and no historical operation record, of each recommendation target user as a target recommendation document corresponding to the online document to be pushed.
Combining the document value scores shown in table 1, if a target document user group generates historical operation records for four online documents of documents 001, 002, 003 and 004, through document value sorting, the recommendation priorities of the four documents are 002, 001, 004 and 003 from high to low, and if user a has the right to access documents 001, 002 and 003 but does not have the right to access document 004, at this time, user a is determined to be a recommendation target user. If the user a has no operation record in the documents 001 and 002 and has a history operation record in the document 003, it can be determined that the target recommended document corresponding to the user a is 001 and 002. Since documents that are not read by the recommendation target users are not all high-value documents, it may also be preset to push only the target recommendation document with the highest recommendation priority to the user at a time, such as pushing only the document 002 to the user a.
In step S104, the pushing the to-be-pushed online document to the user corresponding to the target document user group may specifically include:
generating a push prompt message according to the online document to be pushed, wherein the push prompt message comprises a network access address of the online document to be pushed;
and pushing the push prompt message to the terminal equipment of the user corresponding to the target document user group.
The high-value document is usually worth being repeatedly read by a user, but after the user knows the unread high-quality document, the user still cannot know whether the read document is the high-value document in all the documents accessible to the user; in addition, when the user history operation records are less, the value score of the document is not accurate enough due to less sample data.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, where the method may operate at a server side, as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, after determining an online document to be pushed, the method may further include:
step S301, generating an online document pushing list based on the sequence of the priority of the online documents to be pushed from high to low, wherein the online document pushing list comprises at least one item of identification information, network access address and summary information of the online documents;
the above-mentioned terminal device for pushing the online document to be pushed to the user corresponding to the target document user group may specifically include:
step S302, pushing the online document push list to the terminal equipment of the user corresponding to the target document user group.
In the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the purposes of sequencing the online documents corresponding to the target document user group according to the recommended priority and displaying the online documents to the user in the form of the document push list are realized, so that the user can know the high-value documents in all the documents accessible to the user, the online document push list also becomes a feedback mechanism, the user is stimulated to leap forward and comment, the historical operation records of the user are further increased, and the accuracy of the value scores of the documents is improved.
The identification information of the online document may include a document name, a document sequence number, and the like.
As shown in FIG. 4, the document names of the multiple documents in the target document user group can be displayed on the left side of the webpage displayed by the terminal device in a directory structure, the corresponding document can be displayed on the right side of the webpage after the document title is clicked, and the name of the document 004 does not exist in the document directory structure because the user A does not have the right to access the document 004. After the server pushes the online document push list to the corresponding user in the target document user group through the above step S302, as shown in fig. 8, the terminal device corresponding to the user may present the online document push list in a recommended page form independent of the document management page.
In this embodiment, after determining the online document to be pushed, the method may further include:
modifying a document directory structure of the online documents to be pushed based on the sequence of the priorities of the online documents to be pushed from high to low;
the above-mentioned terminal device for pushing the online document to be pushed to the user corresponding to the target document user group may specifically include:
and pushing the document directory structure to the terminal equipment of the user corresponding to the target document user group.
In the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the purposes of sequencing the online documents corresponding to the target document user group according to the recommended priority and displaying the online documents to the user in the form of the document directory structure are realized, so that the user can know the high-value documents in all the documents accessible to the user, an online document push list is also used as a feedback mechanism, the user is stimulated to leap forward and comment, the historical operation records of the user are further increased, and the accuracy of the value scores of the documents is improved.
The modifying of the document directory structure of the online document to be pushed may specifically include:
and placing the name of the online document to be pushed on other online documents accessible to the target document user group.
After the server pushes the document directory structure of the online document to the user corresponding to the target document user group, the document name sequence of the document directory structure displayed by the terminal device corresponding to the user is the same as the document recommendation priority, as shown in fig. 5, if the user a can also access the document 005, but the document 005 is not operated by any user in the target document group, the document 005 is not the online document to be pushed, there is no corresponding document value score, and the sequence of the document directory structure corresponding to the user a is the name 2, the name 1, the name 3, and the name 5 from top to bottom.
