The invention uses the same material structure with lighter weight and higher strength to replace part of the original material structure, thereby reducing the weight of the product, reducing the material cost, increasing the strength of the product, reducing the energy consumption, enhancing the ring stiffness of the pipe, enhancing the quality and the service life of the original product, reducing the secondary regeneration cycle period and simultaneously increasing the environmental protection benefit by a scientific cost-saving mode.

Background
The UPVC winding pipe is introduced from abroad to equipment production from around 2000 years in China, and production equipment is developed by domestic equipment manufacturers in the same year. The UPVC winding pipe widely used in the current market is divided into two types:

The advantages of the PP material compared to the PVC material are as follows:
1) the density of PP is 0.89-0.91 g/cm3The density of the PVC is 1.38-1.50 g/cm3Therefore, under the same volume, the weight of the PP is only equal to 60 percent of that of the PVC, so that the PP material has the advantages of light weight and capability of saving the material consumption;
2) the elastic modulus of PP is 0.8-10Gpa, the elastic modulus of PVC is 3.14-3.92Gpa, and the higher the elastic modulus is, the higher the rigidity is, the PP can obtain rigidity which is at least 2 times higher than that of PVC, so that the weight can be reduced, and the rigidity of the product can be improved;
3) PP has a longer bending fatigue life (durability) than PVC;
4) PP is more resistant to high temperatures than PVC;
5) the PP hollow pipe can be modified and utilized by adopting a renewable resource material, and the market unit price is slightly lower than that of a UPVC formula material.

2) plasticizing and extruding PP at high temperature to form a PP hollow corrugated pipe belt with corresponding matched specification and size, and winding the PP hollow corrugated pipe belt for later use;
3) and spirally winding the processed UPVC strip and the PP hollow corrugated pipe strip by a winding machine, carrying the PP hollow corrugated pipe in the middle of the UPVC strip for winding, applying PVC glue in a female groove of the UPVC strip, and bonding and buckling the tenon to form the pipe.
As a further scheme of the invention: the strips formed in the step 1 are provided with male and female tenons.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the invention abandons a plurality of defects brought by the traditional UPVC winding pipe production method, creatively adds the PP hollow corrugated pipe in the spiral winding process of the special-shaped UPVC strip, and replaces part of the original material structure by using the similar lighter and stronger material structure, thereby reducing the weight of the product, reducing the material cost, increasing the strength of the product, reducing the energy consumption and enhancing the ring stiffness of the pipe.
2) In consideration of the problem of environmental pollution, the PP hollow corrugated pipe can be produced by using secondary reclaimed materials, so that the pollution of waste plastics to the environment is effectively reduced.
3) On the basis of the structure, the invention has the advantages of preventing the benefit from sacrificing the product quality, reducing the comprehensive use performance of the product in the market and shortening the production process of the product service life in a scientific cost-saving way, enhancing the quality and service life of the original product, reducing the secondary regeneration cycle period and increasing the environmental protection benefit.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, a UPVC double-plastic lining reinforced winding pipe at least includes a special-shaped UPVC strip 1 and a PP hollow corrugated pipe 2, a UPVC frame 11 is disposed in the middle of the special-shaped UPVC strip 1, a set of opposite corners of the UPVC frame 11 are provided with female grooves 12, another set of opposite corners of the UPVC frame 11 are provided with fixing plates 13, each fixing plate 13 is provided with a tenon 14, the female grooves 12 and the tenons 14 are in a matching structure, the two UPVC frames 11 are mutually buckled to form an inner frame 15, the inner frame 15 is provided with the PP hollow corrugated pipe 2 in a size matching with the inner frame 15, and the pipe wall of the PP hollow corrugated pipe 2 is in a small corrugated structure, so that the PP hollow corrugated pipe 2 can be better bent under high strength.
The preparation principle is as follows: the special-shaped UPVC strip 1 presents a continuous regular equidistant hollow inner frame 15 in the spiral winding process, a PP hollow corrugated pipe 2 is added at the winding position of the inner frame 15, the external dimension of the PP hollow corrugated pipe 2 is just the internal diameter dimension of the inner frame 15, and the two plastic frames can be mutually extruded in the bending process to mutually exert force to form a common stress body so as to enhance the ring stiffness of the pipe.
The production process flow of the UPVC double-plastic lining reinforced winding pipe is shown in figure 4:
1) plasticizing the UPVC formula material at high temperature, extruding through special section dies with different specifications and thicknesses, cooling, shaping, and rolling for later use, wherein the formed strips are provided with male and female tenons;
2) plasticizing and extruding PP at high temperature to form a PP hollow corrugated pipe belt with corresponding matched specification and size, and winding the PP hollow corrugated pipe belt for later use;
3) the two processed strips are simultaneously spirally wound by a winding machine, the hollow PP corrugated pipe 2 is entrained in the middle of the UPVC plate strip to be wound together, PVC glue is applied into the female groove 12 of the UPVC strip, and the bonding tenon 14 is connected into a pipe.
In conclusion, the invention replaces part of the original plastic (UPVC) with the plastic (PP) with different types with lower density and higher strength, thereby reducing the comprehensive cost of the product, improving the quality and the service performance of the product and prolonging the service life of the product, effectively saving the comprehensive energy consumption and increasing the environmental protection benefit.
