Abstract
The invention provides an automatic closing firewall ventilation opening device. The invention mainly comprises an opening and closing state, a gas concentration, a wind speed and temperature sensor, an infrared receiving device, a wireless signal receiving device, an A/D signal converter, a signal amplifier, a CPU processor, an explosion-proof power supply, a power switch, a wireless signal transmitting device, a motor start and stop controller, an audible and visual alarm and a display. The device has two control methods of on-site and remote through a sensor, a controller and the like, realizes intelligent control on the ventilation opening of the firewall, and avoids the defect of inaccurate timing of the traditional method. Meanwhile, the device has an acousto-optic early warning function, and the safety and the intelligence of the device are further improved. In addition, the whole device is protected by a stainless steel shell, so that the device can be well adapted to underground humid environments, the corrosion resistance is high, and the safety performance is obviously improved. Therefore, the device has the characteristics of simple structure, low investment cost, convenient operation, repeated utilization and strong practicability.

Background
At present, ventilation is needed to be carried out on a working face in the coal mining process, but air leakage into the working face can be caused, and when the coal spontaneous combustion condition is met, a coal mine is easy to generate a fire; if the fire is too large and the fire cannot be directly extinguished, the fire area must be sealed; the fire sealing area is formed by tightly sealing all the tunnels leading to the fire area at the air inlet side and the air return side and the areas which are easy to leak air to the fire source in the tunnels by using a firewall; meanwhile, in order to meet the requirement of rapidly closing the roadway, when part of coal mines are subjected to emergency rescue and disaster relief to close the disaster area, an explosion-proof fire wall formed by a metal pipeline with a larger diameter, an explosion-proof end cover, a steel pipe and a high polymer sealing material is adopted to rapidly seal.
In order to ensure that a person constructing a firewall has enough time to retreat to an safety zone in a high gas area, a device for closing a ventilation opening of the firewall is generally manufactured, and a tank of water is used for bearing an automatic closing door leaf to hang on the top of a roadway; when people leave, water in the tank gradually leaks out from the orifice, and after the weight is reduced to a certain degree, the water cannot bear the self weight of the door leaf and automatically put down the door to cover the ventilation opening; the size of the leak and the time that the crew can withdraw to the safety zone are predetermined.
The sealing time of the traditional automatic sealing firewall vent device is determined by the caliber and the number of the orifices on the tank body, the time for personnel to evacuate is difficult to be accurately calculated to a great extent, and accidents are easy to occur; meanwhile, when the fire-sealing area is opened at the later stage, the explosion-proof cover is difficult to open, a large amount of time is wasted, and the working efficiency of personnel during unsealing is reduced; therefore, the traditional device for closing the ventilation opening of the firewall has the defects of difficult opening, difficulty in accurately calculating the evacuation time of personnel and low efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automatic closing firewall ventilation opening device, which mainly comprises: the system comprises an infrared receiving device, an opening and closing state sensor, a gas concentration sensor, an air speed sensor, a temperature sensor, a wireless signal receiving device, an A/D signal converter, a signal amplifier, a CPU processor, an explosion-proof power supply, a power switch, a wireless signal transmitting device, a motor starting and stopping controller, an audible and visual alarm and a display; it is characterized in that: the output ends of the infrared receiving device, the opening and closing state sensor, the gas concentration sensor, the wind speed sensor, the temperature sensor and the wireless signal receiving device are connected with the input end of the A/D signal converter, and all received data signals are converted into signals which can be identified by the CPU processor; the output end of the A/D converter is connected with the signal amplifier and used for amplifying the weak signal to prevent accidental interference; the output end of the signal amplifier is connected with the input end of the CPU processor, and the received data is transmitted and processed; meanwhile, the other ends of the infrared receiving device, the opening and closing state sensor, the gas concentration sensor, the wind speed sensor, the temperature sensor, the wireless signal receiving device, the A/D signal converter, the signal amplifier and the CPU processor are connected with an explosion-proof power supply to provide a stable power supply for the explosion-proof power supply; the output end of the CPU processor is respectively connected with the input ends of the wireless signal transmitting device, the motor start-stop controller, the audible and visual alarm and the display; the wireless signal sending device is used for sending signals to wireless receiving devices arranged in other tunnels so as to achieve the effect of closing at specified time; the motor start-stop controller is used for controlling the explosion-proof cover to be opened and closed, and is connected with a working indicator lamp for indicating whether the motor start-stop controller works normally or not; the audible and visual alarm is used for warning danger of personnel and preventing accidents, and is connected with a work indicating lamp for indicating whether the audible and visual alarm works normally; the display is used for displaying the signal information that each sensor obtained to provide accurate reference for personnel, be convenient for know the sealing area condition.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the device avoids the defects that the traditional method is inaccurate in timing and easy to cause danger through a sensor, a controller and the like, simultaneously has two control methods of a field and a remote, realizes intelligent control on the ventilation opening of the firewall, has the functions of monitoring gas, temperature and wind speed and alarming sound and light, further improves the safety and intelligence of the device, and is beneficial to preventing accidents; meanwhile, the whole device is made of stainless steel shells, can be well adapted to underground humid environments, is high in corrosion resistance, can function for a long time, and is remarkably improved in safety performance; therefore, the device has the characteristics of simple structure, low input cost, convenient operation, high efficiency, repeated utilization and strong practicability.
