Claims (6)

1. A wall surface construction process is characterized in that: the process comprises the following steps:
s1: before the construction of a target wall surface, the wall surface is treated before the construction, a slotting device is used for slotting the wall surface, the original lime is removed, and meanwhile, a cement layer is sealed; if the humidity of the wall surface is found to be high during the treatment, the part with high humidity is dried before the wall construction; after the parts needing to be constructed are marked, the actual cell size is accurately marked on the wall surface needing to be repaired according to the requirements of a design drawing, and the marking position is confirmed by a measuring tool;
s2: during formal construction, firstly, leveling treatment is carried out on a wall body twice, the first time is horizontal correction of the wall surface, and cement is used as a leveling material if a measuring tool is used for finding that the flatness error of the wall surface is large; if the flatness error is not too large, only gypsum is needed for leveling; the second time belongs to fine leveling, and the leveling is carried out by using putty, the putty on the wall surface is not too thick, otherwise, the wall surface is cracked, and the wall surface is polished by using fine sand paper with larger meshes after the second leveling;
s3: after the wall surface leveling work is finished, putty is required to be treated, the putty on the wall surface generally needs to be scraped twice, the first time is transversely and fully scraped by using a rubber scraper, the speed is high, and the second time is carried out after drying; after finishing putty scraping, selecting sand paper with different meshes by observing the hardness degree of the putty, and carefully polishing the putty on the wall surface; after polishing is finished, in order to determine whether the polishing meets the standard, whether the wall surface is flat and smooth can be judged according to the condition of light irradiation;
s4: finally, primer is coated, so that the adhesive force of the wall paint can be improved by the primer, and the phenomenon that the paint is peeled off from the paint layer is prevented; in order to ensure the construction quality, a brush or a roller with better quality is used, so that the formed paint film is compact, smooth and beautiful; in addition, the finish paint is uniformly coated to avoid visual difference and influence on the appearance of the wall surface; in general, the water-based paint can be dried within a few hours, but the hardness of a paint film after drying is still relatively low, so that the paint cannot contact the wall surface within 10 days after painting in order to protect the wall surface;
the grooving device adopted in the S1 comprises a grooving machine (1), a stabilizing platform (2), a hydraulic push rod (3) and a clamping unit (4), wherein the grooving machine (1) comprises a machine body (11), a handle (12) and a working part (13), the handle (12) of the grooving machine (1) is rotatably connected with the stabilizing platform (2) through an adjusting lug (21), and the clamping unit (4) is arranged on a combination part of the adjusting lug (21) and the handle (12); the hydraulic push rod (3) is arranged at the top of the stabilizing platform (2), and the end part of the hydraulic push rod (3) is hinged with the outer surface of the machine body (11); the clamping unit (4) comprises a clamping body (41), a first air cylinder (42), a supporting body (43), a fixed semicircular ring (44) and a first pressing rod (45), the supporting body (43) is installed on the upper surface of the bottom of the clamping body (41), the first air cylinder (42) is installed inside the supporting body (43), a first groove (431) is symmetrically formed in the side wall of the supporting body (43), the fixed semicircular ring (44) is installed at the top of the supporting body (43), and the handle (12) of the grooving machine (1) is embedded in the fixed semicircular ring (44); the end part of the fixed semicircular ring (44) is provided with a second groove (441), a fixed elastic sheet (46) is embedded in the second groove (441), one end of the fixed elastic sheet (46) extends out of the second groove (441), and the other end of the fixed elastic sheet is connected with the surface, far away from the end part of the fixed semicircular ring (44), in the second groove (441) through a spring; the inner surface of the side wall of the clamping body (41) is provided with a sliding groove (411), one end of the first pressure rod (45) is embedded into the sliding groove (411), the other end of the first pressure rod is provided with a first pressure plate (451), the first pressure plate (451) is in contact with the fixed elastic sheet (46), and the surfaces of the first pressure plate (451) in contact with the fixed elastic sheet (46) are provided with patterns; a piston and a first piston rod (421) are arranged in the first air cylinder (42), and an air inlet channel (422) is arranged at the bottom of the first air cylinder (42); one end of the first piston rod (421) extends out of the top of the first air cylinder (42) and is provided with a first connecting rod (423), one end of the first connecting rod (423) is rotatably connected with the first piston rod (421), and the other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected with the end part of the first pressing rod (45) in the sliding groove (411) through a first groove (431); the top of the support body (43) is symmetrically provided with second connecting rods (424), each second connecting rod (424) is rotatably connected with the top of the support body (43), and the end part, far away from the support body (43), of each second connecting rod (424) is rotatably connected with the middle part of the first pressure rod (45); when the grooving device works, the grooving machine (1) is fixed and stably moves forward according to a cutting route under the action of the hydraulic push rod (3), the adjusting lug (21) and the clamping unit (4).

A wall surface construction process according to claim 1, characterized in that: a second air cylinder (452) is arranged at the joint of the first pressure lever (45) and the first pressure plate (451), the second air cylinder (452) is connected with the first air cylinder (42) through an air duct (453), and the second air cylinder (452) is connected with the first pressure plate (451) through a second piston rod (454); the first pressure plate (451) is pushed by the action of the second air cylinder (452), so that the grooving machine (1) is further fixed.
