Abstract
The invention discloses a novel antibacterial dustproof and anti-toxic filter piece, which comprises an antibacterial dustproof layer and an anti-toxic layer, wherein a filter base material loaded with an antibacterial agent is arranged in the antibacterial dustproof layer, and the antibacterial agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: according to the mass percentage, 2-5% of penta-polylysine phthalocyanine zinc, 2-5% of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 2-5% of tetraethoxysilane, 0.2-1% of citric acid monohydrate, 0.1-0.5% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.1-0.5% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the balance of ethanol water solution; wherein the concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution is 10-50%. The invention can prevent poison, bacteria and dust through the structural design and the modification of the material, and has wide prevention range, good effect and long service life.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of protective articles, and particularly relates to a novel antibacterial dustproof and anti-virus filter piece, which is modified particularly aiming at the materials of an antibacterial dustproof part and an anti-virus part in the filter piece.
Background
A gas mask is a protective device for preventing human body from being damaged by toxic substances such as poison gas, dust, bacteria, toxic and harmful gas or steam. At present, a gas mask mainly comprises a filter element, a mask body, an eye window, an exhalation talking device, a head band and other parts, wherein the filter element is a gatekeeper of the gas mask and filters impurities in air. Most of filter elements in the prior art have unsatisfactory filter effect, can not fully protect, filter various toxic substances, and have the defects of nonuniform filtration, poor filter effect, short filter aging and the like when in use, thereby influencing the use. Meanwhile, the existing gas masks are single in function, have no antibacterial effect and the like, are abused by various viruses at present, particularly new coronavirus is widely spread, the use occasions and the requirements of the gas masks are more and more increased, and the general gas masks cannot meet the use requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide a novel antibacterial dustproof and anti-virus filter piece which can prevent virus, bacteria and dust, has a wide prevention range, a good effect and long service time and can be used for a long time by structural design and modification of materials.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

modified activated carbon: mixing activated carbon and an impregnation solution according to the weight ratio of 1: 3, soaking the activated carbon in the soaking solution for 4-6 hours, filtering, putting the soaked activated carbon in a drying oven, and drying at 140-160 ℃ for 40-60 minutes under the protection of nitrogen to obtain the modified activated carbon.
The modified activated carbon is comprehensive protection activated carbon and has protection effect on A, B, E, K four types of gases. Wherein, the A gas is benzene or aniline. Organic gases such as carbon tetrachloride and nitrobenzene; the B type gas is inorganic acid gas such as cyanogen chloride, hydrocyanic acid, chlorine and the like; the E-type gas is sulfur dioxide; the K-type gas is alkaline gas such as ammonia gas. In addition, the series of active carbon has good protective effect on hydrogen sulfide. According to the invention, through improving the formula, in the filter element in the form, the protection time of A-type gas is more than 120 minutes, the protection time of B-type gas is more than 45 minutes, the protection time of E-type gas is more than 50 minutes, the protection time of K-type gas is more than 60 minutes, and the protection time of hydrogen sulfide is more than 80 minutes.
In particular, the activated carbon of the invention is a chromium-free formula activated carbon. The conventional chromium-containing carbon can protect HCN for a long time which can reach more than 35 minutes, but the chromium-free carbon can protect HCN for a short time which is only about 10 to 15 minutes. According to the invention, by adjusting the formula, calcium chloride and the like are added in proportion, and the ammonia water solution is added to adjust the pH value of the impregnation agent, so that the pH value of the modified activated carbon is adjusted, and the protection time of the activated carbon on HCN is also more than 45 minutes.
