Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile machinery, in particular to a back roller lock cover and a spun yarn broken end and roving stopping device.
Background
The spinning frame needs to stop feeding the roving when the broken ends occur. A roving automatic stop device is additionally arranged in a drafting zone of a spinning machine, an inserting piece, namely a lock cover, is inserted between a back roller and a jaw of a back leather roller, so that yarns are separated from the contact of the back roller, the yarns are clamped between the lock cover and the back leather roller to block the feeding of the rovings, and the rovings are stopped from being conveyed forwards.

However, the existing reset rod is arranged on the sliding plate, or the rear end of the sliding plate is positioned at the rear part of the roving automatic stop device; or the middle section of the sliding plate, the front part of the roving automatic stop device and the rear part of the yarn guide loudspeaker. Because the position that the release link is located is back, if the release link is at roving stop motion rear portion, the operative employee is inconvenient to observe. The invention is an improvement for solving the problems, and is suitable for a plane drafting spinning machine and a plane pneumatic drafting spinning machine; the method is also suitable for a V-shaped drafting spinning machine and a V-shaped pneumatic drafting spinning machine; the roving automatic-stopping cover is more suitable for occasions where roving automatic-stopping covers are not convenient to reset.

The invention provides a rear roller lock cover 100 with a reset rod of a spun yarn broken end roving stopping device, as shown in figure 1-2, the roving stopping device is provided with a plurality of rollers (3 rollers are shown in the figure, a front roller 12, a middle roller 13 and a rear roller 6 are arranged in sequence in the yarn feeding direction, a yarn guide bell mouth 10 is arranged at a yarn outlet of the rear roller 6, the roving stopping device 5 is also provided with a sliding plate 4 capable of sliding back and forth, as further shown in figure 3-4, one end of the sliding plate 4 is provided with a row of slots 40 distributed along the length direction of the sliding plate 4, as shown in figure 3, the rear roller lock cover comprises a U-shaped lock cover body 2 sleeved on the outer diameter of the rear roller 6, a pin 3 is arranged at the bottom of the outer cambered surface of the U-shaped lock cover body 2, the pin 3 is inserted into one slot on the sliding plate 4, a reset rod 1 is arranged at one end of the U-shaped lock cover body 2 close to the yarn output direction of the back roller (namely, the reset rod 1 is arranged between the middle roller 13 and the back roller 6, as shown in figure 1). The working principle of the invention is as follows, as shown in connection with fig. 1-2:
a roving stopping device on the spinning frame is fixedly arranged on the cradle support rod 8; when the roving stopping device is ordered, the sliding plate 4 extends forwards to act, so that the rear roller lock cover 100 is driven by the pins 3, the rear roller lock cover 100 rotates around the rear roller 6 of the spinning machine in the anticlockwise direction shown in the figure, the open front end of the lock cover main body 2 is inserted between the rear roller of the spinning machine and the rear leather roller of the spinning machine, clamping is formed between the outer surface of the open front end of the lock cover main body 2 and the rear leather roller 7 of the rear roller, feeding of roving is blocked, stopping feeding of the roving is achieved, and the state is shown in figure 1.
When an operator connects, the reset rod 1 of the back roller lock cover 100 is pushed to drive the lock cover main body to turn clockwise around the back roller of the spinning frame as shown in the figure, the front end of the opening of the lock cover main body 2 exits between the back roller 6 and the back roller leather roller 7, and meanwhile, the pin 3 inserted on the back roller lock cover 100 on the sliding plate reversely pushes the sliding plate to move forward to form the reverse stroke of the sliding plate action until the sliding plate 4 is locked by the roving stopping device to complete the reset, at the moment, the yarn can be continuously transmitted, and at the moment, the state is as shown in figure 2.
In an alternative embodiment, one or more restoring rods 1 extending upwards are arranged on the U-shaped lock housing body 2. The reset rod 1 can be in a straight rod shape, a curved shape or an inclined plane shape and the like, which are convenient for people to manually break.
In an alternative embodiment, the reset rod 1, the U-shaped lock cover body 2 and the pin 3 of the back roller lock cover are integrally formed.
In an alternative embodiment, a cradle support rod 8 is arranged on the machine table at the other end of the sliding plate 4, and a cradle 9 is arranged on the cradle support rod 8.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a spun yarn broken end and roving stopping device based on the rear roller lock cover.
The reset of the invention is to directly push the back roller lock cover 100 to reset, the reset rod is positioned between the back roller and the middle roller after roving is automatically stopped and installed on the spinning frame, the reset rod is closer to an operator, the observation is more convenient, and the operation is not blocked.
