The anti-fouling and antibacterial coating is formed on the surface of the substrate treated by the anti-fouling and antibacterial nano surface coating solution, and has waterproof and antibacterial functions, and the treated surface of the substrate has damp-proof and anti-oxidation functions, can improve the surface hardness of the substrate, is anti-scratch, is easy to clean, and has smooth touch feeling and anti-aging performance.

5. An antifouling and antibacterial coating comprising the coating liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. The antifouling antibacterial coating of claim 5, wherein the coating liquid is baked at 150 ℃ for 30 minutes after coating to form the coating.
