Abstract
The invention discloses a production process for secondary forming through an extrusion-blowing machine, which comprises the following steps of (1) hanging a designed extrusion-blowing bottle mold on a machine table, wherein the extrusion-blowing bottle mold comprises a bottle body cavity and an accessory position; (2) fixing the accessories with different shapes at corresponding accessory positions in the bottle extruding and blowing mold through a manual or mechanical arm; (3) the machine platform is used for blanking, the die is closed and then blown to be molded, the extrusion blowing material coats the coated part of the accessory in the extrusion blowing expansion process and forms a molded bottle body in the cavity of the bottle body, so that the accessory and the molded bottle body are tightly attached to form an integral model; (4) opening the mould to take out the part, and tightly attaching the bottle body and the part into a whole.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of plastic processing, and particularly relates to a production process for secondary molding through an extrusion-blowing machine.
Background
Common parts of the extrusion blow bottle body in the market, such as a handle, a LOGO (low oxygen gas) brand, a decoration part, a shell and the like, are combined into a whole through a buckle or a gluing adhesive, and the assembly mode is easy to fall off or increase the assembly cost.
The common product secondary molding process in the market is formed by a bench cover beer of an injection molding machine, the injection molding process is melt injection molding, the high-temperature fluidity, shrinkage scale and the like of the material need to be strictly controlled, and the secondary high-temperature heating of the injection molding material can cause the problems of aging, low yield and the like. The injection molding process is incapable of being applied to the structures of some complex products.

The principle of the invention is that accessories made of different materials or in different shapes are placed in an extrusion blow molding die through manpower or a mechanical arm, and then the accessories are coated by extrusion blow materials in the extrusion blow expansion process, so that the accessories and a molded bottle body are tightly attached into a whole.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Further, different molding accessories include handle, LOGO board, decoration.
Further, the different-modeling accessories are fixed at corresponding positions in the extrusion bottle blowing mold, and the covered parts of the accessories extend into the cavity of the bottle body.
Further, the different-style fittings are fixed by fixing pieces.

Detailed Description
In order to facilitate a better understanding of the invention, the following examples are given to illustrate, but not to limit the scope of the invention.
A production process of secondary forming by an extrusion-blow machine comprises (1) hanging a designed extrusion-blow bottle mold on a machine table, wherein the extrusion-blow bottle mold comprises a bottle body cavity and an accessory position, as shown in figure 2; (2) fixing the fittings with different shapes at corresponding positions in the extrusion blow-molding bottle mold by a manual or mechanical arm, as shown in figure 3; (3) blanking the machine table, closing the die, blowing for molding, coating the coated part of the accessory by an extrusion-blowing material in the extrusion-blowing expansion process, and forming a molded bottle body in the cavity of the bottle body so that the accessory and the molded bottle body are tightly attached into an integral model, as shown in fig. 4; (4) as shown in figure 5, the mold is opened to take out the part, and the bottle body and the accessory are tightly attached into a whole.
The different molding accessories comprise a handle, a LOGO board and a decoration part, as shown in figure 1.
The lower half that the LOGO tablet was laminated with the fashioned body is wrapped by the extrusion material of blowing, as shown in figure 6.
The handle is covered by the extrusion blow material at the part which is jointed with the formed bottle body, as shown in figure 7

1. A production process for secondary forming through an extrusion-blowing machine is characterized in that (1) a designed extrusion-blowing bottle mold is hung on a machine table, and the extrusion-blowing bottle mold comprises a bottle body cavity and an accessory position; (2) fixing the accessories with different shapes at corresponding accessory positions in the bottle extruding and blowing mold through a manual or mechanical arm; (3) the machine platform is used for blanking, the die is closed and then blown to be molded, the extrusion blowing material coats the coated part of the accessory in the extrusion blowing expansion process and forms a molded bottle body in the cavity of the bottle body, so that the accessory and the molded bottle body are tightly attached to form an integral model; (4) opening the mould to take out the part, and tightly attaching the bottle body and the part into a whole.
2. The secondary extrusion blow molding process of claim 1, wherein the different molding accessories include handles, LOGO cards, and decorative parts.
3. The secondary molding production process by extrusion blow molding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the different molding accessories are fixed at corresponding positions in the extrusion blow molding die, and the coated parts of the accessories extend into the cavity of the bottle body.
4. The secondary molding production process by an extrusion blow molding machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the different-molding fittings are fixed by fixing members.
