Background
Laminated molds are distinguished from conventional molds in that such molds typically have two or more parting planes, each of which may have one or more cavities disposed therein. In brief, the laminated mold is produced by stacking a plurality of sets of molds together and mounting the molds on an injection molding machine. The production efficiency of the laminated mold is one or more times higher than that of a common single-layer mold, and the injection molding cost is greatly reduced. The advantages of the stack mold are clear, but there are also some disadvantages. For example, the structure of the laminated mold is complex, the thickness is thick, when the laminated mold is disassembled for maintenance, the synchronous mold openers and related parts on the two sides of the laminated mold need to be disassembled first, then the two movable mold plates and the two fixed mold plates of the laminated mold are pulled open manually and directly by hand, and the disassembly is difficult, time-consuming and labor-consuming.

FIG. 1 is a schematic overall structure diagram of an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of an overall installation structure according to an embodiment of the present invention;
the objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a device for efficiently disassembling and assembling a laminated mold.
Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 1 is a schematic overall structure diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic overall installation structure diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for efficiently disassembling and assembling a stack mold includes: a stent 100. The bracket 100 is provided with two fixing plates 300 for supporting the two fixed mold plates 200 of the stack mold. The bottom of each fixing plate 300 is provided with a fixing block 310, the support 100 is provided with strip-shaped holes 110 corresponding to the fixing blocks 310 one by one, fastening bolts 111 are arranged in the strip-shaped holes 110, and the fixing blocks 310 are fixed on the support 100 through the corresponding fastening bolts 111.
The fastening bolt 111 slides in the elongated hole 110, and then the fixing block 310 is locked, so that the distance between the two fixing plates 300 can be adjusted, and therefore, when the laminated mold with different thicknesses is disassembled, the two fixed mold plates 200 of the laminated mold are correspondingly placed on the two fixing plates 300.
The roller line sets 400 are symmetrically arranged on two outer sides of the two fixing plates 300, and the roller line sets 400 are slidably provided with moving plates 600 for lifting the moving templates 500 of the stack mold. By arranging the moving plate 600 on the roller line set 400 in a sliding manner, the friction force of the moving plate 600 in the sliding process can be greatly reduced, so that the moving template 500 of the laminated mold can be disassembled more easily and more easily.
The roller line set 400 is provided with a slide rail 410, the moving plate 600 is slidably disposed in the slide rail 410, and the bottom of the moving plate 600 is in rolling contact with the rollers on the roller line set 400. The sliding rail 410 can limit the sliding direction of the moving plate 600, so that when the moving mold plate 500 of the stack mold moves along with the moving plate 600 and is disassembled, the moving direction cannot deviate to cause difficulty in disassembly, and even the parting surface is damaged.
The moving plate 600 is provided with a driving part for driving the moving plate 600 to slide on the roller line group 400, and the driving part includes a handle 610 provided on the moving plate 600.
The working principle of the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: before the laminated mold is disassembled, the distance between the mold feet 210 at the bottoms of the two fixed mold plates 200 of the laminated mold is measured, and then the distance between the two fixed plates 300 in the device is adjusted to ensure that the mold feet 210 at the bottoms of the two fixed mold plates 200 are just respectively placed on the fixed plates 300 corresponding to the fixed plates. When the laminated mold is disassembled, the laminated mold is hoisted on the device, so that the two fixed mold plates 200 of the laminated mold are respectively placed on the two fixed plates 300 corresponding to the fixed mold plates, and the two movable mold plates 500 of the laminated mold are respectively and correspondingly placed on the two movable plates 600. Then, the handle 610 of the moving plate 600 is grasped by hand and pulled to both sides, so that the stack mold can be easily opened.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when the laminated mold is disassembled, the mold can be directly placed on the device without disassembling the synchronous mold openers and related parts on two sides of the laminated mold, and the laminated mold can be easily disassembled by pulling the handle 610 on the moving plate 600 to enable the moving plate 600 to slide on the roller line set 400. The operation is simple, convenient, efficient, quick, time-saving and labor-saving. The device is also suitable for the common injection mold with only one parting surface, and has wide application range.
In other embodiments of this embodiment, the fixing plate 300 and the moving plate 600 may further be provided with limiting holes corresponding to the mold legs 210 of the stack mold one to one, so that when the stack mold is lifted to the apparatus, the mold legs 210 of the mold are inserted into the corresponding limiting holes, and the stack mold is placed on the apparatus more stably. Meanwhile, it is possible to prevent the sliding of the stationary platen 200 of the stack mold with respect to the stationary platen 300 and the sliding of the movable platen 500 of the stack mold with respect to the movable platen 600 when disassembling the relatively light mold.
In other embodiments of this embodiment, the driving component may further include an actuator, and the actuator may be an electrically controlled oil cylinder or an air cylinder. The driver is connected with the handle 610, and the movable plate 600 is pulled to slide through the driver, so that the die is more labor-saving and safer to disassemble.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
