As shown in fig. 7, the weldment setting frame 5 includes two longitudinal beams 51 arranged side by side, a plurality of columns 52 are arranged on the longitudinal beams 51, a setting seat 53 is mounted on each of the two parallel columns 52, and the weldment to be welded is located on the setting seat 53.
When the automatic welding machine for the longitudinal seam of the H-shaped beam and the welding head are used for welding operation, firstly, a weldment is transferred to the placing seat 53 on the weldment placing frame 5, the position of the transverse moving sliding plate 46 on the transverse sliding rail 45 and the position of the vertical moving sliding plate 48 on the vertical moving sliding rail 47 are adjusted, so that the welding head 1 is aligned with the welding seam, then the longitudinal moving sliding plate 42 moves on the longitudinal moving sliding rail 41, the transverse beam 44 on the longitudinal moving sliding plate and the welding head 1 are driven to longitudinally move together, the welding head 1 can continuously weld along the length direction of the weldment, free follow-up can be generated according to the shape of the weldment, and the welding accuracy of the whole welding operation is ensured.
Further, in order to fix the weldment on the weldment setting frame 5, the welding operation of the weldment is completed by moving the welding head 1, the weldment fastening devices are installed at the positions of the two ends of the side surface of the placing seat 53, as shown in fig. 8, each weldment fastening device comprises a fastening oil cylinder 54 and a fastening sliding groove 55 which are fixed on the placing seat 53, a T-shaped sliding block 56 which can slide along the fastening sliding groove 55 is installed in the fastening sliding groove 55 in a matching manner, a clamping plate 57 is installed at one end, extending out of the fastening sliding groove 55, of the T-shaped sliding block 56, and a piston rod of the fastening oil cylinder 54 is fixedly connected with the clamping plate 57. When the piston rods of the fastening cylinders 54 at both ends retract, the clamping plates 57 can clamp and fix the weldments on the placing seats 53.
Further, in order to facilitate taking out the welded workpiece after welding from the workpiece placement frame 5, a jacking device is installed on the longitudinal beam 51 between the placement seats 53, as shown in fig. 9, the jacking device comprises jacking oil cylinders 58 vertically installed on the longitudinal beam 51, jacking rotating rollers 59 are installed between the jacking oil cylinders 58 arranged side by side on different longitudinal beams 51, two ends of each jacking rotating roller 59 are fixedly connected with piston rods of the jacking oil cylinders 58 on one side respectively, and the jacking rotating rollers 59 are arranged in parallel with the placement seats 53. When the piston rod of the jacking oil cylinder 58 extends out, the jacking rotary roller 59 rises along with the piston rod, and can drive the weldment on the placing seat 53 to be separated from the weldment placing frame 5, so that the subsequent movement and transfer of the weldment are facilitated.
