Claims (9)

1. An environment-friendly paint spraying device for machining of electromechanical products comprises a box body (19), and a supporting component and a paint spraying component which are arranged in the box body (19), and is characterized in that the supporting component is arranged at the bottom of the box body (19); the paint spraying assembly comprises an injection head (3), a paint spraying box (1) and an adjusting device, wherein the injection head (3) is rotatably connected with the adjusting device and is provided with a paint spraying pipe (2) in a communicated manner, the paint spraying box (1) is fixedly arranged at the top of a box body (19) and is arranged in a communicated manner with the injection head (3) through the paint spraying pipe (2), and the paint spraying pipe (2) is a soft pipe and is also provided with a pressure pump (20); adjusting device includes lifter (15) and telescopic link (4), lifter (15) are connected with injector head (3) rotation along vertical direction fixed mounting in box (19) bottom and its top, telescopic link (4) one end is rotated and is installed the end that stretches out and its other end and injector head (3) rotation at lifter (15) and are connected.

The environmentally friendly painting apparatus for machining of electromechanical products according to claim 1, wherein the number of the spray heads (3) and the adjusting means is four and the spray heads and the adjusting means are respectively distributed on both sides of the support assembly.

The environment-friendly paint spraying device for machining electromechanical products, as claimed in claim 1, wherein an electric sliding door is slidably mounted in each of two side walls of the box body (19) and is respectively a feeding door (17) and a discharging door (5), an air outlet machine (18) is further arranged on one side of the feeding door (17) close to the inside of the box body (19) and an air outlet of the air outlet machine faces the inside of the box body (19), and an air exhaust fan (7) communicated with the paint spraying box (1) is further arranged on one side of the discharging door (5) close to the inside of the box body (19) and an air inlet of the air exhaust fan faces the inside of the box body (19).

The environmentally friendly painting apparatus for machining electromechanical products according to claim 1, wherein the support assembly includes a moving device, a rotating device and a fixing device, the top of the rotating device is rotatably connected with the fixing device and the bottom of the rotating device is in threaded connection with the moving device, the moving device is fixedly installed outside the box body (19) at one end and is rotatably connected with the box body (19) at the other end.

The environmentally-friendly paint spraying device for machining electromechanical products is characterized in that the moving device comprises a moving motor (13) and a moving lead screw (9), the moving motor (13) is fixedly installed outside the box body (19) and an output shaft of the moving motor is fixedly connected with the moving lead screw (9), two ends of the moving lead screw (9) are rotatably installed on the side wall of the box body (19) through bearings, and the rotating device is in threaded connection with the moving lead screw.

The environment-friendly paint spraying device for machining electromechanical products as claimed in claim 5, wherein the rotating device comprises a rotating base plate (23) and a rotating motor (14), the bottom of the rotating base plate (23) is connected to the moving screw rod (9) in a threaded mode, the top of the rotating base plate is connected with a fixing device in a rotating mode, and the rotating motor (14) is fixedly installed on the rotating base plate (23) and the output shaft of the rotating motor is arranged in a linkage mode through a belt transmission device (24) and the fixing device.
7. The environmentally friendly painting device for machining electromechanical products according to claim 6, wherein a protective cover (8) is further disposed around the rotating device and the protective cover (8) is rotatably connected to the fixing device.

The environment-friendly paint spraying device for machining of electromechanical products as claimed in claim 6, wherein the fixing device comprises support rods (6), fixing push rods (22) and fixing baffles (16), the support rods (6) are vertically distributed inside the box body (19) and the bottoms of the support rods are rotatably mounted on the rotating bottom plate (23) through bearings, the lower ends of the support rods (6) are fixedly connected with the belt transmission device (24) and the tops of the support rods are fixedly mounted with the support panel (21), the fixing push rods (22) and the fixing baffles (16) are respectively three in number and uniformly distributed on the periphery of the support rods (6) in an annular shape, and the fixing push rods (22) are vertically fixed at the upper ends of the support rods (6) and the extending ends of the fixing push rods are fixedly connected with the fixing baffles (16).

The environment-friendly paint spraying device for machining of electromechanical products according to claim 1, wherein a recycling cavity (11) is further formed in the bottom of the box body (19), a filter screen (10) is mounted at the top of the recycling cavity (11), and an output pipe (12) communicated with the outside is further formed in the bottom of the recycling cavity (11).
