The working principle is as follows: when the stirring ball mill works, the power source drives the main gear 4 and the pinion gear 9 to rotate, the main gear 4 rotates to drive the ball milling barrel 3 to rotate, the pinion gear 9 drives the stirring rod 10 to rotate in the ball milling barrel 3, under the combined action of the grinding balls and the stirring rod 10, materials in the ball milling barrel 3 are better ground, during grinding, because the materials contain moisture with certain content, a large amount of water vapor is generated in the ball milling barrel 3, the water vapor can not be timely discharged in the ball milling barrel 3, the phenomenon of grinding can occur, under the normal condition, the air moves from the right side discharge port 6 of the main shaft 2, thereby the materials after being ground are driven to be discharged from the discharge port 6, if the phenomenon of grinding occurs in the ball milling barrel 3, the flaky materials can block up the discharge port 6 to influence normal discharge.
When the main gear 4 rotates, the first gear 11 is driven to rotate, the first gear 11 drives the second gear 15 to rotate through the rotating rod 12, the second gear 15 drives the third gear 16 to rotate, the third gear 16 rotates to drive the fan 17 on the third gear to start rotating, the fan 17 rotates to enable air in the ball grinding cylinder 3 to move towards the air extracting device 7, the air inlet valve 18 is a one-way valve, the air continuously enters the air extracting device 7, and the air pressure in the air extracting device 7 is continuously increased, because the weight of the valve ball 22 in the air outlet valve 19 is greater than that of the valve ball 22 in the air inlet valve 18, the air outlet valve 19 is not opened immediately, when the pressure in the air draft device 7 is increased to a certain degree, the valve ball 22 is extruded instantly to open the air outlet valve 19, high-pressure air flows out of the air draft device 7 instantly to form high-pressure airflow to be sprayed to the sieve plate 20, materials blocked on the sieve plate 20 are cleaned, and the discharge hole 6 can discharge materials normally.
