5. The fire-fighting lance as recited in claim 1, wherein the positioning portion is a spherical groove, and a plurality of the spherical grooves are continuously arranged to form a circular arc fish scale structure.
6. The fire-fighting lance as recited in claim 1, wherein an outer sleeve is further sleeved outside the adjusting sleeve, a threaded hole is formed in the outer sleeve, and the circumferential locking member is a locking bolt fitted in the threaded hole.
7. The fire-fighting lance defined in claim 1 wherein the lance tip portion has a ball ring groove formed in the outer wall of the forward end thereof, and balls are mounted in the ball ring groove between the lance tip portion and the adjustment sleeve.

9. The fire-fighting lance as recited in claim 1, further comprising a lance body portion, the lance body portion being threadably connected to a rear end of the lance head portion.
