Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of grinding ultrasonic atomization instruments, and discloses a grinding ultrasonic atomization device and an atomization control system thereof. The device is characterized in that a solid medicine product is ground, ultrasonically atomized and heated to form powdery vapor by utilizing a grinding technology in combination with an ultrasonic atomization technology and a heating technology, so that a human body can suck medicines into a respiratory tract, promote blood circulation and discharge respiratory tract lung toxins. The device not only can improve the functions of trachea and bronchus lung and has good effect on preventing and recovering various respiratory system diseases, but also can promote the expansion of human body pores through the heat energy generating device, adjust skin metabolism, deeply clean the pores, remove various harmful heavy metal substances and relieve the harm of harmful toxins such as haze and the like to the body. The novel atomizing sprayer has the advantages of small occupied area, simplicity in operation, uniform atomizing concentration, high medicine utilization rate, reduction of medicine waste, wide medicine contact area and high absorption rate, and can also play a good role in treating various upper and lower respiratory system diseases, skin diseases, arthritis and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of grinding ultrasonic atomization instruments, and particularly relates to a grinding ultrasonic atomization device and an atomization control system thereof.
Background
An increasing number of researchers and physicians have recognized the rationality of treating disease using natural or physical factors. The medicine can quickly and effectively treat acute diseases, however, the long-term repeated use of the medicine therapy may cause anaphylaxis and toxic reaction, and cause the drug resistance of microorganisms to antibiotics. In 1843, Polish physicians Fei and Baolukowski firstly proposed the beneficial characteristics of salt fog on human respiratory organs, in the twenty-fifth century and the fortieth, former Su Union occupational disease prevention workers found that miners of various underground mines such as coal, iron, copper, gold and the like generally suffered from silicosis, and only the miners of underground salt mines mostly did not suffer from respiratory diseases, even though the miners who transferred from other mines to underground salt mines and had suffered from silicosis are improved unusually. Experiments and practices of further preventing and treating respiratory diseases prove that the salt spray has beneficial effects on preventing and treating respiratory diseases of human bodies. In the initial stage of introducing the salt fog method for treating respiratory organ diseases into clinic, the rock cavern of underground salt mine is reconstructed into a ward meeting medical requirements. The patients go to a treatment room of underground salt mine from all directions, go into the well for several times every day, only take tens of minutes every time, and need to undergo recuperation for many days or months, although the curative effect is obvious, the treatment is inconvenient, most of the cost is consumed on the way and on the food and lodging expenses outside the treatment room, and the urgent requirements of respiratory disease patients requiring medical treatment by a plurality of remote mu are not met. This has prompted people to find ways to simulate artificial salt fog climatic environments in rock salt caverns of underground salt mines in medical institutions.
From the 80 s, supersaturated salt solution is coated on the fabric covering the inner wall surface of a treatment room, and the salt wall is installed by the method to construct an artificial salt room, which has higher speed and higher cost, but can not generate dry salt aerosol and has poorer curative effect. People try to manufacture salt aerosol by using a salt saturated liquid atomization method and manufacture aerosol by using an ultrasonic generator or a liquid atomizer for many times, but the method is simple and feasible in technology, cannot generate dry salt aerosol, has poor curative effect and is not popularized and applied.
A 'dry salt aerosol salt treatment room' was created in the 90 s, which is characterized in that a hollow interlayer is constructed by plates on 6 surfaces in the treatment room, rock salt collected from underground salt mine is adhered on all the indoor surfaces of the plates, air conditioning equipment is adopted to ventilate and absorb moisture to the hollow interlayer, the constant temperature and the dryness in the treatment room are kept, the rock salt on the 6 surfaces in the treatment room is ensured not to be affected with moisture and deteriorate, and dry salt aerosol can be continuously and stably generated. The artificial salt room is very close to the salt fog climate environment of the rock salt cavern of the underground salt mine, local patients do not need to be hospitalized, the hospitalization is very convenient, the curative effect is also good, and the dry salt aerosol salt therapy is introduced in many hospitals at one time. However, the cost of the air conditioner is high, especially the maintenance cost of the air conditioner is high when the air conditioner is started for 24 hours in the month of adults, so that the medical cost is high, the adaptability is worse especially in the areas with more rainy and humid climates in the south, and the air conditioner is difficult to popularize and apply in China.
There are more devices that can realize product atomization among the correlation technique, this type of device only can accomplish and change the product from the liquefaction to aqueous vapor attitude or vapour attitude, and the user is extremely low to the product utilization ratio after the conversion, can only utilize a function moreover, and atomizing device's utilization ratio is low, and the power consumption is high.
Meanwhile, the conventional respiratory tract treatment equipment and products use liquid atomization, hydrogen absorption, water element and the like.
Therefore, an integrated device which can not only complete the atomization conversion of the solid medium, but also apply the atomized solid medium to a user is receiving important attention.
