Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical operation equipment, in particular to a medical craniocerebral operation channel sealing device.
Background
The basic flow of craniocerebral operations is three stages, craniotomy, operation in brain, and craniocerebral operation. After sterile towel is laid in the surgical field, the operation field enters into a craniotomy procedure: the scalp is cut, the flap is turned open, then the tool is used to cut and free the skull flap, and the dura mater is cut open. Then performing an operation of brain surgery, and entering a craniotomy program after the operation is finished: the dura mater is sutured, the skull is fixed by the nail plate, and the scalp incision is sutured. Conventional craniotomy procedures take at least about 1-2 hours to complete (depending on the skill of the operator).
In the process of performing an intra-brain operation, conditions such as deep brain hemorrhage and brain tissue displacement at a resected part are often encountered, so that an operator decides to temporarily stop the operation to perform related examination, such as an intra-operative CT scan, an intra-operative magnetic resonance scan, or transfer to another operating room (such as a DSA operating room, a laser operating room, etc.) with related fixing devices, and then continue performing the operation treatment. The craniocerebral occlusion is needed to be temporarily carried out, the aseptic occlusion and the aseptic wrapping and covering of the operation area are needed to be carried out rapidly, and the characteristics of the craniocerebral occlusion are restored, so that the infection and the like caused by excessive loss of cerebrospinal fluid, brain tissue displacement herniation, hemorrhage or operation field pollution are prevented.
Since most of these situations are urgent, and then surgical treatment needs to be continued. This requires that the craniocerebral occlusion be completed within minutes, which is not possible with conventional craniocerebral procedures.
The temporary craniocerebral operation channel sealing method at the present stage is to cover the brain surface by using operation brain cotton, then fill the skull and scalp positions of the operation channel by using multi-layer gauze, simultaneously take a rigid supporting effect by using an aseptic plastic basin to be reversely buckled outside the channel, finally fix and cover a plurality of aseptic layers by using adhesive tape to prevent infection, finally complete all sealing operation after the outermost layer is wrapped by using an aseptic plastic bag, and carry out other works such as examination. And after the completion, removing the surgical operation layer by layer according to the reverse process, and continuing the surgical operation.
However, the above-mentioned way of closing the temporary craniocerebral operation channel has the following problems:
1. the above process is still relatively complex, taking about 15-20 minutes; about 10 minutes is also required to remove the sterility protection;
2. the brain cotton, gauze and other flexible materials can enter intracranial pressure brain tissue under the action of gravity or pressure; at the same time, the countercurrent air has certain stimulation and damage to brain tissues;
3. when CT and MRI scanning or moving are performed during operation, the head position is changed, the position of the operation channel is changed, so that brain tissue and cerebrospinal fluid are outwards displaced due to the action of gravity, and the brain tissue can be extruded from the operation channel, damaged by extrusion, bleeding and the like.
4. The cerebrospinal fluid can be lost in a large amount, so that the whole brain tissue cannot float, and the deep brain tissue vascular traction injury, bleeding, cerebral tissue collapse, contusion and other risks can be caused, such as nerve dysfunction, bleeding and the like;
5. the air entering the cranium has stimulation and damage to brain tissues, and simultaneously generates serious interference to image scanning, so that image deformation, artifact, interference and the like are caused, and the scanning result is influenced;
6. due to the lack of an effective fixing means, the sterile plastic basin is difficult to fix stably, and when a large-area operation channel is used, the operation channel possibly collapses into the cranium, so that brain tissues are damaged accidentally, and danger occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, it is necessary to provide a medical craniocerebral operation channel sealing device aiming at the safety problems of the prior operation channel sealing mode, such as loose channel sealing, unstable fixation and the like.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the medical craniocerebral operation channel sealing device comprises an expandable water bag and a supporting frame, wherein the expandable water bag comprises an elastic water bag, a water pipe and a valve, and the supporting frame comprises an outer fixed bracket, a smooth plate and a support column;
one end of the water pipe is connected with the valve, and the other end of the water pipe is connected with the opening of the elastic water bag;
the front of smooth board with the side fixed connection of elasticity water pocket, smooth board's back is fixed the pillar, external fixation support with pillar fixed connection.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) Stable fixation
The sealing device provided by the invention can be inserted between scalp and skull through the external fixing bracket, is stably fixed at the scalp and skull, prevents the safety risk of outward bulging of brain tissues and external compression invagination, is simple and convenient in mounting and dismounting processes, can be completed within 5 minutes, and greatly saves time, and particularly needs delay time in emergency treatment;
(2) Quick and tight closing of surgical access
According to the invention, a proper amount of sterile physiological saline is pushed in from the valve by using the injector and the valve is closed, so that the elastic water bag is rapidly expanded and inflated, and the inflated elastic water bag is propped against tissues such as skull or scalp muscles, so that a surgical channel is rapidly and tightly sealed, the brain tissues are isolated from the outside, the cerebrospinal fluid is prevented from losing, the brain tissue deformation is reduced, the stimulation of air and the like to the brain tissues is reduced, and the intracranial water environment is ensured not to be disturbed by the outside;
(3) No signal interference
The invention does not affect various intraoperative imaging examinations per se. The elastic water bag has enough isolation thickness, can effectively isolate air, and reduces the image quality interference of the air on the intraoperative imaging examination.
