Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The roaming method and the device provided by the invention have the advantages that the problem that the roaming experience of the user is poor due to the fact that the current roaming mobile communication network selection method cannot select the roaming mobile communication network which best meets the requirements of the user is solved, the terminal and the roaming operator make a roaming transaction agreement on the roaming service before entering the roaming place, the terminal and the roaming operator network establish connection after entering the roaming place and enjoy the roaming service provided by the roaming operator, the roaming mobile communication network which best meets the requirements of the user can be provided for the user, and the roaming service experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a roaming method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a roaming operator node. As shown in fig. 1, the roaming method may include the following steps:
step S101, a roaming transaction agreement is reached with the terminal.
Roaming means that the terminal leaves a service area where it is registered, moves to another service area, and uses a communication function provided by the currently located service area. Roaming can be classified into national roaming and international roaming according to the range of a service area. It will be appreciated that roaming, whether national or international, can only occur between domestic cities where the network formats are compatible and already networked or between regions or countries where bilateral roaming agreements have been signed.
Most of the current roaming services, especially international roaming services, usually select a roaming mobile communication network to which a user can connect after entering a roaming place. In the conventional roaming mobile communication network selection method, the terminal automatically selects the roaming mobile communication network with relatively best signal quality, the home operator directs the roaming handset to the predetermined roaming mobile communication network according to the predetermined rule, or the user manually selects the roaming mobile communication network. Since the roaming mobile communication network with relatively best signal quality or the roaming mobile communication network specified by the home operator is not necessarily the network that best meets the user's needs, when the user manually selects the roaming mobile communication network, the user often has blindness due to unfamiliarity with the related information of the roaming mobile communication network, which all results in that the user cannot obtain the best roaming service experience when using the roaming mobile communication network.
In view of the above, a new roaming method is proposed, in which a terminal and a roaming operator node make a roaming transaction agreement for a roaming service before entering a roaming place, so as to directly enjoy the roaming service provided by the roaming operator node after entering the roaming place.
In one embodiment, the terminal generates a second roaming message according to the transaction terminal identification, the roaming time information, the roaming location information and the roaming service requirement information, and broadcasts the second roaming message in the block chain network. And the roaming operator node in the block chain network receives the second roaming message to know that the terminal has roaming requirements, wherein the roaming operator node has mobile communication network coverage in a roaming place and has a roaming agreement with the home operator of the terminal further determines roaming charge according to the second roaming message, generates roaming charge message based on the roaming charge and then sends the roaming charge message to the terminal. It will be appreciated that typically the number of roaming operator nodes returning roaming tariff messages is multiple. When only one roaming operator node returns the roaming charge message to the terminal, the terminal does not need to select the roaming operator node any more, but only needs to determine whether to reach the roaming transaction agreement with the roaming operator node.
When a plurality of roaming operator nodes return roaming charge information, the terminal receives the plurality of roaming charge information, determines matching roaming charge according to the plurality of roaming charge information, generates roaming transaction information based on the matching roaming charge, and broadcasts the roaming transaction information in the block chain network, wherein the roaming transaction information comprises the identification of the transaction roaming operator nodes, and the transaction roaming operator nodes are also the roaming operator nodes providing the matching roaming charge.
The roaming operator node receives the roaming transaction message, judges whether the identifier of the transaction roaming operator node in the roaming transaction message is the same as the identifier of the roaming operator node, and when the identifier of the transaction roaming operator node in the roaming transaction message is the same as the identifier of the roaming operator node, the roaming operator node and the terminal form a roaming transaction agreement, wherein the roaming transaction agreement specifies what roaming service is provided for the terminal by the roaming operator in what time period and what roaming fee is charged.
It should be noted that, after generating the second roaming message, the terminal may also sign the second roaming message before broadcasting the second roaming message by the block-chain network. Accordingly, after receiving the second roaming message signed by the terminal, the roaming operator node needs to perform signature verification on the second roaming message to determine that the second roaming message is from a true and trusted terminal. Similarly, the roaming operator node signs the roaming tariff message after generating the roaming tariff message and before the block chain network broadcasts the roaming tariff message. Similarly, after the terminal receives the roaming tariff message signed by the roaming operator node, signature verification needs to be performed on the roaming tariff message to determine that the roaming tariff message is from an authentic roaming operator node.
For example, before entering the roaming place, the terminal sets a roaming requirement event E in the block chain network according to the roaming requirementroaming,Eroaming=Eroaming{[imsi,d(t1,t2),r(voice,sms,mms,data),l(p)]}. Wherein, the imsi is a transaction terminal identifier; d is a roaming time function including t1And t2Two time parameters; r is a roaming service demand function, which comprises four roaming service demand parameters, i.e. voice roaming service demand parameter, sms roaming service demand parameter, mms roaming service demand parameter, data traffic roaming service demand parameter and other roaming service demand parameters which can be set for r according to user demands; l is a roaming place function including a roaming place parameter p.
Specifically, the transaction terminal Identifier IMSI may be an IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) of the terminal, or a hash value of the IMSI, and of course, may also be SUPI (Subscription Permanent Identifier), sui (Subscription hidden Identifier), GPSI (Generic Public Subscriber Identifier, universal Public Subscriber Identity), GUTI (global Unique Temporary terminal Identifier), or a corresponding hash value as the transaction terminal Identifier.
For the roaming time function d, when the value of d is 1, it indicates that the terminal in the corresponding time range needs to use the roaming service, and when the value of d is 0, it indicates that the terminal in the corresponding time range does not need to make the terminal in the corresponding time range useWith roaming services, where time ranges can use t1And t2To indicate. t is t1And t2The local time corresponding to the roaming place may be, but is not limited to, greenwich mean time. E.g., assume t1And t2Is Greenwich mean time, and t1Is 1 month, 1 day zero in 202021 month, 5 days zero in 2020, if d (t)1,t2) When 1, the terminal needs to use the roaming service from 1/2020 to 1/5/2020, and if d (t)1,t2) When 0, the terminal does not need to use the roaming service from 1/2020 to 1/5/2020.
For the roaming service demand function r, different roaming service demand parameters may be set to indicate the roaming service required by the terminal. If r (voice) indicates that the terminal only needs to use the voice roaming service; for another example, when voice is less than or equal to 100min, r (voice) indicates that the terminal needs the voice roaming service, and the expected voice duration of use does not exceed 100 minutes; for another example, r (voice, data) indicates that the terminal needs to use a voice roaming service and a data traffic roaming service; for another example, when voice is less than or equal to 100min, data is less than or equal to 1GB, and r (voice, data) indicates that the terminal needs to use the voice roaming service and the data traffic roaming service, and the expected used voice duration does not exceed 100 minutes, and the expected used data traffic amount does not exceed 1 GB. Other things are similar and will not be described in detail here. It should be noted that, in some scenarios, the roaming service parameter of r may be default, where r is r (Φ), and Φ indicates that the roaming service parameter is an empty set.
For the roaming place function l, the roaming place parameter p includes various types, which can be flight number, train number, ship number, city name, country name, longitude and latitude, geographic coordinates, etc. Of course, the resolution of the roaming area function l is different for different types of roaming area parameters p, and the roaming area information finally obtained based on the roaming area function l is a geographical location information that can be identified by the roaming operator node.
Terminal setup complete EroamingThen, for EroamingGo on labelAnd generating a second roaming message and broadcasting the second roaming message in the blockchain network to inform the roaming operator of the roaming requirement of the node terminal.
And the roaming operator node in the block chain network receives the second roaming message and verifies the signature of the second roaming message. When the signature of the second roaming message passes the verification, the roaming operator node resolves the message EroamingL (p) in (1), the roaming place of the terminal is known. When the roaming operator node is covered with the mobile communication network in the roaming place and has a roaming agreement with the terminal home operator, the roaming operator node is according to EroamingDetermining roaming charge, generating roaming charge message, signing the roaming charge message, and sending the roaming charge message to the terminal. Wherein the roaming tariff message comprises T { [ N { [id,Eroaming],[f(voice, sms, mms, data)]T denotes roaming tariff message, NidIdentity representing a roaming operator node, NidMay be the identifier set according to MCC (mobile country code) and MNC (mobile network code), f is the roaming fee, f is the fee set by the roaming operator node according to the roaming service demand parameters voice, sms, mms and data. It should be noted that when r is r (Φ), f may be a standard roaming tariff set by the roaming operator.
It should be noted that the home operator of the terminal is assumed to be P0The number of roaming operator nodes in the blockchain network is n, then the terminal is roamed to cover the mobile communication network and is connected with the P0The number of roaming operator nodes having a roaming agreement is m, and m ≦ n, because there may be some roaming operator nodes that do not cover the mobile communication network or that do not communicate with P in the terminal roaming place0There is no roaming agreement in between; the number of roaming tariff messages received by the terminal is k, and k ≦ m, since there may be parts of the coverage area of the mobile communication network roaming at the terminal and associated with P0The roaming operator node with the roaming agreement does not respond to the second roaming message broadcasted by the terminal and does not quote the roaming requirement of the terminal, so that the roaming charge message is not returned to the terminal.
Further, assume that the terminalReceiving k roaming charge messages, selecting the roaming charge which best meets the user requirement from the k roaming charge messages as a matched roaming charge, wherein the roaming charge message corresponding to the matched roaming charge is T0And T is0=T{[Nid0,Eroaming],[f0(voice,sms,mms,data)]}. Terminal pair T0Signing is carried out, roaming transaction information is generated, and the roaming transaction information is broadcasted in the blockchain network. Wherein, T0N in (1)id0I.e. the identity of the transaction roaming operator, f0I.e. matching roaming charges.
Roaming operator node receiving roaming charge message T0To T0Is verified and is at T0After the signature of (2) is verified, further comparison of T0N in (1)id0Whether it is consistent with the identifier of the roaming operator node, when Nid0When the identifier of the current roaming operator node is consistent with the identifier of the roaming operator node, the current roaming operator node is the transaction roaming operator node, and the current roaming operator node and the terminal achieve roaming transaction agreement.
Step S102, receiving a first roaming message sent by a terminal.
The first roaming message comprises a roaming transaction identifier and a roaming terminal identifier, and the first roaming message is a message sent when the terminal arrives at a roaming place.
In one embodiment, when the terminal arrives at a roaming place, the terminal sends a first roaming message to a roaming operator node that agrees on a roaming transaction. The first roaming message includes a roaming transaction identifier and a roaming terminal identifier (the roaming terminal identifier is an identifier of a terminal currently sending the first roaming message), the first roaming message is a request for the terminal to establish a connection with a roaming network, and the roaming network is a communication network of a roaming operator node. And the roaming operator node receives a first roaming message sent by the terminal and learns that the terminal has the requirement of connecting a roaming network.
And step S103, providing roaming service for the terminal according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, the roaming operator node determines that a roaming transaction agreement exists between the roaming operator node and the terminal according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier, and provides a corresponding roaming service for the terminal according to the content of the roaming transaction agreement. Correspondingly, the terminal needs to pay the roaming tariff to the roaming operator node. The content of the roaming service and the roaming charge standard are correspondingly regulated in the roaming transaction contract.
It should be noted that the roaming operator node may provide the roaming service for the terminal based on the intelligent contract, that is, after the roaming operator node and the terminal reach the roaming transaction agreement, the corresponding intelligent contract is generated, and once the execution condition of the intelligent contract is triggered, the content of the intelligent contract is executed. Specifically, the roaming operator node and the terminal make a roaming transaction agreement, an intelligent contract is generated based on the roaming transaction agreement, and an execution condition of the intelligent contract is set to enable the terminal to initiate a roaming network connection request to the roaming operator node. When the terminal enters a roaming place, after a roaming network connection request is sent to a roaming operator node, an intelligent contract is triggered, the roaming operator node provides a roaming service for the terminal according to the content of the intelligent contract, and the terminal pays a roaming charge to the roaming operator according to the content of the intelligent contract.
It should be further noted that the terminal may agree with one roaming operator node to make multiple roaming transaction agreements according to actual requirements, or agree with multiple roaming operator nodes to make multiple roaming transaction agreements respectively. If the terminal user needs to go to and fro the same roaming place for multiple times in the near future and the corresponding round-trip time can be predicted, the terminal can reach multiple roaming transaction agreements with the roaming operator node of the roaming place for multiple roaming processes. For another example, the terminal may enter multiple roaming places within a period of time, and the time of entering and leaving each roaming place may be predicted, so that the terminal may reach corresponding roaming transaction agreements with multiple roaming operator nodes corresponding to the multiple roaming places for each roaming process.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a roaming method provided in a second embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a roaming operator node, and is substantially the same as the first embodiment of the present invention except that: after receiving the first roaming message and before providing the roaming service for the terminal, it is further required to determine whether the terminal is a terminal corresponding to the current roaming transaction. As shown in fig. 2, the roaming method may include the following steps:
step S201, a roaming transaction agreement is reached with the terminal.
Step S201 in this embodiment is the same as step S101 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
Step S202, receiving a first roaming message sent by the terminal.
Step S202 in this embodiment is the same as step S102 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
Step S203, determining whether the terminal is a terminal corresponding to the current roaming transaction according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier.
The roaming operator node receives a first roaming message sent by the terminal, learns that the terminal has a requirement for acquiring roaming service, and in order to ensure that the terminal is a terminal which has a pre-agreed with the roaming operator node on the current roaming transaction, the roaming operator node needs to judge whether the terminal is a terminal corresponding to the current roaming transaction according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, the roaming operator node acquires a transaction terminal identifier according to the roaming transaction identifier, and judges whether the roaming terminal identifier is consistent with the transaction terminal identifier; and when the roaming terminal identification is not consistent with the trading terminal identification, the roaming operator node determines that the terminal is not the terminal corresponding to the current roaming trading.
For example, the roaming operator node determines, according to the roaming transaction identifier, that the roaming transaction message corresponding to the roaming operator node is T, and T { [ N { ] {id,Eroaming],[f]In which N isidIdentification of the roaming operator for the transaction, f denotes the roaming tariff provided by the roaming operator node, EroamingIndicating roaming requirements of the terminal, and Eroaming=Eroaming{[imsi1,d,r,l]And the imsi1 is a transaction terminal identifier, d is a roaming time function, r is a roaming service demand function, and l is a roaming place function.
Assuming that the roaming terminal identifier carried in the first roaming message is imsi2, the roaming operator node is according to EroamingThe transaction terminal identification is obtained as imsi1, the roaming operator node compares imsi1 with imsi2, and when imsi1 is consistent with imsi2, the roaming operator node determines that the terminal is the terminal corresponding to the current roaming transaction; when imsi1 and imsi2 do not coincide, the roaming operator node determines that the terminal is not the terminal for the current roaming transaction.
And step S204, when the terminal is judged to be the terminal corresponding to the current roaming transaction according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier, roaming service is provided for the terminal.
In one embodiment, when the roaming operator node determines that the terminal is the terminal corresponding to the current roaming transaction according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier, the roaming operator node provides the roaming service for the terminal according to the roaming transaction agreement previously made with the terminal.
In step S205, when it is determined that the terminal is not the terminal corresponding to the current roaming transaction according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier, no roaming service is provided for the terminal.
In one embodiment, when the roaming operator node determines that the terminal is not the terminal corresponding to the current roaming transaction according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier, the roaming operator node does not provide the roaming service for the terminal, and may return a warning message that the roaming service cannot be provided to the terminal.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a roaming method provided in a third embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a roaming operator node, and is substantially the same as the first embodiment of the present invention except that: after receiving the first roaming message, the terminal needs to be authenticated, and whether roaming service is provided for the terminal is determined according to the authentication result. As shown in fig. 3, the roaming method may include the following steps:
step S301, a roaming transaction agreement is reached with the terminal.
Step S301 in this embodiment is the same as step S101 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
Step S302, receiving a first roaming message sent by the terminal.
Step S302 in this embodiment is the same as step S102 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
Step S303, sending an authentication request message to the home operator node of the terminal.
The authentication request message comprises a roaming transaction identifier, wherein the roaming transaction identifier is an identifier of a roaming transaction in a block chain network, which corresponds to the roaming transaction agreement.
In most roaming scenarios, after a terminal initiates a roaming request to a roaming operator node, the roaming operator node needs to perform operations such as authentication on the terminal through a home operator node of the terminal, and only after the terminal passes the authentication of the home operator node, the roaming operator node provides a roaming service to the terminal.
In one embodiment, after receiving a first roaming message sent by a terminal, a roaming operator node learns that the terminal has a roaming service requirement, and sends an authentication request message to a home operator node of the terminal to authenticate the terminal.
It should be noted that the authentication request message may also be used to verify whether the terminal activates the roaming service.
Step S304, receiving authentication feedback information returned by the home operator.
The authentication feedback message is a message generated based on an authentication result after the home operator cancels the redirection operation of the terminal and authenticates the terminal.
According to the existing roaming rules, if the terminal does not pass the authentication of the home operator node, the home operator node returns an authentication feedback message of authentication failure to the roaming operator node, the roaming operator node returns a roaming network connection failure message to the terminal, and after receiving the roaming network connection failure message, the terminal reselects the roaming operator node, so that the roaming transaction of the terminal and the current roaming operator node cannot be executed. Specifically, the home operator node of the terminal may carry the specified operator identifier in the authentication feedback message, so that the terminal establishes network connection with the operator node corresponding to the specified operator identifier; in addition, the home operator node of the terminal may also repeatedly return an authentication feedback message of authentication failure to the roaming operator node, and the authentication feedback message of authentication failure is not returned to the roaming operator node until the terminal just establishes network connection with the home operator for the operator node specified by the terminal according to a preset specified rule. In order to avoid the above situation and ensure that the roaming transaction between the terminal and the current roaming operator node is smoothly executed, in this embodiment, the home operator node of the terminal authenticates the terminal only after receiving the authentication request message, and does not redirect the terminal (i.e. does not designate an operator for the terminal).
In one embodiment, after receiving an authentication request message sent by a roaming operator node, a home operator node of a terminal authenticates the terminal according to an authentication flow (the home operator node does not perform redirection operation on the terminal any more), obtains an authentication result, generates an authentication feedback message based on the authentication result, and sends the authentication feedback message to the roaming operator node. And the roaming operator node receives the authentication feedback message returned by the home operator node.
Step S305, determining whether to provide roaming service for the terminal according to the authentication feedback message.
In one embodiment, when the authentication feedback message is authentication pass, the roaming operator node provides the roaming service for the terminal, and the roaming service content is the content specified in the roaming transaction agreement previously agreed by the terminal and the roaming operator node. And when the authentication feedback message is authentication failure, the roaming operator node does not provide the roaming service for the terminal.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a roaming method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which can be applied to a terminal. As shown in fig. 4, the roaming method may include the following steps:
step S401, a roaming transaction contract is reached with the roaming operator node.
In order to provide roaming service to the user, which is more suitable for the user's needs, the terminal agrees with the roaming operator to make a roaming transaction before entering the roaming place.
The terminal receives roaming tariff messages broadcast by roaming operator nodes in a block chain network, wherein the number of the roaming operator nodes is one or more, and the number of the corresponding roaming tariff messages is also one or more. And when only one roaming operator node returns the roaming charge message to the terminal, the terminal does not need to select the roaming operator node any more, but only needs to determine whether to reach the roaming transaction agreement with the roaming operator node. When the terminal receives a plurality of roaming charge messages, the terminal needs to determine a matching roaming charge according to the roaming charge messages, generate a roaming transaction message based on the matching roaming charge, and broadcast the roaming transaction message in the block chain network. Wherein the roaming transaction message includes an identification of the transaction roaming operator node.
It should be noted that the terminal determining the matching roaming tariff includes various embodiments.
In a first embodiment, the matching roaming tariff is determined by the subscriber. If the terminal displays the roaming charge message on the screen for the user to check, the user determines that the roaming charge corresponding to a certain roaming charge message best meets the user requirement, and the user manually selects the roaming charge message, so that the roaming charge corresponding to the roaming charge message is the matched roaming charge; for another example, the terminal broadcasts the roaming charge message to the user in a voice mode, and the user selects a proper roaming charge according to the broadcasted roaming charge message, wherein the roaming charge is the matched roaming charge.
In a second embodiment, the terminal determines the matching roaming tariff based on the roaming tariff message according to the usage habit of the user and/or the preset roaming parameters.
The roaming operator node receives a roaming transaction message broadcasted by the terminal in the blockchain network, judges whether the identifier of the transaction roaming operator node in the roaming transaction message is the same as the identifier of the roaming operator node, and when the identifier of the transaction roaming operator node in the roaming transaction message is the same as the identifier of the roaming operator node, the roaming operator node and the terminal form a roaming transaction agreement, wherein the roaming transaction agreement specifies which roaming service is provided for the terminal by the roaming operator in what place and in what time period, and the charging roaming charge.
Step S402, when the roaming terminal arrives at the roaming place, a first roaming message is sent to the roaming operator node, so that the roaming operator node can provide roaming service for the current terminal according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier.
The first roaming message comprises a roaming transaction identifier and a roaming terminal identifier.
After the roaming operator node further determines that the roaming transaction agreement exists between the roaming operator node and the terminal according to the roaming transaction identifier and the roaming terminal identifier, the roaming operator node provides corresponding roaming service for the terminal according to the content of the roaming transaction agreement. Correspondingly, the terminal needs to pay the roaming tariff to the roaming operator node. The content of the roaming service and the roaming charge standard are correspondingly regulated in the roaming transaction contract.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
