The unit for determining the decrypted descrambled content and the decrypted descrambled content metadata specifically includes: a descrambled content key file determining subunit, configured to obtain a public key of the playback terminal, and perform asymmetric encryption operation on the encrypted descrambled content by using the public key in combination with the descrambled content key to determine a descrambled content key file; the descrambling content cipher text and the descrambling content key file are transmitted to a playing terminal in real time when the terminal plays through a network; the decrypted descrambling content metadata determining subunit is used for acquiring a private key of the playing terminal, decrypting the descrambling content key file by using the private key and determining the decrypted descrambling content metadata and a decryption key of the descrambling content ciphertext; and the decrypted descrambling content determining subunit is used for decrypting the descrambling content ciphertext according to the decryption key of the descrambling content ciphertext and determining the decrypted descrambling content.
The invention divides the original content of the stream media into two parts of scrambled content and descrambled content, only the scrambled content is issued in the process of issuing the stream media, and the descrambled content is provided for the terminal player in real time in the stage of playing the stream media, thereby protecting the content of the stream media in the issuing process and preventing piracy from occurring.
The invention can be compatible with the prior streaming media service system, because the method uses the scrambling content of the streaming media to replace the streaming media content to be provided for the streaming media service platform, the streaming media service platform can not sense the change of the content and can not influence the content processing functions of the streaming media service platform, such as the coding conversion, the image resolution conversion and the like of the content, thereby not influencing and changing the content distribution process.
The invention can increase the digital watermark in the descrambled content in real time, and the digital watermark in the descrambled content adds the digital watermark information to the restored streaming media content when the streaming media content is restored by the terminal.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. For the system disclosed by the embodiment, the description is relatively simple because the system corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.

Claims (10)

1. A content scrambling protection method for copyright of streaming media content, comprising:
acquiring original clear stream content of the streaming media;
performing interference processing on the original clear stream content of the streaming media by using an interference generator, and determining scrambled content, descrambled content and descrambled content metadata; the metadata of the descrambled content is the relationship data among the descrambled content, the scrambled content and the original clear stream content of the streaming media;
adding an issuer watermark to the scrambled content, encrypting the scrambled content with the issuer watermark by the issuer, and determining the encrypted scrambled content;
adding a play terminal watermark to the descrambled content, encrypting the descrambled content with the play terminal watermark, and determining the encrypted descrambled content;
sending the encrypted scrambled content and the encrypted descrambling content to a playing terminal, and decrypting the encrypted descrambling content by the playing terminal in combination with the descrambling content metadata to determine the decrypted descrambling content; the issuer sends the encrypted scrambled content to a playing terminal in the streaming media issuing process, and the copyright side sends the encrypted descrambled content to the playing terminal in real time in the streaming media playing stage;
decrypting the encrypted scrambled content by the playing terminal and determining the decrypted scrambled content;
and determining the original clear stream content of the stream media with the distributor watermark and the playing terminal watermark according to the decrypted scrambled content and the decrypted descrambled content.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adding a publisher watermark to the scrambled content, encrypting the scrambled content with the publisher watermark by the publisher, and determining the encrypted scrambled content specifically comprises:
adding information of a distributor to a distribution master plate containing the scrambled content in the form of digital watermark by using a digital copyright protection technology;
after the issuing master plate is encrypted in a symmetric encryption mode, an issuing plate ciphertext is determined; the release ciphertext is the encrypted scrambled content.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the method for protecting scrambled content of copyright of streaming media content, further comprises the steps of adding a watermark of a play terminal to the descrambled content, encrypting the descrambled content with the watermark of the play terminal, and determining the encrypted descrambled content, and then:
while generating the encrypted descrambling content, acquiring a descrambling content ciphertext;
determining a descrambling content key according to the descrambling content metadata by combining a terminal certificate;
determining a descrambling content key file according to the descrambling content key and the encrypted descrambling content;
and sending the descrambling content cipher text and the descrambling content key file to a playing terminal.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the determining of the original clear stream content of the streaming media with the publisher watermark and the broadcast terminal watermark according to the decrypted scrambled content and the decrypted descrambled content specifically comprises:
decrypting the descrambling content ciphertext according to the descrambling content key file, and determining the decrypted descrambling content and the decrypted descrambling content metadata;
and determining the original clear stream content of the streaming media with the distributor watermark and the playing terminal watermark according to the decrypted scrambled content, the decrypted descrambled content and the decrypted descrambled content metadata.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the decrypting the descrambled content ciphertext according to the descrambled content key file to determine the descrambled content after decryption and the descrambled content metadata after decryption includes:
acquiring a public key of the playing terminal, and performing asymmetric encryption operation on the encrypted descrambled content by using the public key in combination with the descrambled content key to determine a descrambled content key file; the descrambling content cipher text and the descrambling content key file are transmitted to a playing terminal in real time when the terminal plays through a network;
acquiring a private key of the playing terminal, decrypting the descrambling content key file by using the private key, and determining the decrypted descrambling content metadata and a decryption key of the descrambling content ciphertext;
and decrypting the descrambling content ciphertext according to the decryption key of the descrambling content ciphertext to determine the decrypted descrambling content.
6. A content scrambling protection system for copyright of streaming media content, comprising:
the system comprises a streaming media original clear stream content acquisition module, a clear stream content acquisition module and a clear stream content acquisition module, wherein the streaming media original clear stream content acquisition module is used for acquiring streaming media original clear stream content;
a scrambled content, descrambled content and descrambled content metadata determination module, configured to perform interference processing on the original clear stream content of the streaming media by using an interference generator, and determine the scrambled content, descrambled content and descrambled content metadata; the metadata of the descrambled content is the relationship data among the descrambled content, the scrambled content and the original clear stream content of the streaming media;
the encrypted scrambled content determining module is used for adding an issuer watermark to the scrambled content, encrypting the scrambled content with the issuer watermark by the issuer and determining the encrypted scrambled content;
the encrypted descrambling content determining module is used for adding a playing terminal watermark to the descrambling content, encrypting the descrambling content with the playing terminal watermark and determining the encrypted descrambling content;
the decrypted descrambling content determining module is used for sending the encrypted scrambling content and the encrypted descrambling content to a playing terminal, and the playing terminal decrypts the encrypted descrambling content by combining the descrambling content metadata to determine the decrypted descrambling content; the issuer sends the encrypted scrambled content to a playing terminal in the streaming media issuing process, and the copyright side sends the encrypted descrambled content to the playing terminal in real time in the streaming media playing stage;
the decrypted scrambled content determining module is used for decrypting the encrypted scrambled content by the playing terminal and determining the decrypted scrambled content;
and the streaming media original clear stream content determining module is used for determining the streaming media original clear stream content with the issuer watermark and the playing terminal watermark according to the decrypted scrambled content and the decrypted descrambled content.
7. The content scrambling protection system for copyright of streaming media content as claimed in claim 6, wherein the encrypted scrambled content determination module specifically comprises:
a watermark adding unit, which is used for adding the information of the issuer to the issuing mother plate containing the scrambled content in the form of digital watermark by using the digital copyright protection technology;
the encrypted scrambled content determining unit is used for determining an issuing version ciphertext after encrypting the issuing master version in a symmetric encryption mode; the release ciphertext is the encrypted scrambled content.
8. The content scrambling protection system for copyright of streaming media content as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:
a descrambling content ciphertext acquisition module, configured to acquire a descrambling content ciphertext while generating the encrypted descrambling content;
a descrambling content key determining module, configured to determine a descrambling content key according to the descrambling content metadata in combination with the terminal certificate;
a descrambled content key file determining module, configured to determine a descrambled content key file according to the descrambled content key and the encrypted descrambled content;
and the sending module is used for sending the descrambling content cipher text and the descrambling content key file to a playing terminal.
