An embodiment of the present invention further provides an information acquisition system, as shown in fig. 2, where the information acquisition system includes: appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.), base stations, and servers.
The electronic device is used for exciting the electronic tag on a preset object in a preset range through a transmitting source arranged on the electronic device so that the electronic tag broadcasts the stored preset information;
the base station is used for receiving the preset information and sending the preset information to the server;
and the server is used for sending the preset information and/or the electric appliance parameter information to the electric appliance, and the electric appliance parameter information is acquired according to the preset information.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the information acquiring system may further include a mobile terminal, configured to acquire the preset information from the server, acquire the electrical parameter information according to the preset information, and send the electrical parameter information to the server or the electrical appliance.
The information acquisition system of this embodiment can implement the process of the information acquisition method in the above embodiments, which can be referred to in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the information acquisition method described in the above embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. An information acquisition method, comprising:
exciting an electronic tag on a preset object within a preset range through a transmitting source arranged on an electric appliance, so that the electronic tag broadcasts preset information stored in the electronic tag, and the preset information is received and sent to a server side by a base station;
and receiving the preset information and/or the electrical parameter information sent by the server, wherein the electrical parameter information is acquired according to the preset information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the appliance is a washing machine, the method comprising in particular:
exciting an electronic tag on clothes to be washed in the washing machine through an emission source arranged on the washing machine, so that the electronic tag broadcasts the stored clothes information, and the stored clothes information is received and sent to a server side by a base station;
and receiving the clothes information and/or washing parameter information sent by the server, wherein the washing parameter information is acquired according to the clothes information.
3. The method according to claim 2, further comprising, after the receiving the clothing information sent by the server side:
and if the washing parameter information is not received, acquiring the washing parameter information according to the clothes information.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the washing parameter information sent by the server is obtained by the server according to the laundry information; or the mobile terminal connected with the server side acquires the clothes information according to the clothes information acquired from the server side.
5. The method according to claim 4, further comprising, after exciting the electronic tag on the laundry to be washed in the washing machine by an emission source provided in the washing machine:
sending washing machine identification information to the electronic tag through the emission source so that the electronic tag can broadcast the stored clothes information after associating the clothes information with the washing machine identification information;
the receiving the clothes information and/or washing parameter information sent by the server includes:
and receiving the clothes information and/or washing parameter information sent by the server according to the washing machine identification information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein, when the electronic tag on the laundry to be washed in the washing machine is excited by an emission source provided on the washing machine, the method further comprises:
and controlling the washing barrel of the washing machine to rotate so that the emission source can sufficiently excite the electronic tags on the clothes to be washed in the washing machine.
7. An electrical appliance, comprising:
