Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional structural view of a three-phase base 111 in a quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 for implementing end phasing of a column head cabinet according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional structural view of the plug 112 in the quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 according to an embodiment of the present application. It should be noted that the quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 according to the embodiment of the present application is suitable for being integrated into the power distribution circuit 100 of the column head cabinet, and is used for electrically connecting the terminals of the three-phase power distribution in the power distribution circuit 100.
That is, the quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 according to the embodiment of the present application is adapted to be electrically connected to the rear end of the power distribution circuit 100 in the column head cabinet, so that when the power supply of the load 200 is three-phase regulated, the three-phase regulation of the power supply can be performed directly at the rear end of the power distribution circuit 100 by turning off the power supply for supplying power to the load 200.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 of the embodiment of the present application includes a three-phase base 111 and a plug 112. Referring to fig. 1, the three-phase base 111 includes a female block 1110, and an a-phase sub-block 1111, a B-phase sub-block 1112, and a C-phase sub-block 1113 installed in parallel on a front surface of the female block 1110. The phase a sub-mount 1111, the phase B sub-mount 1112 and the phase C sub-mount 1113 are all provided with socket holes 1114, so that the phase a sub-mount 1111, the phase B sub-mount 1112 and the phase C sub-mount 1113 are all electrically connected with one phase of the three-phase power distribution through the respectively provided socket holes 1114. The back of the female seat 1110 is provided with three wire-clamping grooves, which are arranged in parallel along the female seat 1110 and respectively correspond to the phase a sub-seat 1111, the phase B sub-seat 1112 and the phase C sub-seat 1113 one by one. Here, it should be noted that, in the quick plug terminal 110 of the embodiment of the present application, the three wire-locking slots disposed on the back surface of the female socket 1110 are respectively used for locking the three-phase cables of the power supply, and at the same time, after the three-phase cables of the power supply are respectively locked to the three wire-locking slots, the three-phase cables are respectively electrically connected to the wires in the socket holes 1114 disposed on the a-phase sub-socket 1111, the B-phase sub-socket 1112, and the C-phase sub-socket 1113, so that the quick plug terminal 110 of the embodiment of the present application has three gear positions, and each gear position corresponds to three phases of the three-phase power distribution of the power supply through the above-mentioned structural design of the three-phase base 111 including the a-phase sub-socket 1111, the B-phase sub.
Meanwhile, referring to fig. 2, the quick connect/disconnect terminal 110 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a plug 112 engaged with the three-phase base 111. The plug 112 includes a handle 1120, and pins (which include a first pin 1121 and a second pin 1122 corresponding to the socket holes of the dual-hole structure on each sub-socket) disposed below the handle 1120. The pins are arranged to correspond to the socket holes 1114 in the three-phase base 111 and match with the socket holes 1114 in the three-phase base 111.
Therefore, the quick plug terminal 110 of the embodiment of the present application has the three-phase base 111 and the plug 112 that are matched with each other through the three-phase base 111 and the plug 112, and the three-phase base 111 has the three-phase gears that respectively represent the power supply, so that after the quick plug terminal 110 of the embodiment of the present application is electrically connected to the power distribution loop 100 of the column head cabinet, when the three-phase adjustment of the power supply of the load 200 is performed, the insertion position of the plug 112 can be directly replaced after the power supply is turned off, and the operation is simple.
Moreover, since the quick plugging terminal 110 of the embodiment of the present application is suitable for being electrically connected to the rear end of the three-phase power distribution of the column head cabinet power distribution circuit 100, when the three-phase adjustment of the power supply of the load 200 is performed, there is no need to adjust the front-end distribution circuit, and only the power distribution cable to be adjusted needs to be plugged and installed on the required terminal, which does not affect the overall layout of the column head cabinet power distribution circuit 100, and does not need to change the main body circuit of the column head cabinet power distribution circuit 100, so that the operation mode of the column head cabinet power distribution circuit 100 when performing the three-phase adjustment is effectively simplified, and since the main body circuit of the column head cabinet power distribution circuit 100 does not need to be changed, only the plugging and pulling operation of the plug 112 needs to be performed at the rear end of the power distribution circuit 100, which also greatly improves the safety of the three-phase adjustment.
In one possible implementation, referring to fig. 1, in the three-phase base 111 of the embodiment of the present application, the a-phase sub-base 1111, the B-phase sub-base 1112, and the C-phase sub-base 1113 disposed on the front surface of the female base 1110 are all implemented in a plate-shaped structure. Specifically, the female seat 1110 is disposed in a rectangular plate shape, and the female seat 1110 may be made of an insulating material. Then, the a-phase sub-mount 1111, the B-phase sub-mount 1112, and the C-phase sub-mount 1113 having a plate-like structure are disposed in parallel on the front surface of the female mount 1110 and fixed by screwing. The socket holes 1114 formed in the a-phase sub-base 1111, the B-phase sub-base 1112 and the C-phase sub-base 1113 are electrically connected with three-phase cables in three wire clamping grooves formed in the back surface of the female base 1110 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the a-phase sub-base 1111 can be electrically connected with the a-phase cable of the power supply, the B-phase sub-base 1112 can be electrically connected with the B-phase cable of the power supply, and the C-phase sub-base 1113 can be electrically connected with the C-phase cable of the power supply. By providing the a-phase sub-mount 1111, the B-phase sub-mount 1112, and the C-phase sub-mount 1113 in a plate-like structure, the a-phase sub-mount 1111, the B-phase sub-mount 1112, and the C-phase sub-mount 1113 can be attached to the plate surface of the mother mount 1110. In addition, when the a-phase sub-mount 1111, the B-phase sub-mount 1112 and the C-phase sub-mount 1113 are mounted on the female mount 1110, the mounting can be directly performed in a screwing manner, so that the structure of the three-phase base 111 is simpler, the mounting and the preparation of the three-phase base 111 are facilitated, and the preparation and the mounting costs are simplified.
In addition, in order to facilitate the electric power maintenance personnel and the designer to more intuitively distinguish which phase of cable the load 200 cabinet is currently connected to, referring to fig. 1, in the quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 according to the embodiment of the present application, the phase a sub-mount 1111, the phase B sub-mount 1112, and the phase C sub-mount 1113 are all further mounted with the indicator lights 1115, and the indicator lights 1115 are disposed near the socket holes 1114. Such as: when the socket holes have a double hole structure, the indicator light 1115 may be disposed at a position between the two socket holes.
The indicator light 1115 is in a normally on state. Correspondingly, the plug 112 may be made of a crystal insulating material. Thus, after the plug 112 is plugged into the corresponding phase sub-base, the phase of the power supply of the current load 200 cabinet can be determined by looking at which phase cable is shielded by the plug 112.
Further, in the quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 of the embodiment of the present application, the handle 1120 of the plug 112 may be provided as a holding portion 1120a and a plugging portion 1120 b. That is, referring to fig. 2, the handle 1120 includes a holding portion 1120a and an insertion portion 1120b, and the holding portion 1120a and the insertion portion 1120b are vertically arranged; wherein, the top end of the holding part 1120a is provided with an arc-shaped bulge; the main body of the insertion part 1120b is of a rectangular structure, and a clamping hole for inserting the connection cable of the load 200 is formed in one side of the connection part 1120b, which is connected with the holding part 1120 a; the hole wall of the clamping hole is provided with a conductive column with a hollow structure, the aperture of the conductive column is matched with the diameter of the wiring cable of the load 200, and meanwhile, the conductive column is also elastically spliced with the wiring cable of the load 200, so that the power-on and power-off operations of the load 200 are facilitated; the pin is disposed at the bottom end of the insertion portion 1120b and is fixedly connected to the conductive pillar.
Thus, when the connection cable of load 200 is electrically connected to plug 112, the connection cable of load 200 may be directly inserted into card wire hole 1124 and fixed.
In one possible implementation, the securing of patch cables of load 200 within card wire holes 1124 of plug 112 may be accomplished with fastening screws 1125. That is, referring to fig. 2, screw holes penetrating grip portion 1120a and communicating with card-hole 1124 are opened at both ends of the arc-shaped protrusion of grip portion 1120a, so that after the connection cable of load 200 is inserted into card-hole 1124, fastening screw 1125 is tightened to fix the connection cable of load 200 in card-hole 1124 by pressing of fastening screw 1125.
In addition, in the quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the wire-locking hole 1124 may be configured to have a structure with a thin inside and a thick outside. That is, referring to fig. 2, the aperture of the opening side portion of the card wire hole 1124 is larger than the aperture of the bottom side portion of the card wire hole 1124. Thus, after the power receiving cable 200a of the load 200 is inserted into the card wire hole 1124, the outer insulating layer of the connection cable at the outer section of the card wire hole 1124 (i.e., the opening-side portion of the card wire hole 1124) is not pressed to cause a situation of electric leakage, which further improves the safety between the connections.
Here, it should be noted that the grip portion 1120a and the insertion portion 1120b may be implemented by an integrally molded structure. Meanwhile, the conductive posts disposed on the hole wall of the wire clamping hole 1124 may be directly implemented by copper conductive posts of a central structure.
In addition, in the quick-connect/disconnect terminal 110 according to the embodiment of the present application, a positioning head 1123 is further disposed at a bottom end of the inserting portion 1120b of the plug 112. The alignment head 1123 may also be in a needle-like configuration, and in one possible implementation, the alignment head 1123 is fixedly mounted between the first pin 1121 and the second pin 1122, corresponding to the indicator lights 1115 provided in the three-phase base 111.
Thus, in the above-described embodiment, the plug 112 is inserted into the three-phase base 111 by providing the positioning head 1123 on the plug 112, so that the positional calibration of the plug 112 is achieved by the alignment between the positioning head 1123 and the indicator lights 1115 on the three-phase base 111.
Correspondingly, based on any one of the aforementioned quick connect/disconnect terminals 110, the present application further provides a column head cabinet power distribution circuit 100. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the column-head cabinet power distribution circuit 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a switch module unit 120, a detection module unit 130, and any one of the aforementioned quick-connect/disconnect terminals 110.
The switch module unit 120, the detection module unit 130, and the quick plug terminal 110 are electrically connected in sequence, one end of the switch module unit 120, which is not electrically connected to the detection module unit 130, is suitable for electrically connecting a power supply (i.e., three-phase power distribution), and one end of the quick plug terminal 110, which is not electrically connected to the detection module unit 130, is suitable for electrically connecting the load 200 cabinet.
From this, through setting up above-mentioned first cabinet distribution circuit 100 of row, adopt quick plug terminal 110 as the terminal part of balanced phase sequence, phase modulation, realized carrying out the purpose that three-phase was adjusted at the rear end of distribution circuit 100's three-phase distribution. Moreover, when the three-phase adjustment is performed by using the quick plugging terminal 110, the main loop does not need to be changed (i.e., the switch component unit 120, the detection component unit 130, the distribution cable, etc. do not need to be adjusted), and the plugging of the plug 112 on the quick plugging terminal 110 is directly performed only after the power supply for supplying power to the load 200 currently phase-adjusted is disconnected.
