and sending the diagnosis and treatment scheme to a user terminal so that a user can select a medical institution for diagnosis and treatment according to the diagnosis and treatment scheme.
2. The diagnosis and treatment management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of transmitting the diagnosis and treatment plan to the user terminal so that the user selects a medical institution for diagnosis and treatment according to the diagnosis and treatment plan comprises:
sending the diagnosis and treatment scheme to a user terminal so that a user can select a corresponding examination and consultation mechanism to carry out pre-diagnosis and treatment according to the diagnosis and treatment scheme;
after the preposed diagnosis and treatment is finished, determining a qualified surgical mechanism list according to a preset qualification requirement, so that a user can select a surgical mechanism from the surgical mechanism list for surgery.

and if the corresponding diagnosis and treatment scheme does not exist in the preset matching diagnosis database, sending the standard examination report to a doctor terminal, receiving the diagnosis and treatment scheme obtained by the doctor according to the standard examination report from the doctor terminal, and storing the diagnosis and treatment scheme and the corresponding standard examination report to the matching diagnosis database.
