Rather, the various steps may be processed in reverse order or simultaneously. Meanwhile, other operations may be added to the processes, or a certain step or several steps of operations may be removed from the processes.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of an optional example of a self-service device transaction amount processing method provided by the present application is shown, where the method may be applied to a computer device in a bank management system, the computer device may be a self-service device or a service device, the service device may be a server or a service terminal with a certain data processing capability, the server may be an independent physical server, or a service cluster integrated by multiple physical servers, or a cloud server with a cloud computing capability, and the like, and data interaction with an electronic device such as a local self-service device or a service terminal may be implemented through a wired or wireless network. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
step S11, obtaining the average withdrawal amount of the target customer in each preset time period according to the historical withdrawal record of the target customer;
in the embodiment of the present application, the target customer may refer to a class of customers (denoted as a first class of customers) whose withdrawal amount exceeds the set specific amount a within a preset time period of one year or two years in the past in the banking institution, and the specific screening process of the class of customers is not described in detail in the present application. The specific quota A can be obtained by multiplying a preset time period number contained in the preset time period by a preset withdrawal quota in a preset time period such as a one-year withdrawal quota, a one-week withdrawal quota and the like based on a preset withdrawal quota in a preset time period such as every day or every week of the banking institution. The preset withdrawal amount can be determined according to the supervision requirements of a bank institution, the experience of workers and other information, and the application does not limit the specific amount, the numerical value of the preset withdrawal amount and the respective acquisition mode.
According to the analysis on the target customers, the target customers usually comprise a plurality of customers belonging to the first class of customers, the method and the system can determine the target customers, namely the first class of customers, by classifying cash withdrawal amounts of each customer stored in a bank management system within the past preset time, and extract historical withdrawal records of each target customer so as to customize personalized withdrawal amount for each target customer.
Then, the total withdrawal amount of the target customers in the past preset time period (for example, the past year) may be counted, and the average withdrawal amount of the target customers in a preset time period is obtained by dividing the total withdrawal amount by the number of preset time periods included in the preset time period, and is recorded as the period average withdrawal amount E. Illustratively, the total amount of money withdrawn by these first type customers in the past year is counted, and the amount of money withdrawn by these first type customers in the past week is divided by the number of weeks in the past year.
It should be understood that the preset time period is not limited to 7 days, and may also be a day, and may be determined according to the research result, for example, according to the parameter such as the customer withdrawal frequency, and the duration of the preset time period is determined, in this embodiment, only one week (that is, 7 days) is taken as an example for illustration, and for the preset time periods of other durations, the processing procedure is similar, and this application is not described in detail.
In practical applications, since some customers may choose to withdraw less cash for security, that is, withdraw money in several times, so that the withdrawal amount of the customer in one week (that is, the preset time period) does not completely represent the current day limit of the customer, a scaling factor needs to be set, and the withdrawal amount of the customer in one week is obtained by multiplying the scaling factor by the withdrawal amount of the customer in one week.
Step S12, obtaining the average excess withdrawal amount exceeding the preset withdrawal amount of the self-service equipment in the withdrawal amount of the target customer in each preset time period in the first historical duration;
as described above, the target customer in this embodiment refers to the first type of customer, and customizes a more adaptive money withdrawal amount for this type of customer, so as to simplify the money withdrawal process, and enable the customer to perform cash withdrawal on the self-service device. In practical application, a banking institution may set a maximum withdrawal limit for a target customer, and record the maximum withdrawal limit as a preset withdrawal limit, and then, may count the excess withdrawal condition of the target customer according to the maximum withdrawal limit.
Specifically, in the process of determining the personalized target withdrawal limit of the target customer, as shown in fig. 2, the present application may query the historical withdrawal record of the target customer within a first historical time period (e.g., three months in the last year, etc., the time period indicated by the first historical time period is not limited by the present application, and may be determined according to circumstances), and extract the excess withdrawal amount exceeding the preset withdrawal limit of the self-service device in the withdrawal amount of the target customer in each preset time period.
Still take the preset time period as one week for illustration, the withdrawal amount exceeding the existing preset withdrawal amount in the weekly withdrawal process of each target client within three months of the last year, that is, the excess withdrawal amount, can be counted, here, the preset withdrawal amount refers to the maximum withdrawal amount allowed for the target client within the preset time period, the present application does not limit the value thereof, and the dynamic adjustment can be performed along with the withdrawal amount processing of the present application. Similar processes for acquiring the excess withdrawal amount of other first historical durations and the preset time period are not described in detail in this embodiment.
Then, an average operation may be performed on the extracted plurality of excess withdrawal amounts to obtain an average excess withdrawal amount. The method comprises summing the extracted multiple excess withdrawal amounts to obtain an excess total withdrawal amount, counting the excess times of the excess withdrawal, and dividing the excess total withdrawal amount by the excess times to obtain an average excess withdrawal amount J. It should be noted that, the specific implementation process of step S12 is not limited to the calculation manner described in this embodiment.
Step S13, obtaining the average withdrawal amount of the target customer in the first historical time;
in order to improve the reliability and accuracy of the withdrawal amount customization, the present application may obtain the average withdrawal amount of each time by using the historical withdrawal record in the same time period as the average excess withdrawal amount obtaining process, specifically as shown in fig. 2, the total withdrawal amount and the withdrawal times of the target customer are obtained by querying the historical withdrawal record of the target customer in the first historical time period, so that the average withdrawal amount of the target customer in the first historical time period, that is, the average withdrawal amount of each time is the total withdrawal amount/the withdrawal times, is obtained from the total withdrawal amount and the withdrawal times.
For example, still taking a preset time period as one week, the first historical duration refers to the same three months in the last year as an example, the computer device may count all the withdrawal amounts K and all the withdrawal times L of each target customer in the three months, and divide the withdrawal amount K by the withdrawal times L to obtain an average withdrawal amount M of the target customer for each large withdrawal, that is, an average withdrawal amount for each time.
Step S14, obtaining the target money drawing amount of each target customer aiming at the self-service equipment in a preset time period according to the periodic average money drawing amount, the average excess money drawing amount and the average money drawing amount each time;
in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the present application may determine a ratio F of the average excess withdrawal amount J to the average withdrawal amount M at each time, and then may determine a target withdrawal amount for each target customer for the self-service device within a preset time period by multiplying the ratio F of the withdrawal amount and the average withdrawal amount E at each time period.
Still explain with the preset time period as a week as an example, according to the processing method, the present application can obtain a week withdrawal amount of each target customer on the self-service device, that is, the maximum withdrawal amount in a week.
It should be understood that, for the above example, if it is necessary to limit the withdrawal amount for one day, the obtained one-week withdrawal amount may be directly divided by 7, or a longer-time withdrawal amount (for example, one month or the like) may be limited, which may be obtained according to a multiple relationship between the time and one week and the one-week withdrawal amount, or when the target withdrawal amount is obtained, the preset time period may be directly determined as the time.
And step S15, storing the target withdrawal amount and the client identification of the corresponding target client in an associated manner.
In the embodiment of the present application, in combination with the above analysis, the target withdrawal amount is used to determine whether to respond to a withdrawal request initiated by a target customer on a self-service device, and a specific implementation process may refer to, but is not limited to, the following description of a corresponding embodiment.
The client identification can be client identity information, such as information with unique characteristics, such as an identity card number, fingerprint information, a face image, voiceprint information and the like of a corresponding target client, so as to reliably distinguish each client.
After the target withdrawal amount corresponding to each target customer is determined according to the above manner, the target withdrawal amount and the customer identity information of the corresponding target customer can be bound and stored, so that when the subsequent target customer withdraws money on the self-service equipment, the self-service equipment can read and output the corresponding target withdrawal amount according to the customer identity information, so that the target customer knows the maximum withdrawal amount which can be currently on the self-service equipment, and the situation that the withdrawal amount input on the self-service equipment exceeds the target withdrawal amount, which causes the target equipment to fail to respond is avoided.
For the autonomous device, it may also use the client identifier of the target client to query the corresponding target money withdrawal amount, verify whether the cash amount requested by the target client to be withdrawn exceeds the target money withdrawal amount, determine whether to respond to the withdrawal request initiated by the target client this time, and so on. As can be seen, the target withdrawal amount may be used to indicate a maximum withdrawal amount of the target user on the self-service device, or indicate whether the self-service device responds to a withdrawal request initiated by the target user, and the specific implementation process may refer to, but is not limited to, the description of the corresponding parts of the following embodiments.
In addition, the storage mode and the storage position of the target withdrawal amount and the client identification of each target client are not limited in the application, and can be determined according to the actual application requirements.
Optionally, in order to avoid that the client changes the target withdrawal amount unit at will, in the process of executing step S15, after obtaining the client identifier of the target client and determining the corresponding relationship between the target withdrawal amount unit and the client identifier of the corresponding target client, the present application may send the corresponding relationship to the block chain storage system for storage, so as to improve the storage security of the corresponding relationship by using the non-changeable characteristic of the block chain storage system, thereby facilitating the management of the banking institution. How to write the corresponding relation into the blockchain memory system and the system structure of the blockchain memory system are not described in detail in the present application.
In summary, in order to enable a client who needs to withdraw a large amount of cash frequently without being restricted by a uniform withdrawal amount set by a banking institution, so that the client can directly complete a cash withdrawal service on a self-service device, the present application proposes to set up an individualized withdrawal amount for such a client, specifically, an average withdrawal amount of a target client in each preset time period, an average excess withdrawal amount exceeding a preset withdrawal amount of the self-service device in the withdrawal amounts of the target client in each preset time period in a first history duration, and an average withdrawal amount of the target client in each history duration can be obtained according to a historical withdrawal record of the target client, so as to obtain a target withdrawal amount of each target client for the self-service device in the preset time period according to the average withdrawal amount, the average excess withdrawal amount and the average withdrawal amount per time of the target client, and the target withdrawal amount and the client identification of the corresponding target client are stored in a correlation manner, so that when a subsequent target client withdraws money on the self-service equipment, the self-service equipment can output the target withdrawal amount to indicate the maximum withdrawal amount of a target user on the self-service equipment or determine whether to respond to a withdrawal request initiated by the target client according to the maximum withdrawal amount, the working capacity of bank staff is reduced while the business handling requirement that the target client withdraws a large amount of cash from the self-service equipment is met, and the safety of cash withdrawal business is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a schematic flow chart of another optional example of the self-service device transaction amount processing method provided in the present application, an embodiment of the present application may be a description of an optional application scenario of the target withdrawal amount personalized by each target customer according to the self-service device transaction amount processing method in the foregoing embodiment, but is not limited to this application scenario, and a description of a corresponding part of the foregoing embodiment may be referred to for a target withdrawal amount personalized establishment implementation process of the target customer, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, the self-service device transaction amount processing method described in this embodiment may include:
step S31, the self-service equipment acquires a withdrawal request;
in practical application, referring to a scene schematic diagram shown in fig. 4, when a customer withdraws money on a self-service device, a bank card account password is input, and after verification is passed, a corresponding operation interface is usually output, where the operation interface may generally include function buttons for withdrawing money, depositing money, changing a password, inquiring a balance, transferring money, and the like, the customer may select the function button for withdrawing money on the operation interface, and the self-service device may respond to a confirmation operation of the customer on the withdrawal button, identify a bank card identifier, inquire identity information of a cardholder corresponding to the bank card identifier, and use the identity information as a first customer identifier of the customer requesting the withdrawal, and generate a withdrawal request carrying the first customer identifier.
In still other embodiments, in the process of generating the withdrawal request, the withdrawal request carrying the first customer identifier and the present withdrawal amount may be generated after the customer inputs the present withdrawal amount (i.e., the withdrawal amount).
Step S32, the self-service device sends the withdrawal request to the service device;
it should be noted that, for the self-service device transaction amount processing method provided by the present application, the above analysis may be performed by a self-service device or a service device, and is not limited to the application scenario described in this embodiment, and no matter which device performs, the essential solutions for implementing the self-service device transaction amount processing method provided by the present application are the same, and detailed descriptions are not given in the present application.
Step S33, the service device analyzes the withdrawal request to obtain the first client identification of the withdrawal client of the request;
as described above, the first customer identifier may be customer identity information of the customer requesting the withdrawal, and the content of the first customer identifier is similar to that of the customer identifier of the target customer.
Step S34, the service device determines whether the customer requesting the money withdrawal belongs to the target customer according to the first customer identification, if not, the step S35 is entered; if yes, go to step S36;
as described above, the present application only pre-defines the personalized target money amount for the first type of customers, i.e., the target customers, and for other types of customers, the default money amount, i.e., the preset money amount, may still be adopted, so after receiving the withdrawal request initiated by the customer, it may be verified whether the customer belongs to the target customer, i.e., whether the preset money amount configured by the customer default needs to be adjusted.
Specifically, after obtaining the first client identifier of the customer requesting to withdraw money this time, the first client identifier may be compared with the client identifier of each target client in the correspondence stored in advance in association, and if the client identifier of the target client matching with the first client identifier exists, the customer requesting to withdraw money this time may be considered to belong to the target client; otherwise, the customer requesting the withdrawal does not belong to the target customer, and the target withdrawal limit customized individually does not need to be adopted.
It should be noted that, regarding the comparison method between the first client identifier and the client identifier of the target client, it may be determined according to the content of the client identifier, for example, as for the identification number, whether the comparison is consistent or not may be directly performed; if the face image is the face image, whether the face feature similarity reaches a preset similarity threshold value can be verified; similarly, for other physiological characteristics such as fingerprints and voiceprints, whether the withdrawal requesting client belongs to the target client or not can be determined through similarity comparison, and the specific implementation process is not described in detail in the application.
In some embodiments provided in the present application, after determining each target customer and its corresponding target withdrawal limit in the above manner, a first flag bit, such as 1, may be configured for the customer information of such customers, i.e., the target customers, and a second flag bit, such as 0, may be configured for the customer information of other types of customers, but is not limited to the flag bit of the content. In this way, when step S34 is executed, the flag bit corresponding to the first customer identifier may be directly read, and whether it is the first flag bit or not is determined, and if so, it is determined that the customer requesting the money withdrawal belongs to the target customer. It should be noted that the flag bit provided in this embodiment may also be used as a client identifier, and still according to the above manner, it may be determined whether the customer requesting to withdraw money belongs to the target customer.
Step S35, the service device obtains the default money drawing amount configured for the self-service device, and determines the default money drawing amount as the first money drawing amount of the customer requesting the money drawing this time;
step S36, the service device inquires the target money drawing amount corresponding to the first client identification as the first money drawing amount according to the corresponding relation between the preset client identification of the target client and the target money drawing amount;
after the analysis, the client requesting to withdraw money is determined to belong to the target client, and the preset target money amount corresponding to the target client can be determined as the first money amount of the client requesting to withdraw money; otherwise, if the withdrawal requesting client does not belong to the target client but is a common client, the withdrawal limit (marked as the default withdrawal limit) of the self-service equipment default configuration for the common client is directly determined as the first withdrawal limit.
It should be noted that, for the target customer and the general customer, the maximum withdrawal amount allowed in the preset time period is often different, and usually, for the first type of customer, the maximum withdrawal amount configured by the banking institution, that is, the preset withdrawal amount, is greater than the maximum withdrawal amount configured for the second type of customer, that is, the default withdrawal amount, but the specific values of the preset withdrawal amount and the default withdrawal amount are not limited in the present application.
Step S37, the service device sends the first money drawing amount to the self-service device for output;
step S38, the self-service device outputs the first money drawing amount;
step S39, the self-service device obtains the amount of money to be drawn this time, which is input by the customer requesting the money to be drawn this time according to the first amount of money to be drawn, and controls the cash-dispensing component to work according to the amount of money to be drawn this time.
In the embodiment of the application, according to the above manner, the self-service device obtains the first withdrawal amount of the customer requesting to withdraw money at this time, that is, after the customer is allowed to have the maximum withdrawal amount within a preset time period, the first withdrawal amount can be directly output, so that when the customer inputs the withdrawal amount, the customer can determine the withdrawal amount according to the first withdrawal amount, and the situation that the withdrawal amount input on the self-service device exceeds the target withdrawal amount, which causes the target device to fail to respond, is avoided.
The specific method for realizing the withdrawal restriction of the corresponding customer according to the first withdrawal amount after the self-service device obtains the first withdrawal amount is not described in detail in the present application, which includes but is not limited to the processing mode described in this embodiment.
In summary, in this embodiment, a corresponding target withdrawal amount may be established for a target client that needs to frequently withdraw a large amount of cash, and is different from a preset withdrawal amount configured by default in the self-service device, so that when the client withdraws money on the self-service device, it may be verified whether the client belongs to the target client first, and if the client belongs to the target client, the target withdrawal amount corresponding to the target client needs to be determined as the withdrawal amount of the client requesting to withdraw money this time, and the withdrawal amount of the client requesting to withdraw money this time is controlled; if not, the withdrawal amount of the customer requesting the withdrawal can be controlled according to the default withdrawal amount of the self-service equipment, so that the working capacity of bank staff is reduced and the safety of the cash withdrawal business is improved while the business handling requirement that the target customer withdraws a large amount of cash from the self-service equipment is met.
In still other embodiments provided by the application, if the customer requesting withdrawal initiates a withdrawal request, the customer requesting withdrawal inputs the withdrawal amount requested this time first, and after the first withdrawal amount of the customer requesting withdrawal is obtained in the above manner, it may be verified whether the withdrawal amount requested this time carried by the withdrawal request exceeds the first withdrawal amount, and the obtained verification result is fed back to the self-service device, so that the self-service device determines whether to respond to the withdrawal request according to the verification result. Specifically, if the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the first withdrawal amount, the cash dispensing assembly can be controlled to work according to the withdrawal amount in the manner; if the requested withdrawal amount exceeds the first withdrawal amount, corresponding reminding information can be output to inform the requesting withdrawal client that the requested withdrawal amount is excessive, and the excess amount can also be included, so that the requesting withdrawal client can adjust the requested withdrawal amount according to the request withdrawal amount, or can transact to a counter or wait for the withdrawal of the withdrawal within the next preset time period, and the like.
The reminding information that the withdrawal amount exceeds the first withdrawal amount requested at this time can be output in a text form through a display screen of the self-service equipment, can also be output in a voice broadcasting mode through a voice player and the like.
In still other embodiments provided by the present application, referring to the flowchart shown in fig. 5, along with a large change of the historical withdrawal amount of the target customer, the determined target withdrawal amount may be adjusted to better meet the withdrawal requirement of the target customer. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, on the basis of the self-service device transaction amount processing method described in the foregoing embodiment, the method may further include:
step S51, obtaining the adjustment request of the target withdrawal amount aiming at the target client;
in this embodiment, the adjustment request may be initiated by the target client actively, for example, by applying for the adjustment request on a service platform of a banking institution, or may be automatically generated by the service device according to a historical transaction record of the target client, and a generation manner of the adjustment request is not limited in this application.
Step S52, analyzing the adjustment request to obtain the client identification of the target client;
with regard to the content contained in the client identifier of the target client, reference may be made to the description of the corresponding part of the above-described embodiment.
Step S53, obtaining the customer attribute information associated with the customer identification, the historical behavior information in the second historical duration and the historical transaction record;
the second historical duration is closer to the current time than the first historical duration, and specific numerical values of the second historical duration are not limited in the application. The historical behavior information may include historical operation data on the service platform of the banking institution of the target customer, or operation data of the target customer on other payment platforms, and correspondingly, the historical transaction record may include transaction records on the service platform of the banking institution of the target customer and other payment platforms, including transaction types (such as withdrawal, deposit, transfer, payment, and the like) and corresponding transaction amounts thereof, and the like; the client attribute may include the client identity information and the client basic information, such as the client academic calendar, occupation, age, and the like, and the specific contents of the client attribute information, the historical behavior information in the second historical duration, and the historical transaction record are not limited in this application, and may be determined according to the circumstances.
Step S54, determining the current credit limit of the target client according to the client attribute information, the historical behavior information and the historical transaction record;
in this embodiment, the withdrawal amount is adjusted according to the credit amount of the client, usually, for the client with high credit amount, the withdrawal amount may be allowed to be increased to make the client have a larger withdrawal amount, and for the client with low credit amount, the withdrawal amount may not be allowed to be increased to make the client have a relatively smaller withdrawal amount, so as to maintain the security benefit of the banking institution, but the specific implementation method of step S54 is not limited in the present application.
Optionally, the present application may train a credit prediction model in advance, and input the obtained client attribute information, historical behavior information, historical transaction record, and other information into the credit prediction model to obtain the current credit line of the target client. The credit prediction model may be obtained by training corresponding sample data based on a machine learning algorithm, the specific training method of the credit prediction model is not described in detail in the present application, and the implementation manner of step S54 is not limited to this model prediction manner, which may be determined as the case may be.
Step S55, verifying whether the current credit line reaches the adjustment requirement of the withdrawal line, if yes, entering step S56; if not, go to step S57;
step S56, responding to the adjustment request;
step S57, outputting the prompting message for forbidding the adjustment of the target withdrawal amount.
The withdrawal amount adjustment requirement can be determined according to the supervision requirement of a bank organization, the experience of workers and other factors, the content of the withdrawal amount adjustment requirement is not limited, for example, the withdrawal amount adjustment requirement can be within different signal amount ranges, the withdrawal amount range allowed to be adjusted and the like, and the withdrawal amount adjustment requirement is not described in detail herein.
After the verification, the current credit line of the target client is determined to be enough, the corresponding target withdrawal line can be increased, and the withdrawal amount of the target client can be controlled according to the increased target withdrawal line. Regarding responding to the adjustment request, the adjustment process of the target withdrawal amount may be implemented by obtaining the target withdrawal amount according to the above embodiment, or may be implemented by directly adding the increment to the originally stored target withdrawal amount according to a preset increment, so as to obtain a new target withdrawal amount.
If the current credit line of the target client is determined to be insufficient, a prompt message prohibiting adjustment of the target withdrawal line may be fed back to notify the target client of the result, and if the current credit line is lower than a specific threshold, the target withdrawal line of the target client may be appropriately reduced.
Therefore, the present embodiment can dynamically adjust the target withdrawal amount according to the change of the actual withdrawal amount of the target customer and the credit amount of the target customer, so as to better meet the withdrawal requirement of the target customer and ensure the fund security of a bank structure.
