As can be seen from the above, since the trading country data synchronization service has the right to access the trading country alliance chain, after sending an inquiry request to the trading country data synchronization service through the home country data synchronization service, the trading country data synchronization service can receive a corresponding inquiry result fed back after inquiring data information in the trading country alliance chain, and then create and/or verify the electronic trade document according to the inquiry result, thereby realizing the sharing of the electronic trade document, improving the efficiency of verifying the electronic trade document, and further improving the efficiency of cross-country import and export trade; moreover, the data synchronization service is developed by governments of various countries, has strong controllability, and can flexibly adjust the docking condition with other countries according to the trade policy of the country; meanwhile, the border crossing behavior of the chain is effectively prevented, the access of other countries to the block chain of the country is isolated through the data synchronization service, and the problems of illegal use, privacy invasion and the like are prevented.
In some specific embodiments, the query result obtaining module 13 may specifically include:
the identity query result acquisition unit is used for receiving an identity query result which is fed back by the transaction country data synchronization service and corresponds to the enterprise identity query request if the query request is the enterprise identity query request; the identity query result comprises enterprise real-name information and a public key; the identity query result is the identity query result generated by the trading country data synchronization service by querying corresponding enterprise identity information on the trading country alliance chain and based on the enterprise identity information;
the bill query result acquisition unit is used for receiving a bill query result which is fed back by the transaction country data synchronous service and corresponds to the bill true and false query request if the query request is the bill true and false query request; and the document query result is a document query result generated by querying a corresponding electronic trade document on the alliance chain of the trading country through the data synchronization service of the trading country and verifying the opening information, the trading information and the document template of the electronic trade document.
In some embodiments, the electronic trade document sharing apparatus may further include:
the inquiry request acquisition module is used for acquiring the inquiry request sent by the transaction country through the domestic data synchronization service;
and the query result sending module is used for querying corresponding data information on the home country alliance chain based on the query request and sending the generated corresponding query result to the trading country data synchronization service.
Further, the embodiment of the present application also discloses an electronic device, which is shown in fig. 8, and the content in the drawing cannot be considered as any limitation to the application scope.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device 20 may specifically include: at least one processor 21, at least one memory 22, a power supply 23, a communication interface 24, an input output interface 25, and a communication bus 26. Wherein the memory 22 is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is loaded and executed by the processor 21 to implement the relevant steps in the electronic trade document sharing method disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments.
In this embodiment, the power supply 23 is configured to provide a working voltage for each hardware device on the electronic device 20; the communication interface 24 can create a data transmission channel between the electronic device 20 and an external device, and a communication protocol followed by the communication interface is any communication protocol applicable to the technical solution of the present application, and is not specifically limited herein; the input/output interface 25 is configured to obtain external input data or output data to the outside, and a specific interface type thereof may be selected according to specific application requirements, which is not specifically limited herein.
In addition, the storage 22 is used as a carrier for resource storage, and may be a read-only memory, a random access memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc., where the stored resources include an operating system 221, a computer program 222, data 223 including query results, etc., and the storage may be a transient storage or a permanent storage.
The operating system 221 is used for managing and controlling each hardware device and the computer program 222 on the electronic device 20, so as to realize the operation and processing of the mass data 223 in the memory 22 by the processor 21, and may be Windows Server, Netware, Unix, Linux, and the like. The computer programs 222 may further include computer programs that can be used to perform other specific tasks in addition to the computer programs that can be used to perform the electronic trade document sharing method performed by the electronic device 20 disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments.
Further, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a computer storage medium, where computer-executable instructions are stored in the computer storage medium, and when the computer-executable instructions are loaded and executed by a processor, the steps of the electronic trade document sharing method disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments are implemented.

Claims (10)

1. A method of sharing an electronic trade document, comprising:
acquiring a query request aiming at a target transaction enterprise sent by a home enterprise through a pre-established home trade business service with the access home alliance chain authority, and transmitting the query request to a pre-established home data synchronization service with the access home alliance chain authority;
transmitting the query request to a trading country data synchronization service which corresponds to the target trading enterprise and has the authority of accessing a trading country alliance chain through the home country data synchronization service, and receiving a query result fed back by the trading country data synchronization service after querying data information in the trading country alliance chain;
and transmitting the query result to the national trade business service through the national data synchronization service so that the national enterprise can create and/or verify the electronic trade bill based on the query result.
2. The electronic trading document sharing method according to claim 1, wherein the query request includes a business identity query request and a document authenticity query request.
3. The electronic commerce document sharing method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring the query request sent by the transaction country data synchronization service through the country data synchronization service;
and inquiring corresponding data information on the home country alliance chain based on the inquiry request, and sending the generated corresponding inquiry result to the transaction country data synchronization service.
4. The electronic trading document sharing method according to claim 2, wherein the receiving of the query result fed back by the trading country data synchronization service after querying the data information in the trading country alliance chain comprises:
if the query request is the enterprise identity query request, receiving an identity query result which is fed back by the transaction country data synchronization service and corresponds to the enterprise identity query request; the identity query result comprises enterprise real-name information and a public key;
the identity query result is the identity query result generated by the trading country data synchronization service by querying corresponding enterprise identity information on the trading country alliance chain and based on the enterprise identity information.
5. The electronic trading document sharing method according to claim 4, wherein the creation and/or verification of the electronic trading document by the domestic enterprise based on the query result comprises:
when the domestic enterprise receives the identity query result, creating an electronic trade document based on the identity query result and signing;
and uploading the electronic trade bill containing the signature to the home country alliance chain through the home country trade business service, and sending the electronic trade bill to the target transaction enterprise.
6. The electronic trading document sharing method according to claim 2, wherein the receiving of the query result fed back by the trading country data synchronization service after querying the data information in the trading country alliance chain comprises:
if the query request is the bill authenticity query request, receiving a bill query result which is fed back by the transaction country data synchronous service and corresponds to the bill authenticity query request;
and the document query result is a document query result generated by querying a corresponding electronic trade document on the alliance chain of the trading country through the data synchronization service of the trading country and verifying the opening information, the trading information and the document template of the electronic trade document.
7. The electronic commerce document sharing method of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
and inquiring the identity information of other enterprises in the country from the union chain of the country through the trade business service in the country, and verifying the authenticity of the electronic trade documents of other enterprises in the country.
8. An electronic trade document sharing apparatus, comprising:
the query request acquisition module is used for acquiring a query request aiming at a target transaction enterprise sent by the home enterprise through a pre-established home trade business service with the authority of accessing the home alliance chain, and transmitting the query request to a pre-established home data synchronization service with the authority of accessing the home alliance chain;
the query request sending module is used for transmitting the query request to a trading country data synchronization service which corresponds to the target trading enterprise and has the authority of accessing a trading country alliance chain through the home country data synchronization service, and receiving a query result fed back by the trading country data synchronization service after querying data information in the trading country alliance chain;
and the query result acquisition module is used for transmitting the query result to the national trade business service through the national data synchronization service so that the national enterprise can create and/or verify the electronic trade document based on the query result.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for executing the computer program to implement the electronic trade document sharing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium for storing a computer program; wherein the computer program when executed by the processor implements the electronic trade document sharing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
