One embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, is a method for monitoring a toilet cleaning, comprising:
s100, acquiring detection data uploaded by sensing equipment arranged at a water faucet in a toilet;
specifically, the toilet is a combination of a toilet, a washroom and a bath tub. The water tap of the toilet may be arranged at the toilet and the washroom. The server acquires detection data of all the water taps arranged in the toilet regardless of the arrangement and installation positions of the water taps in the toilet.
In addition, the sensing device may be an infrared sensor having a communication function, or may be an acoustic wave sensor having a communication function. The principle of the infrared sensor is that infrared light changes when a human body approaches by using a capacitance and inductance oscillating circuit, so that the infrared sensor can generate voltage value changes to achieve the purpose of detecting the human body no matter the human body moves or is static.
Preferably, the step S100 of acquiring the detection data uploaded by the sensing device arranged at the faucet in the toilet specifically includes the steps of:
s110 periodically acquiring the detection data from the sensing device; the detection data comprises voltage numerical value data obtained by detection and conversion of the sensing equipment and equipment numbers of the sensing equipment;
specifically, the server periodically acquires voltage numerical data and an equipment number obtained by detection and conversion of the sensing equipment from the sensing equipment, and the equipment number represents the identity of the faucet as the sensing equipment is installed on the faucet.
Illustratively, infrared sensor sets up on the tap and is located the position department of being close to the delivery port of tap, and infrared sensor converts infrared light change into voltage value to upload the server as the detection data with voltage value and infrared sensor's equipment number. When no one uses the faucet in the toilet to wash hands or water, the infrared sensor converts the infrared light change into a first voltage value range. When someone uses the faucet in the toilet to wash hands or water, if the hand or other objects are close to the sensing range of the infrared sensor, the infrared sensor converts the infrared light change into the second voltage value range, and the infrared sensor reports the first voltage value range and the second voltage value range to the server as one of the factors for detecting data.
Analogize in proper order, the sound wave sensor sets up on the tap and is located the position department that is close to the delivery port of tap, and the sound wave sensor changes the sound wave signal and converts voltage value into to pass to the server on voltage value and sound wave sensor's equipment serial number as the detection data. When no one uses the faucet in the toilet to wash hands or water, the sound wave sensor converts the sound wave signal change into a third voltage value range. When someone uses the faucet in the toilet to wash hands or water, if the hand or other objects are close to the sensing range of the sound wave sensor, the sound wave sensor converts the change of sound wave light into a fourth voltage value range, and the sound wave sensor reports the third voltage value range and the fourth voltage value range to the server as one of the factors for detecting data.
S200, counting the use frequency of each toilet in a preset period according to the detection data;
preferably, the step S200 of counting the frequency of use of each toilet in a preset period according to the detection data specifically includes the steps of:
s210, screening out the water faucets belonging to the same toilet according to the equipment numbers;
specifically, as the sensing equipment is installed on the faucet, the equipment number represents the identity of the faucet, and the installation position of the sensing equipment can be stored in advance, that is, the server can bind the equipment number of each sensing equipment and the toilet identifier where the equipment number is located to obtain an equipment position list, wherein the equipment position list comprises the corresponding relation between each toilet identifier and the equipment number. The toilet identifier may correspond to a plurality of device numbers, and the device numbers represent the identities of the water taps, so that the toilet identifier corresponds to the water taps. Preferably, the spatial position of each toilet can be used as a toilet identifier corresponding to each toilet, or a unique digital code can be generated to be used as a toilet identifier of one toilet. And after the server acquires the detection data from the sensing equipment of each water faucet, matching the equipment numbers in all the detection data with the equipment position list, and screening the water faucets belonging to the same toilet.
S220, respectively counting the use frequency of each toilet in a preset period according to the detection data of the sensing equipment on each toilet faucet in the preset period;
specifically, after the water taps belonging to the same toilet are screened out in the above manner, according to the device number in the detection data, according to the fact that the time when the last statistics is finished is the starting time, the time when the current statistics is started is the finishing time, the target detection data of the sensing devices belonging to the same toilet in the current preset period between the starting time and the finishing time are found out, the number of times of water usage meeting the preset usage judgment condition is screened out from the target detection data, the sum of the number of times of water usage in the current time period is counted, and the time difference value between the sum of the number of times of water usage and the current time period is calculated to obtain the frequency of usage of each toilet in the current time period.
Continuing with the previous embodiment, the number of times of using water meeting the preset use judgment condition is screened from the target detection data, and the found number of times of using water meeting the second voltage value range in the detection data represents the number of times of using water.
Continuing with the previous embodiment, the number of times of using water meeting the preset use judgment condition is screened from the target detection data, and the found number of times of using water meeting the fourth voltage value range in the detection data represents the number of times of using water.
S300, screening out the toilets to be cleaned according to the sanitary conditions and the use frequency of the toilets, and informing a cleaner to go to the corresponding toilet to be cleaned for cleaning.
Preferably, the step S300 of screening out the toilets to be cleaned according to the sanitary conditions and the frequency of use of the toilets, and informing a cleaner to go to the corresponding toilet to be cleaned to clean includes the steps of:
s310, acquiring the sanitary condition of each toilet;
s320, comparing the use frequency of each toilet with a preset frequency threshold corresponding to the sanitary condition;
s330, determining that the toilet with the use frequency exceeding the preset frequency threshold value is a toilet to be cleaned;
s340, generating and sending a cleaning task according to the toilet number of the toilet to be cleaned so as to inform cleaning personnel to go to the corresponding toilet to be cleaned for cleaning.
Specifically, the sensing equipment arranged at the water faucet collects the use frequency of the water faucet in the toilet to obtain detection data, the detection data are sent to the server, the server analyzes and judges the detection data after receiving the detection data, if the judgment result shows that the toilet needs to be cleaned, the server can match cleaning staff according to the received current state data of the cleaning staff, and sends cleaning signals to the user side corresponding to the cleaning staff. After receiving the cleaning signal through the user side, the cleaning personnel can send a response signal to the server. Therefore, when the toilet needs to be cleaned, cleaning personnel who can clean the toilet can be informed in time, and the situation that the toilet is not cleaned in time is reduced as much as possible. Compared with the prior art, the toilet cleaning system can reduce the situation that the toilet is not cleaned timely as much as possible, and can supervise and count the work of cleaning personnel.
S400, health feedback information input by a cleaning person is obtained to obtain the sanitary condition of the toilet.
Specifically, according to the scheme, the sensing equipment is used for acquiring the use frequency of non-sensitive equipment in the toilet, the use frequency of the equipment is combined with historical data analysis, the current use degree of the toilet is estimated, and cleaning personnel are guided to clean in time. Exemplary ways to add sensing devices are:
1. at the tap department in current bathroom, because the infrared sensing device has been had to the consideration of energy-conservation, when someone was close to, infrared sensor obtains the perception, triggers the tap and goes out water. The infrared sensor of the water faucet can be modified into the infrared sensor with zigbee or lora communication capability
2. If the existing equipment cannot be modified, an infrared sensor with wireless communication is additionally arranged near the water faucet.
The specific process is as follows: when a person uses the bathroom faucet for washing, the human body sensor is triggered, and the identification device is used by the person. The sensor transmits information used by people to the data processing unit on the cloud through the local communication gateway through the wireless communication module of the sensor. The data processing unit on the cloud identifies the specific position of the floor of the toilet where the sensor is located, and meanwhile, the number of times of use of the toilet is increased by one. And (3) starting a timer (for example, the period is 30 minutes) by the data processing unit on the cloud, and if the number of times of use in the period is small and does not exceed an empirical value, counting the number of times of use again after the timer is overtime. If the use times of a specific toilet exceeds an experience value threshold in a timing period, a corresponding cleaning worker of the toilet is immediately informed to quickly clean the toilet through a mobile phone APP. After the cleaning personnel finishes cleaning, the information such as the feedback of the sanitary condition of the toilet in the assignment task (such as clean/mild dirty/moderate dirty/dirty) and the like is carried out. The feedback information as above may be used to guide the automatic update of the cleaning experience data:
cleaning: empirical value + a
Mild environmental mess: empirical value preservation
Moderate environmental mess: empirical value-b
The environment is very dirty: empirical value-c
The above update data may be separately set and updated in association with different usage frequency scenes such as weekdays (monday to friday)/weekends/holidays. The updated empirical data is immediately applied with the next cycle of judgment. Daily bathroom use frequency data can be displayed on a cloud data analysis module, and space operation cleaning personnel are assisted to make a pre-coping strategy in a targeted mode. For example, in a preset period every day, the toilet corresponding to the toilet number needs to pay attention to the labor input for guaranteeing the sanitation.
The invention skillfully utilizes the use frequency information of the non-sensitive equipment in the toilet to deduce the use load of the toilet, thereby timely and efficiently informing cleaning personnel to implement the sanitation cleaning according to the needs. According to the feedback of the sanitation condition during cleaning each time, the system automatically adjusts the data threshold notified by the cleaning personnel, realizes efficient task notification and saves unnecessary labor waste. Moreover, the counting of the using frequency information of the toilet is carried out through the sensing device at the water tap, compared with the situation that the using frequency information of the toilet is counted through a camera in the prior art, the personal portrait right can be prevented from being infringed, and the privacy of the person can be better respected and protected.
