Referring to fig. 7, 12, 13 and 15, in this embodiment, the vertical ribs 7 are located in the vertical grooves 8 and are mutually restricted to prevent the tubes 4 from rotating, so as to prevent the tubes 4 from rubbing against each other under normal conditions and prolong the service life of the tubes 4.
In a preferred embodiment, the expansion pin 5 is a cylinder with a hole in the center, and the lower part is cut into two symmetrical parts along the diameter direction; the bottom end of the expansion pin 5 is a notch.
Referring to fig. 16, in this embodiment, the bottom end of the expansion pin 5 can be inserted into a screw, and the round end portion of the screw is matched with the bottom end recess of the expansion pin 5.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
locking operation: the knob 13 is rotated, the knob 13 drives the pinion 12, the pinion 12 drives the gearwheel 11, the gearwheel 11 drives the hexagonal rod 6, the rotation of the hexagonal rod 6 drives the thread tensioning rod 21 to rotate downwards, the thread action enables the thread tensioning sleeve 22 to rotate upwards, the upper locking core 23 moves downwards, the upper locking piece fixing seat 24 moves upwards, the upper locking piece 25 moves upwards, the inclined surface on the upper locking piece 25 is staggered with the inclined surface on the upper locking core 23 under the displacement action, the upper locking piece 25 deforms under the mutual acting force when the inclined surfaces are staggered and supports the outer tube 41, and the primary locking assembly 2 is locked;
when the screw tightening sleeve 22 moves upwards, the supporting tube 43 fixed on the screw tightening sleeve 22 moves upwards to drive the lower locking strip 32 at the bottom end of the supporting tube 43 to move upwards, the inclined plane on the lower locking strip 32 and the inclined plane on the lower locking sleeve 31 are staggered under the displacement effect, the lower locking strip 32 deforms under the interaction when the inclined planes are staggered, but because the lower locking sleeve 31 is fixed on the periphery of the lower locking strip 32, the lower locking strip 32 can only deform inwards to shrink and clamp the inner tube 44, the secondary locking assembly 3 locks, and at the moment, the positions of the middle tube 42 and the inner tube 44 are locked and fixed.
Unlocking operation: the knob 13 is rotated, the knob 13 drives the pinion 12, the pinion 12 drives the bull gear 11, the bull gear 11 drives the hexagonal rod 6, the rotation of the hexagonal rod 6 drives the thread tensioning rod 21 to rotate upwards, the thread action enables the thread tensioning sleeve 22 to rotate downwards, the upper locking core 23 moves upwards, the upper locking piece fixing seat 24 moves downwards, the upper locking piece 25 moves downwards, the inclined surface on the upper locking piece 25 is attached to the inclined surface on the upper locking core 23 again, and the primary locking assembly 2 is unlocked;
when the screw tightening sleeve 22 moves downwards, the supporting tube 43 fixed on the screw tightening sleeve 22 moves downwards to drive the lower locking strip 32 at the bottom end of the supporting tube 43 to move downwards, the inclined surface on the lower locking strip 32 is attached to the inclined surface on the lower locking sleeve 31 again, the secondary locking assembly 3 is unlocked, and the middle tube 42 and the inner tube 44 can be freely stretched and contracted at the moment.

Claims (8)

1. A key lock structure for a tripod is characterized by comprising a gear assembly, a primary locking assembly, a secondary locking assembly, a pipe barrel and a hexagonal rod; the pipe barrel comprises an outer pipe, a middle pipe, a supporting pipe and an inner pipe; the outer pipe is sleeved outside the middle pipe; the middle pipe is sleeved outside the supporting pipe; the supporting tube is sleeved outside the inner tube;
the gear assembly comprises a large gear, a small gear, a knob and a fixing piece; the bull gear and the pinion are both circular gears, and the diameter of the bull gear is larger than that of the pinion; three small gears are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the big gear and are all meshed with the big gear; the top end of the inner wall of the knob is provided with inner teeth; the internal teeth are meshed with the pinion;
the hexagonal rod is a hexagonal long rod, and the top end of the hexagonal rod is coaxially and fixedly connected with the large gear;
the primary locking assembly comprises a threaded tightening rod, a threaded tightening sleeve, an upper locking core, an upper locking piece fixing seat and an upper locking piece; the axis of the threaded tensioning rod is provided with a hexagonal through hole; the hexagonal rod penetrates through the through hole and is in sliding connection with the through hole; the lower part of the threaded tensioning rod is in threaded connection with the upper part of the threaded tensioning sleeve; the upper part of the threaded tensioning rod is provided with a first rotating groove; the upper locking core is rotatably connected with the first rotating groove; a second rotating groove is formed in the middle of the threaded tensioning sleeve; the bottom of the upper locking piece fixing seat is movably connected with the second rotating groove through an expansion pin; the number of the upper locking pieces is three along the circumferential direction of the upper locking piece fixing seat, and the upper locking pieces are fixedly connected with the upper part of the upper locking piece fixing seat;
the secondary locking assembly comprises a lower locking sleeve and a lower locking strip; three lower locking strips are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the supporting tube and are fixedly connected with the bottom end of the supporting tube; the lower locking strip is arranged in the lower locking sleeve.

A keying structure for a tripod according to claim 1, wherein said fixing element comprises a gear wheel mount and a knob mount; three fixing blocks are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the gear seat along the circumferential direction; the circumferential spacing space of the fixed block is used for fixedly placing the pinion; the knob is rotatably sleeved on the outer walls of the gear seat and the knob seat; the gear seat is fixedly connected with the knob seat through screws.

A keying structure for a tripod according to claim 2, wherein the outer wall of said upper lock core is provided with a first upper projection and a first lower recess; the inner wall of the upper locking piece is provided with a first upper groove and a first lower bulge; the first upper bulge is matched with the first upper groove; the first lower groove is matched with the first lower bulge; the bottom surface of the first upper protrusion, the top surface of the first lower groove, the bottom surface of the first upper groove and the top surface of the first lower protrusion are all inclined surfaces.

A keying structure for a tripod according to claim 3, wherein the inner wall of said lower locking bush is provided with a second upper projection and a second lower recess; the outer wall of the lower locking strip is provided with a second upper groove and a second lower bulge; the second upper bulge is matched with the second upper groove; the second lower groove is matched with the second lower bulge; the bottom surface of the second upper protrusion, the top surface of the second lower groove, the bottom surface of the second upper groove and the top surface of the second lower protrusion are all inclined surfaces.

A keying structure for a tripod according to claim 4, wherein the top end of said outer tube is fixedly disposed on the inner wall of said knob holder; the top end of the middle pipe is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the upper locking piece fixing seat through the expansion pin; the top end of the supporting tube is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the threaded tensioning sleeve through the tensioning pin; the top end of the inner pipe is detachably provided with an inner pipe plug.
6. A keying structure for a tripod according to claim 5, wherein said lower locking bush is fixedly connected to a bottom end of said middle tube; and an outer pipe sleeve is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the outer pipe.

A keying structure for a tripod according to claim 6, wherein the inner walls of said outer tube, said middle tube and said inner tube are all fixedly provided with vertical ribs; vertical grooves are formed in the outer walls of the upper locking piece, the lower locking strip, the upper locking piece fixing seat and the inner pipe plug; the vertical groove is matched with the vertical edge.
8. A keying structure for a tripod according to claim 7, wherein said expansion pin is a cylindrical body with a central opening and a lower portion cut diametrically into two symmetrical parts; the bottom end of the expansion pin is a notch.
