Abstract
The invention relates to an integrated mixer, which is connected with a gas inlet pipeline and comprises a mixer body (1), an injection component (2), a spoiler (3) and a mixer core (4), wherein the spoiler (3) and the mixer core (4) are arranged in the mixer body (1), and the injection component (2) is arranged on the mixer body (1); air enters the mixer body (1), meanwhile, natural gas is directly sprayed into the mixer body (1) through the spraying part (2), the natural gas and the natural gas are mixed through the mixer core (4), and then the mixed gas of the air and the fuel gas is obtained through the circumfluence of the spoiler (3). Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of high safety, low cost, good mixing effect and the like.

With the increasing severity of air pollution and the increasingly strict emission conditions, natural gas is widely used as a clean energy source in the industries of automobiles, power generation, engineering and the like. The market demand of natural gas is increased year by year, the requirement on combustion of the natural gas is higher and higher, and when the engine is used, the natural gas is required to be fully combusted when entering the engine, so that the mixing uniformity of the natural gas and air is of great importance. The mixer and the fuel gas injection system are two independent parts in the existing market, the injection system is connected through a long pipeline, enters the mixer for mixing and then enters an engine, and the long pipeline is connected to waste materials and have the defects of poor safety, time delay, unfavorable engine arrangement and the like.

Preferably, the mixer further comprises a pressing plate, and the injection part is pressed by the pressing plate.
Preferably, the pressure plate is connected with the mixer body through bolts.
Preferably, the spoiler is pressed into the mixer body by interference fit.
Preferably, said means for injecting comprises a nozzle which injects gas directly into the mixer body cavity.
Preferably, the mixer core is fixed by a spoiler.

The integrated mixer of the invention is a part assembly designed by the mixer and the injection component: the mixer body integrates a mixer core, an injection component and a spoiler together, and the mixer body is connected with a gas inlet pipeline by adopting a flange. The injection component is fixed on the mixer body through the pressure plate, and directly injects gas into the mixer cavity without passing through any pipeline, so that the circulation time of the pipeline after injection is shortened. The mixer core is arranged in the mixer body. The spoiler is pressed into the mixer body through interference fit.
The integrated mixer of the present invention works as follows: the air enters the mixer body, the natural gas is directly sprayed into the mixer through the spraying part, the air and the natural gas are mixed through the mixer core, and then the air and the natural gas are obtained through the flow around of the flow around plate.

6. An integrated mixer according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixer core (4) is fixed by means of spoilers (3).
7. An integrated mixer according to claim 1, characterised in that the mixer core (4) is first inserted into the mixer body (1) and then pressed into the spoiler (3).
8. An integrated mixer according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixer body (1) is flanged to the gas inlet conduit.
