The marine low-temperature self-cleaning urea cabin is characterized by comprising a storage cabin (1), a circulating water pipe (2), an expansion tank (3), a dosing device (4), a cooling water pump (5), a heat exchanger (6), a cooling part and a cleaning part, wherein the circulating water pipe (2) penetrates through the storage cabin (1), the expansion tank (3) is arranged outside the storage cabin (1), the expansion tank (3) is communicated with the storage cabin (1) through the circulating water pipe (2), the dosing device (4) is arranged outside the expansion tank (3), one end of the dosing device (4) is communicated with the storage cabin (1) through the circulating water pipe (2), the cooling water pump (5) is arranged outside the dosing device (4), and the storage cabin (1) and the expansion tank (3) are communicated with one end of the cooling water pump (5) through the circulating water pipe (2), the other end of the cooling water pump (5) is communicated with the dosing device (4), the heat exchanger (6) is arranged outside the cooling water pump (5), one end of the heat exchanger (6) is communicated with the storage cabin (1) through the circulating water pipe (2), the other end of the heat exchanger (6) is communicated with the dosing device (4), the cooling part is arranged in the storage cabin (1), the cooling part is communicated with the circulating water pipe (2), the cooling part is connected with the inner wall of the storage cabin (1), the cleaning part is arranged above the storage cabin (1), and the cleaning part is connected with the storage cabin (1); the cleaning component comprises a fixed plate (11), a moving unit and a cleaning unit, wherein the fixed plate (11) is transversely arranged on the storage cabin (1), the fixed plate (11) is fixedly connected with the storage cabin (1), the moving unit is arranged on the fixed plate (11), the cleaning unit is arranged above the storage cabin (1), and the cleaning unit is connected with the moving unit; the moving unit comprises a motor (12), a first rotating shaft (13), a driving wheel (14), a transmission belt (15), a driven wheel (16), a second rotating shaft (17), a first bearing seat (18) and two moving parts, the motor (12) is transversely fixed on the fixing plate (11), the motor (12) is coaxially arranged with the first rotating shaft (13), the motor (12) is connected with the first rotating shaft (13), the driving wheel (14) is sleeved on the first rotating shaft (13), the first bearing seat (18) is fixed on the fixed plate (11), the first bearing seat (18) is sleeved on the second rotating shaft (17), the driven wheel (16) is sleeved on the second rotating shaft (17), the driving wheel (14) is connected with the driven wheel (16) through a transmission belt (15), and the two moving parts are respectively connected with the first rotating shaft (13) and the second rotating shaft (17); the cleaning unit comprises a water storage plate (22), a water feeding pump (23) and a plurality of control units, a water storage cavity is arranged inside the water storage plate (22), the water storage plate (22) is arranged between two nuts (20), the water storage plate (22) is fixedly connected with the nuts (20), the water feeding pump (23) is arranged on the nuts (20), the water feeding pump (23) is fixedly connected with the nuts (20), the water feeding pump (23) is communicated with the water storage cavity in the water storage plate (22), a plurality of through holes are formed in the bottom of the water storage plate (22), the control units correspond to the through holes one to one, and the control units are arranged in the through holes; the control unit includes two locating parts, and two locating parts set up the both sides at the through-hole respectively, the both sides of through-hole all are equipped with the recess, the locating part includes stopper (24), pressure sensor (25) and spring (26), stopper (24) set up in the through-hole, the vertical setting of pressure sensor (25) is in the recess, pressure sensor (25) and reservoir plate (22) fixed connection, spring (26) transversely set up between pressure sensor (25) and stopper (24), pressure sensor (25) are connected with stopper (24) through spring (26), the shape of the vertical cross-section of stopper (24) is right angled triangle, the long right angle limit in the right angled triangle cross-section of stopper (24) is located the below on short right angle limit.

The marine low-temperature self-cleaning urea tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooling part comprises a water inlet pipe (7), a water outlet pipe (8) and a plurality of cooling units, the water inlet pipe (7) and the water outlet pipe (8) are both arranged inside the storage tank (1), the water inlet pipe (7) and the water outlet pipe (8) are both communicated with the circulating water pipe (2), the cooling units are uniformly distributed inside the storage tank (1), and the water inlet pipe (7) and the water outlet pipe (8) are both communicated with the cooling units.

The marine low-temperature self-cleaning urea tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cooling unit comprises a cooling water pipe (9) and a fin set (10), two ends of the cooling water pipe (9) are respectively communicated with the water inlet pipe (7) and the water outlet pipe (8), and the fin set (10) is fixed on the cooling water pipe (9).

The marine low-temperature self-cleaning urea tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moving member comprises a screw (19), a nut (20) and a second bearing seat (21), the two screw (19) are respectively coaxially arranged with the first rotating shaft (13) and the second rotating shaft (17), the two screw (19) are respectively fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft (13) and the second rotating shaft (17), the nut (20) is sleeved on the screw (19), a thread matched with the screw (19) is arranged inside the nut (20), the thread directions of the two screw (19) are the same, the second bearing seat (21) is fixed on the storage tank (1), and the second bearing seat (21) is sleeved on the screw (19).
