step A: -screwing the first (1) and second (2) occluding capsules through the first (13) and second (14) connecting tubes;
and B: movably connecting the first plugging capsule (1) with the second drill pipe (17), and lowering the first plugging capsule (1) and the second plugging capsule (2) into the drill hole under the cooperation of an external device;
and C: after the first plugging capsule (1) and the second plugging capsule (2) are put down to proper positions, injecting water into the first plugging capsule (1) and the second plugging capsule (2) so as to form a closed space between the first plugging capsule (1) and the second plugging capsule (2);
step D: injecting high-pressure water into the water inlet pipe (3), wherein the high-pressure water is divided into two parts by the water delivery pipe (4);
step E: one strand of high-pressure water is injected into the closed space through an opening at one end of the water conveying pipe (4), and the other strand of high-pressure water flows to the first piston (6) through the water conveying pipe (4) and pushes the first piston (6) to move directionally;
step F: the track measuring instrument probe (7) is used for measuring the track in the closed space; and after the measurement is finished, discharging the high-pressure water in the water conveying pipe (4), and recovering the first piston (6) to the initial position.
