(2) rolling and molding the material (8) in the die (9) into a shape with a preformed embedded buckle rib (11) on the surface by using a roller (15) and/or a rib forming roller (15-1);
(3) and (3) using a squeezing and scraping piece (12) to squeeze and scrape the corresponding part at the upper part or the upper part of each preformed embedding and buckling rib (11) downwards in sequence, so that the squeezed and scraped material (8) expands towards two sides or one side to form a dovetail structure embedding and buckling rib (3-1), and thus, the blank manufacturing is completed.
