Test vehicle: metal (aluminum alloy), plastic, glass, rubber.
Testing an instrument: greasy dirt detector.
The test principle is as follows: the LED lamp containing ultraviolet light waves with specific wavelengths is used for irradiating pollutants such as grease, oil stains, lubricants, wax, cleaning agents and the like on the surface of the carrier, the photodiode in the instrument probe is used for detecting the intensity of UV fluorescence, the intensity of the fluorescence depends on the number of the pollutants and the pollution degree of the test point, the higher the UV fluorescence is, the higher the pollution degree is, the cleaner the UV fluorescence is, the output is expressed in percentage, and 100% represents an absolutely clean surface. The method can be used for measuring the surface cleanliness of the carrier before and after decontamination, quantitatively testing the cleanliness of the surface of the carrier and performing objective evaluation.
The test method comprises the following steps: and (3) surface scanning, wherein 5 measurement point readings are randomly selected on the surface of each sample, the diameter of each point is 1mm, the measurement interval is 4mm, and the positions of the 5 measurement points measured before and after decontamination are the same.
And (3) testing results:
(1) the cleanliness is expressed in percentage, and the higher the value is, the better the cleanliness is, otherwise, the worse is;
(2) the test results of the samples take the average of the percentage of 5 measurement points as the final result;
(3) the standard deviation of cleanliness (StdDev) of 5 measuring points of each sample tested must not be greater than 2, so as to ensure the uniformity of the cleanliness of the surface of the sample.
The test results are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 test results of surface cleanliness before and after decontamination for each set of samples
Figure BDA0002703018650000101
As can be seen from Table 1, the degreasing cleaning ability of the example 2 sample is most pronounced regardless of the carrier (metal, plastic, glass, rubber) used, indicating that the formulation of example 2 is more desirable than the other groups. The degreasing and cleaning ability of the cleaning agent in the embodiment 1 is basically similar to that of the commercially available strong-acid oil stain cleaning agent, but the environmental protection property and the use safety of the cleaning agent are obviously superior to those of the strong-acid oil stain cleaning agent.

the stirring mechanism is arranged in the stirring barrel 25, and one end of the third rotating shaft 12, which is far away from the crushing barrel 24, penetrates through the stirring barrel 25 and is connected with the stirring mechanism; the stirring mechanism includes: the stirring rod 14 and the first support 9, wherein two groups of stirring rods 14 are arranged and are arranged in a cross manner;
each stirring rod 14 is movably arranged on a first support 9 of a U-shaped structure respectively, and U-shaped grooves of the two first supports 9 are arranged oppositely;
one side of the first bracket 9, which is far away from the opening of the U-shaped notch, is respectively connected with a third rotating shaft 12 and a second rotating shaft 8;
the other end of the second rotating shaft 8, which is far away from the first support 9, is provided with a guide gear 5, one side of the guide gear 5, which is far away from the second rotating shaft 8, is provided with a first rotating disc 1, one surface of the first rotating disc 1, which is close to the guide gear 5, is provided with a plurality of guide columns 4 at intervals, each guide column 4 is uniformly distributed around the axial center line of the first rotating disc 1 and forms a guide column 4 group, and the guide column 4 group is arranged on the surface of the first rotating disc 1 in a C-shaped structure;
the first rotary disc 1 is further provided with a guide groove 3, the guide groove 3 is a closed ring structure, and the guide groove 3 is arranged around the guide columns 4 and correspondingly forms a closed ring structure with a C-shaped structure; one side of the first rotating disc 1, which is far away from the guide groove 3, is connected with a motor 21 through a first rotating shaft 2, and the motor 21 is fixed on a fourth supporting leg 23 through a motor 21 seat. One end of the guide gear 5, which is close to the first turntable 1, is provided with a limiting block, and the limiting block is positioned in the guide groove 3 to perform reciprocating motion.
When the rotating mechanism works, the motor 21 is started, the rotating end of the motor 21 drives the first rotating shaft 2 connected with the rotating end to rotate, the first rotating shaft 2 drives the first rotating disc 1 to rotate after rotating, the guide post 4 on the first rotating disc 1 can rotate together after rotating the first rotating disc 1, and due to the fact that the guide post 4 and the guide gear 5 are in a meshing relationship, a limiting block is arranged at one end, close to the first rotating disc 1, of the guide gear 5 and moves together, and therefore the purpose that the limiting block moves in the guide groove 3 in a reciprocating mode is achieved; the motor 21 rotates forwards or backwards, so that the guide gear 5 drives the limiting block to move periodically in the guide groove 3; the guide gear 5 is further driven to rotate, the guide gear 5 drives the second rotating shaft 8 to rotate, the first support 9 of the U-shaped structure connected with the second rotating shaft 8 is driven to rotate after the second rotating shaft 8 rotates, and the stirring rod 14 movably connected to the first support 9 rotates together; because the two stirring rods 14 are connected into a whole in a crisscross manner, the other stirring rod 14 is movably connected on the first bracket 9; therefore, the other stirring rod 14 can rotate along with the rotation of the second rotating shaft 8 and drives the other first bracket 9 to rotate, and the other first bracket 9 drives the third rotating shaft 12 to rotate when rotating; the third rotating shaft 12 can drive the crushing cutter 15 to rotate after rotating;
in the movement, the two criss-cross stirring rods 14 can stir the raw materials in the stirring barrel 25; the crushing of the raw materials in the crushing barrel 24 by the crushing cutter 15 is further realized by utilizing the third rotating shaft 12, so that the purposes of crushing and stirring are simultaneously realized in the preparation process of the oil stain cleaning agent, and the preparation efficiency of the oil stain cleaning agent raw materials is improved;
