Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly aqueous color paste and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the technical field of environment-friendly aqueous color pastes. The environment-friendly water-based color paste comprises, by weight, 20-28 parts of a water-soluble solvent, 5-8 parts of deionized water, 15-22 parts of a filler, 5-10 parts of a pigment, 3-4 parts of a dispersing agent and 2-4 parts of a defoaming agent, wherein the water-soluble pigment is prepared by mixing one or more of alkyd resin, organic silicon resin and methacrylate, and the filler is prepared by mixing and crushing nano calcium carbonate and a urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive. One or more of alkyd resin, organic silicon resin and methacrylate is matched with deionized water to serve as a water-based solvent, so that the whole water-based solvent is acidic, can be well adhered to a wall surface in use, is less in use ratio than the traditional ratio, and can reduce environmental pollution.

Preferably, the part of deionized water used in step 1 is 60% -70% of the total amount in the formula, and the rest is the part of deionized water in step 2.
Preferably, the pH value of the prepared environment-friendly water-based color paste is between 6.4 and 6.8.
Preferably, the standing time in the step 4 is not less than 15 minutes.

step 3, putting the ball-milled filler into the heated aqueous solvent, fully stirring, and gradually adding a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent to prepare colorless aqueous color paste;
step 4, adding pigment into the colorless aqueous color paste, fully stirring, modulating the required color, standing the aqueous color paste, and cooling to room temperature;
and 5, filtering the prepared water-based color paste to remove solid particles in the color paste, thereby obtaining the environment-friendly water-based color paste.
The heating temperature in the step 1 is 70 ℃, the temperature in the step 3 and the temperature in the step 4 are both kept at 70 ℃, part of deionized water used in the step 1 is 65% of the total amount in the formula, the rest is the deionized water in the step 2, the pH value of the prepared environment-friendly aqueous color paste is 6.4-6.8, and the standing time in the step 4 is 25 minutes.

the embodiment of the invention provides an environment-friendly water-based color paste which comprises, by weight, 28 parts of a water-soluble solvent, 8 parts of deionized water, 22 parts of a filler, 10 parts of a pigment, 4 parts of a dispersing agent and 4 parts of a defoaming agent.
The water-soluble paint is prepared by mixing one or more of alkyd resin, organic silicon resin and methacrylate, and the filler is prepared by mixing and crushing nano calcium carbonate and urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive.
