The well tool transfer device of claim 1, wherein: threaded through holes (26) are uniformly formed in the two sides of the outer side wall of the second rod body (11), bolts (27) are connected to the inner side wall threads of the threaded through holes (26), and the bolts (27) penetrate through the first sleeve (12).

A well tool transfer device according to claim 3, wherein: spout (35) have been seted up to the lower surface of sixth fixed plate (34), the inside wall sliding connection of spout (35) has slider (36), the last fixed surface of first plate body (39) is connected with fifth fixed plate (32), the upper surface of fifth fixed plate (32) with slider (36) fixed connection.

The well tool transfer device of claim 4, wherein: two equal symmetrical fixedly connected with two universal wheels (45) of lower surface of backup pad (38), two equal symmetrical fixedly connected with two second plate bodies (40), four in one side that backup pad (38) repel each other the equal threaded connection of upper surface of second plate body (40) has third threaded rod (41), four the equal fixedly connected with knob (42) in top of third threaded rod (41), four the bottom of third threaded rod (41) all is connected with foot stool (43) through the bearing rotation.

The well tool transfer device of claim 5, wherein: one side of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected with a switch box (44), a switch group (14) is installed inside the switch box (44), and an electrical output end of the switch group (14) is electrically connected with an electrical input end of the water pump (30) and an electrical input end of the winch (46) through wires.
7. A method for transferring a well drilling tool transfer device is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, moving the drilling tool conveying device to a designated using place through a universal wheel (45);
s2, rotating a knob (42) to drive a third threaded rod (41) to rotate, enabling a foot seat (43) to approach to the ground direction until the foot seat (43) is in contact with the ground, and increasing the stability of the well drilling tool conveying device, wherein the foot seat (43) is in rotating connection with the third threaded rod (41) through a bearing, and when the third threaded rod (41) rotates, the foot seat (43) only moves in position and does not rotate;
s3, sliding the first sleeve (12) in the second rod body (11) according to the caliber of a drilling wellhead, adjusting the distance between the two third U-shaped plates (16), rotating the second sleeve (13) on the first threaded rod (15), accurately adjusting the distance between the two third U-shaped plates (16), placing a drilling detection instrument on the second U-shaped plate (5) and between the two first fixing plates (7), pushing the two first fixing plates (7) by the drilling detection instrument, extruding the first spring (6) by the first fixing plates (7) so as to deform the first spring (6), extruding and fixing the drilling detection instrument by the reverse thrust generated by the first spring (6) through the first fixing plates (7), sliding the second fixing plates (9) in the first rod body (8), rotating a third sleeve (24) on the second threaded rod (23), enabling a fourth fixing plate (25) to approach to the direction of the drilling detection instrument, and extruding and fixing the drilling detection instrument;
s4, placing a second U-shaped plate (5) in a wellhead, opening a switch group (14), connecting a rope body (2) with a first U-shaped plate (4) through a hanging ring (3), fixedly connecting the first U-shaped plate (4) with the second U-shaped plate (5), starting a winch (46), putting the second U-shaped plate (5) into a drilling pipeline along a pipe wall through a rotating wheel (17), cleaning the pipe wall through a scraper (22), driving a third fixing plate (21) to slide on a third rod body (18) by the scraper (22) due to friction of the pipe wall, extruding a second spring (20) through the third fixing plate (21), and pushing the third fixing plate (21) to drive the scraper (22) by the reverse thrust of the second spring (20) to clean the pipe wall;
s5, after the detection of the drilling detection instrument is finished, the switch group (14) controls the winch (46) to drive the first U-shaped plate (4) to ascend through the rope body (2), controls the switch group (14) to close the winch (46), simultaneously starts the water pump (30), allows water in the water tank (28) to enter the spray head (33) through the second pipe body (31), slides the sixth fixing plate (34), enables the sliding block (36) to slide on the inner side wall of the sliding groove (35), takes down the spray head (33), cleans the drilling detection instrument, and finally controls the switch group (14) to close the water pump (30) after the cleaning is finished.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of transferring the well tool transfer device comprises: in S5, before the drilling detection instrument is cleaned by the spray head (33), cleaning fluid is injected into the water tank (28) through a water inlet pipe (37), and a valve is installed on the outer side wall of the water inlet pipe (37) to control the connectivity of the water inlet pipe (37).
