Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4. The tray case 100 of the present invention further includes a discharge outlet seat 150, the discharge outlet seat 150 being pivotably connected to a bottom of one of the two side walls to enable the discharge outlet seat 150 to be switched between an assembled state and a folded state. The side wall on which the discharge outlet seat 150 is mounted is the first side wall 110, and the side wall on which the discharge outlet seat 150 is not mounted is the second side wall 102.
The bottom of the side wall skin 111 has a mounting opening 113 and the discharge outlet seat 150 is located at the mounting opening 113 when the discharge outlet seat 150 is in an assembled state. Specifically, the discharge port base 150 penetrates the mounting port 113 and protrudes toward the direction of the inside of the tray case 100.
When the discharge outlet seat 150 is in the folded state, the discharge outlet seat 150 is flipped against the side wall sheathing panel 111, and the discharge outlet seat 150 is protruded toward the direction of the outside of the tray case 100.
According to the tray box 100 of the present invention, the discharge port seat 150 protrudes toward the inside of the tray box 100 in the assembled state, and can accommodate both a long liquid bag discharge pipe 101 and a short liquid bag discharge pipe 101; the discharge outlet seats 150 in the folded state protrude toward the outside of the tray case 100, and interference between the end walls 130 of the tray case 100 and the discharge outlet seats 150 in the folded state can be prevented, so that the tray case 100 can be smoothly folded.
A half-flap door 117 (shown in fig. 1) is preferably provided on the side wall to facilitate installation of the fluid bag, and in the illustrated embodiment, the half-flap door 117 is provided on the first side wall 110. The first side wall 110 differs from the second side wall 102 in that, to facilitate mounting of the discharge opening seat 150, the side wall frame 112 of the first side wall 110 further comprises two discharge opening side members 158 and a discharge opening upper member 159 connected between the two discharge opening side members 158, the two discharge opening side members 158 being disposed on both sides of the mounting opening 113, the discharge opening upper member 159 being located above the discharge opening 153. In the illustrated embodiment, the discharge side rails 158 are disposed between the side wall top rails and the side wall bottom rails 114 in the height direction of the tray box 100, and the discharge upper rails 159 are disposed in the width direction of the tray box 100. A pivot shaft 151 is connected between the two discharge opening side beams 158, and a pivot shaft sleeve 152 is arranged at the top of the discharge opening seat 150. The number of the pivoting shaft sleeves 152 is preferably two, the two pivoting shaft sleeves 152 are respectively arranged close to one of the discharge port side beams 158, and the pivoting shaft sleeves 152 are sleeved on the pivoting shafts 151 so as to realize that the discharge port base 150 can pivot in the vertical direction.
Reference is now made to fig. 9, 10 and 11. When it is desired to fold the tray box 100, the end walls 130 and side walls can be laid down and pivoted to be flush with the bottom tray 120. The specific folding sequence is as follows, first laying down and folding the two end walls 130 directly, without sequence; second pull up and fold the second sidewall 102; the first side wall 110 is then pulled upward and folded; finally, the upper cover 140 is covered to the uppermost layer, and the stacking plate 144 of the upper cover 140 is lapped on the stacking surface at the top end of the chassis upright 121.
That is, in the folded state, the end wall 130 is positioned above the bottom chassis 120, the second side wall 102 is positioned above the end wall 130, the first side wall 110 is positioned above the second side wall 102, and the upper cover 140 is positioned above the first side wall 110. This folding sequence avoids the situation where the side walls are folded first and the end wall 130 is cushioned by the discharge outlet seat 150.
Accordingly, an accommodation space is formed below the upper cover plate 141, and the discharge port base 150 is accommodated in a space surrounded by the upper cover plate 141 and the two adjacent upper cover beams 143. The space of the upper cover 140 is used to receive the discharge port holder 150 so that the height of the tray case 100 does not increase when it is folded.
The discharge outlet seat 150 of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 5. The specific structure of the discharge outlet base 150 includes a discharge outlet face plate 126, two discharge outlet side plates 123, a discharge outlet top plate 124, and optionally a discharge outlet bottom plate 125. The discharge opening panel 126 is provided with a discharge opening 153, and the discharge opening side plate 123, the discharge opening top plate 124 and the discharge opening bottom plate 125 are connected to the discharge opening panel 126 from the outside of the discharge opening seat 150 in an assembled state. Wherein two discharge port side plates 123 are connected to both ends of the discharge port panel 126 in the width direction of the tray box 100; the discharge opening top plate 124 is connected to a top end of the discharge opening face plate 126, and the discharge opening bottom plate 125 is connected to a bottom end of the discharge opening face plate 126.
Thus, the discharge outlet seat 150 is generally configured to have an open box shape, when the discharge outlet seat 150 is in an assembled state, the discharge outlet panel 126 is located inside the side wall frame 112 with its opening facing outward, and the ends of the discharge outlet side plates 123, the discharge outlet ceiling 124, and the discharge outlet bottom plate 125 do not extend beyond the outer surface of the side wall frame 112; when the discharge opening seat 150 is in the folded state, it is open toward the side wall shroud 111, and the end portions of the discharge opening side plate 123, the discharge opening top plate 124, and the discharge opening bottom plate 125 may abut against the side wall shroud 111.
The discharge outlet seat 150 is generally configured as a box having a depth (width of the discharge outlet side plate 123) such that the discharge outlet seat can accommodate discharge tubes of liquid bags of various specifications. Such as a shorter discharge conduit, so long as its length is greater than the thickness of the discharge opening panel 126. If a longer discharge pipe is used, the length of the discharge pipe does not exceed the width of the discharge port side plate 123; i.e., so long as the longer discharge conduit does not protrude beyond the outer surface of the first sidewall 110, or so long as the length of the longer discharge conduit is no greater than the thickness of the first sidewall 110 (the thickness of the first sidewall 110 in this case includes the depth of the discharge outlet seat 150).
Preferably, the side of the discharge opening side plate 123 close to the pivot axis 151 is preferably provided with a recess 127, the dimensions of the recess 127 being adapted to the dimensions of the discharge opening upper beam 159, and the discharge opening upper beam 159 being able to enter the recess 127 when the discharge opening seat 150 is in the folded state. Thus, it is possible to avoid the discharge opening upper beam 159 affecting the leveling of the discharge opening seat 150.
With continued reference to fig. 5, the discharge outlet seat 150 is provided with two engaging lugs 155, and the two engaging lugs 155 are respectively located at two ends of the discharge outlet 153 in the width direction and are bent from the discharge outlet panel 126 to the outside of the tray box 100. The catch 155 is provided along the height direction of the tray case 100, and at least one of both ends of the catch 155 in the height direction is provided with a catch boss 156. Illustratively, only the upper end is provided with a lug boss 156. Preferably, a bayonet lug boss 156 is provided at both ends. At least one of both sides of the discharge opening panel 126 in the height direction of the catch 155 is configured as a stopper 157. If only the upper side is designed as a limit stop 157, both sides are preferably designed as limit stops 157. In the illustrated embodiment, the stop 157 is spaced apart from the catch 155.
Please refer to fig. 3, fig. 4, and fig. 5. The bottom of the discharge outlet seat 150 is provided with a latch 160, and preferably, the bottom of the discharge outlet seat 150 is provided with two latches 160 to improve the locking capability. The latch 160 may be engaged with the first fixing hole 115 provided on the first sidewall 110, thereby maintaining the discharge outlet seat 150 in an assembled state; or with the second fixing holes 116 provided on the first sidewall 110, thereby maintaining the discharge outlet seat 150 in a folded state.
That is, the first fixing hole 115 is positioned to correspond to the latch rod 161 of the latch 160 in an assembled state, and when the discharge port base 150 is in the assembled state, the locking end of the latch rod 161 of the latch 160 extends into the first fixing hole 115 to prevent the discharge port base 150 from being removed from the assembled state; the second securing hole 116 is positioned to correspond to the latch rod 161 of the latch 160 in a folded position, and when the discharge outlet base 150 is in the folded position, the locking end of the latch rod 161 extends into the second securing hole 116 to prevent the discharge outlet base 150 from being removed from the folded position.
Please refer to fig. 5 and 6 for a detailed structure of the latch 160. The bolt 160 preferably consists of a bolt seat 165, a bolt rod 161, a spring 164 and a closure plate 166, i.e. the bolt 160 is preferably configured as a compression spring bolt. Wherein the latch base 165 is disposed at the bottom of the discharge opening side plate 123 and inside the discharge opening base 150, in the illustrated embodiment, two latch bases 165 are respectively disposed at the bottom of the sides of the two discharge opening side plates 123 opposite to each other. A closure plate 166 is provided on the side of the latch seat 165 remote from the discharge side plate 123 and has a through-hole (not shown) through which the free end of the latch rod 161 passes.
Specifically, a first fixing hole 115 and a second fixing hole 116 are provided on the drain side member 158, the first fixing hole 115 is located at the bottom of the drain side member 158, the second fixing hole 116 is located above the first fixing hole 115, and the second fixing hole 116 is also located above the pivot shaft 151.
Latch lever 161 includes a head 167 and a tail 168. Wherein the head portion 167 is adapted to extend through the first securing aperture 115 or the second securing aperture 116 and the tail portion 168 is adapted to extend through the aperture in the cover plate 166. The radial dimension of the tail 168 is adapted to the radial dimension of the perforations to pass through. The radial dimension of the head portion 167 is greater than the radial dimension of the tail portion 168. Thus, when the latch lever 161 is pulled in the direction of the free end, and the latch lever 161 can be positioned at the unlocking position, the head 167 of the latch lever 161 cannot pass through the through hole, and thus the latch lever 161 cannot be disengaged from the latch base 165.
A spring 164 is fitted over the tail 168 of the latch rod 161 between the cover plate 166 and the head 167, whereby when the latch rod 161 is pulled in the direction of the free end, the spring 164 is able to exert an opposing force on the latch rod 161, causing the latch rod 161 to have a tendency to return to the locked position. This arrangement allows the latch lever 161 to automatically return to the locked position from the unlocked position when released.
Further, in order to prevent the free end of the latch lever 161 from being detached from the latch base 165 and to facilitate the operation, the free end of the latch lever 161 is provided with a pull ring 162. Preferably, a pull cord 163 is connected between the two pull rings 162 to facilitate simultaneous operation of the two latches 160.
Please refer to fig. 3 and 4. To shield the discharge opening 153 during transportation or storage, the tray box 100 is further provided with a discharge opening cover plate 170. The discharge port cover plate 170 is pivotably connected to the bottom of the first sidewall 110 to open or close the mounting port 113, and the discharge port cover plate 170 can close the discharge port seat 150 when the discharge port seat 150 is in an assembled state. The discharge opening cover plate 170 is shaped to correspond to the shape of the discharge opening seat 150, and may be rectangular, for example.
Wherein one of the two discharge opening side members 158 has a hinge shaft 171 provided thereon in the height direction of the tray case 100, and the end of the discharge opening cover 170 has a hinge boss 172 through which the hinge shaft 171 extends, so that the discharge opening cover 170 is connected to the discharge opening side member 158 via the hinge shaft 171, thereby achieving the pivotable movement of the discharge opening cover 170 in the horizontal direction.
Preferably, the hinge shaft 171 has a length dimension greater than that of the hinge bush 172, and thus is provided to pull the discharge port cover 170 in the height direction of the tray case 100, so that the discharge port cover 170 is movable in the height direction of the tray case 100.
A hanging plate 173 is provided at an end of the discharge opening cover plate 170 remote from the hinge shaft 171, and a cover fixing member 176 is provided at one of the two discharge opening side members 158, at which the hinge shaft 171 is not provided, at a position corresponding to that of the hanging plate 173.
When the discharge opening cover plate 170 is closed, it may be pulled upward so that the hanging plate 173 hangs into the cover plate fixture 176 to maintain the discharge opening cover plate 170 in a closed position. Preferably, the hanging plate 173 is provided with a lead sealing hole 174 to facilitate the lead sealing operation.
The bottom of the sidewall frame 112 is provided with a cover stop 177, which is capable of interfering with the cover stop 177 when the discharge cover 170 is pivoted. The height of the discharge opening cover plate 170 that can be pulled up is greater than the height dimension of the cover plate stopper 177. Therefore, the discharge opening cover plate 170 can be moved in the height direction to further pivot to the inner side of the cover plate limiting member 177, the discharge opening cover plate 170 falls back under the action of gravity, and at this time, if the discharge opening cover plate 170 has a tendency of being separated from the open state, the cover plate limiting member 177 can interfere with the discharge opening cover plate 170 to prevent the discharge opening cover plate 170 from continuing to pivot. In an embodiment not shown, the cover stops 177 may also be provided on the chassis upper beam 122.
To facilitate the operation of the discharge opening cover plate 170, an operation portion 175 is provided thereon. Preferably, the operating portion 175 is configured as a hand hole.
The operation of opening the discharge opening cover plate 170 is as follows: fingers extend into the hand holes to lift the cover plate 170 of the discharge opening to separate the hanging plate 173 from the cover plate fixing member 176, and the cover plate 170 of the discharge opening is opened by horizontal rotation to make the cover plate 170 of the discharge opening abut against the side wall, and the cover plate 170 of the discharge opening falls on the inner side of the cover plate limiting member 177 by self weight. The operation process of closing the cover plate 170 of the discharge opening is reverse to the above, and after the hanging plate 173 is inserted into the cover plate fixing member 176, the lead seal is applied to the cover plate 170 by penetrating the lead seal hole 174 and the cover plate fixing member 176 on the hanging plate 173.
The tray box 100 of the present invention is capable of accommodating the discharge pipes of a variety of liquid bags. Exemplarily, in the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the card holder 180 and the discharge pipe 101 are separate members. The discharge pipe 101 of the liquid bag in this embodiment needs to be connected to the clamping seat 180 first, and then the clamping seat 180 is connected to the discharge outlet seat 150 from the inner side of the tray box 100. Wherein, the clamping seat 180 is configured as a U-shaped structure with an opening, two sides of the opening are provided with a pair of elastic clamps 181, and the discharging pipe 101 is provided with a clamping ring groove (not shown). When the material discharging pipe 101 is connected to the clamping seat 180, the clamping seat 180 is clamped into the clamping ring groove of the material discharging pipe 101, and the elastic clamp 181 clamps the clamping surface at the corresponding position of the clamping ring groove, so that the material discharging pipe 101 and the clamping seat 180 can be fixed. In this embodiment, a valve 103 may be disposed in the discharge pipe 101. When the liquid needs to be discharged, the discharge opening cover plate 170 is opened, the discharge pipe 101 is connected with the conveying pipe, the valve 103 is opened, the discharge operation can be performed, and the liquid in the liquid bag can enter the conveying pipe through the discharge pipe hole 104.
The card holder 180 is provided with two limiting edges 182, the two limiting edges 182 are positioned at two sides of the U-shaped opening, and the middle part of the limiting edge 182 is provided with a clamping hook 183. When the card holder 180 is attached to the discharge port base 150, the stopper edge 182 is caught between two stopper stages 157 of the discharge port base 150 in the height direction of the tray case 100 to prevent the card holder 180 from moving in the height direction of the tray case 100. In the illustrated embodiment, two limiting edges 182 of the clamping seat 180 are respectively located on two sides of the discharge opening 153 in the width direction of the tray box 100, that is, the limiting edges 182 are adjacent to the clamping lugs 155. Thus, the limit edge 182 engages with the catch 155 to prevent the card holder 180 from moving in the width direction of the tray case 100.
The hook 183 is connected to the engaging lug 155, and the hook and the engaging lug form an engaging structure to prevent the engaging base 180 from being withdrawn into the box. Preferably, the hook 183 is located between the two lug bosses 156, further preventing the card holder 180 from moving in the height direction of the tray case 100. Therefore, the clamping seat 180 is matched with the discharge port seat 150, so that the discharge pipe 101 of the liquid bag is firmly installed, and the discharge can be safely carried out. In the present embodiment, the discharge pipe 101 of the liquid bag may have a short gauge.
Fig. 12 and 13 schematically illustrate the use of the tray box 100 of the present invention with a second gauge of discharge conduit 201, i.e., a second preferred embodiment. Wherein, the clamping seat 280 and the discharging pipe 201 are an integral component, and the clamping seat is directly connected to the discharging port seat when in use. Wherein, the two sides of the discharging pipe 201 are respectively provided with a limit edge 282, and the middle part of the limit edge 282 is provided with a hook 283. When the discharge tube 201 and the card holder 280 are attached to the discharge port base 150, the stopper edge 282 is caught between two stopper stages 157 of the discharge port base 150 in the height direction of the tray case 100 to prevent the card holder 280 from moving in the height direction of the tray case 100. In this embodiment, no valve may be provided in the discharge pipe 201.
In the illustrated embodiment, two limiting edges 282 of the card seat 280 are respectively located at two sides of the discharge opening 153 in the width direction of the tray box 100, i.e., the limiting edges 282 are adjacent to the card lug 155. Thus, the limit edge 282 engages with the catch 155 to prevent the card holder 280 from moving in the width direction of the tray case 100.
The hooks 283 are connected to the locking lugs 155, which form a lock to prevent the locking seat 280 and the discharge pipe 201 from returning into the box. Preferably, the hooks 283 are located between the two lug bosses 156 to further prevent the cassette 280 from moving in the height direction of the tray case 100. Therefore, the clamping seat 280 on the discharge pipe 201 is matched with the discharge port seat 150, so that the discharge pipe 201 of the liquid bag is firmly installed and can be safely discharged. In the present embodiment, the discharge pipe 201 of the liquid bag may have a long specification.
Fig. 14 and 15 schematically illustrate the use of the tray box 100 of the present invention with a third format of discharge conduit 301, i.e., a third preferred embodiment. Wherein, the clamping seat 380 and the discharge pipe 301 are an integral component. The structure of the card holder 380 differs from that of the second preferred embodiment in that no limiting edge is provided on the card holder 380, and only two hooks 383 are provided. When the discharge pipe 301 is mounted to the discharge outlet base 150, the hooks 383 form a snap fit with the catch 155, and the hooks 383 are located between two catch bosses 156 on the catch 155. Preferably, the catch projection 156 and the catch 383 abut each other. Thus, the hooks 383, the lugs 155 and the lug bosses 156 prevent the discharge pipe 301 from moving in the height direction and the width direction of the tray box 100 and prevent the discharge pipe 301 from returning into the box. In this embodiment, the discharge pipe 301 of the liquid bag may have a long specification, and no valve may be provided in the discharge pipe 301.
In summary, the tray box of the present invention can accommodate multiple types of discharge tubes. For example, the type of the discharge pipe may be classified into a cartridge and discharge pipe integrated type (second preferred embodiment), a cartridge and discharge pipe separated type (first preferred embodiment), a valve type (first preferred embodiment), a non-valve type (second preferred embodiment and third preferred embodiment), a limited edge type (first preferred embodiment and second preferred embodiment), a non-limited edge type (third preferred embodiment), a long pipe type, and a short pipe type.
Furthermore, the discharge conduit may also have any combination of features of the types described above, and the tray box of the present invention is adaptable thereto.
