The DNA extraction kit according to claim 1, further comprising a pressure sensitive sensor (9), a controller (10) and an LED lamp (20), wherein the controller (10) is in signal connection with the pressure sensitive sensor (9) and the LED lamp (20), respectively, an opening is formed at a position of the case body (11) facing the case cover (12), the pressure sensitive sensor (9) is disposed on a side of the opening, and the LED lamp (20) is disposed on the case cover (12); when the box cover (12) and the box body (11) are closed and opened, the pressure-sensitive sensor (9) detects a pressure reduction signal and then sends a light-on signal to the controller (10), and the controller (10) controls the LED lamp (20) to be turned on; when the box cover (12) and the box body (11) are closed, the pressure-sensitive sensor (9) detects a pressure increase signal and then sends a light-off signal to the controller (10), and the controller (10) controls the LED lamp (20) to be closed.

The DNA extraction kit according to claim 1, wherein a drawing plate (22) is further disposed below the kit accommodating groove (2), a handle connected with the drawing plate (22) is disposed on the box body (11), vertical rods (30) for supporting the kit accommodating groove (2) are further disposed on two sides of the drawing plate (22), and the drawing plate (22) is slidably mounted on the box body (11).
4. The DNA extraction kit according to claim 3, wherein a sliding groove is formed at the bottom of the drawing plate (22), a sliding rail is formed at the position of the box body (11) corresponding to the sliding groove, and the drawing plate (22) is detachably mounted on the box body (11).
5. The DNA extraction kit according to claim 4, wherein an elastic block (221) is provided on a surface of the drawing plate (22) facing the kit accommodating groove (2), and a side surface of the elastic block (221) is a slope.
6. The DNA extraction kit according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the box body (11) is provided with a support leg (23), the support leg (23) comprises a support rod, a foot pad and a spring sleeved on the support rod, and the foot pad is arranged at the bottom of the support rod.
7. The DNA extraction kit according to claim 1, wherein a rubber seat is further provided in the housing box installation groove, and the rubber seat is provided with the kit placement site (21).
8. The DNA extraction kit according to claim 1, wherein a refrigerating tank (24) is further provided in the case body (11), a refrigerator is provided in the refrigerating tank (24), and a heat insulating plate (25) is provided between the refrigerating tank (24) and the kit mounting groove.
