The PVC resin powder is SG-3 type PVC resin powder and is suitable for calendaring and forming; the S100 porous PVC is PVC with a K value of 100, has a porous structure, can adsorb a plasticizer, reduces the precipitation of the plasticizer, and improves the adhesive force of printing ink on a PVC film. The PVC film is prepared by adopting a calendaring process, the film is thin, printing ink is convenient to print, and the SG-3 type PVC resin has strong binding force with the printing ink, so that the adhesiveness of the printing ink can be improved.
Specifically, in the composite yoga mat, the modified antibacterial TPU film comprises 80-120 parts by weight of TPU resin, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of zinc stearate, 5-10 parts by weight of nano metal particles, 3-5 parts by weight of an auxiliary agent and 10-15 parts by weight of a filler. The TPU resin is 70A type TPU resin and has the characteristics of good elasticity, high transparency and good wear resistance. The zinc stearate has lubricating and demolding effects. The nano metal particles are nano metal ions with an antibacterial effect, specifically comprise nano silver particles and nano zinc particles, and are preferably nano zinc particles. The auxiliary agent comprises a dispersing agent, a compatilizer and a plasticizer in a weight ratio of 1:1:1, wherein the dispersing agent is polyacrylamide, the compatilizer is polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride, and the plasticizer is DOTP. The filler comprises activated calcium carbonate. The modified antibacterial TPU film is prepared by adopting a tape casting process, has excellent elasticity and skid resistance, and can protect an ink layer on a printing layer and increase the pattern durability of the printing layer; and the modified antibacterial TPU film has good hygroscopicity, can absorb and disperse sweat dropped on the surface, improves the anti-skid property, has the mildew-proof antibacterial effect, can kill bacteria, and avoids the yoga mat from mildewing.
Preferably, in the compound yoga mat, the bottom of stratum basale still is equipped with the skid resistant course, the skid resistant course is through the bottom surface coating hydrophilicity anti-skidding thick liquids at the stratum basale, obtains after the solidification drying. The water-based anti-slip slurry comprises one of water-based acrylate emulsion or water-based polyurethane emulsion. The non-slip layer can improve yoga mat's skid resistance, especially in there is the place of water.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the composite yoga mat, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a modified antibacterial TPU film: taking the TPU resin, zinc stearate, nano metal particles, an auxiliary agent and a filler in the modified antibacterial TPU film according to a ratio, uniformly mixing the TPU resin and the nano metal particles, reacting at 180-200 ℃ for 2-4 h, drying after the reaction is finished, adding the mixture into a screw extruder after the drying is finished, simultaneously adding the zinc stearate, the auxiliary agent and the filler, uniformly mixing through the screw extruder, drying, and carrying out tape casting through a flow casting device after the water content is reduced to 0.02% to obtain the modified antibacterial TPU film;
