Abstract
The invention discloses a PES composite fabric for safety clothing, which comprises a base cloth layer, an outer cloth layer and a PES film layer, wherein two sides of the PES film layer are respectively attached to the base cloth layer and the outer cloth layer through adhesives, the PES film layer is obtained by blowing, forming and cooling PES film materials, and the PES film materials consist of the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of PES resin, 20-30 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate, 15-20 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 3-8 parts of maleic anhydride, 2-6 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 2-8 parts of barite mineral powder, 1-5 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 0.2-2 parts of 2-bromo-isobutyryl bromide, 0.1-0.8 part of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 11-16 parts of polyhexamethylene adipamide and 5-10 parts of 1, 4-dimethylbutane-1, 3-diene. The PES composite fabric for safe wear has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and enriches the use occasions of the fabric while enhancing the performance of the fabric.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fabric, in particular to a PES (polyether sulfone) composite fabric for safety clothing.
Background
The protective clothing is a working clothing which can effectively protect people working in a severe external environment, and is widely applied to the industries of fire rescue, field operation, military training, home textile and home decoration, transportation, smelting, calcining and casting and the like. Because the protective clothing needs to face various extreme environments and generally requires to have flame retardant, waterproof and moisture permeable functions, most of the protective clothing used in the industrial field of China at present are treated cotton fabrics, and various properties of the cotton fabrics, particularly the waterproof property is usually reduced along with the increase of washing times, so that the service life of the protective clothing is shortened. Therefore, how to provide a composite fabric for safety clothing, which not only meets the requirements of flame retardance, water resistance and moisture permeability, but also is resistant to washing, becomes an effort for those skilled in the art.

The invention aims to provide the PES composite fabric for the safe wear, which has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance, enhances the performance of the fabric, and enriches the use occasions of the fabric.

1-5 parts of benzoyl peroxide,
0.2 to 2 parts of 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide,
0.1-0.8 part of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate.
The technical scheme of further improvement in the technical scheme is as follows:
1. in the scheme, the grain size of the barite ore powder is 40 nm-150 nm.
2. In the above scheme, the thickness ratio between the base fabric layer and the PES film layer is 1: 0.08 to 0.10.
3. In the scheme, the thickness of the PES thin film layer is 50-100 mu m.
4. In the scheme, two sides of the PES film layer are respectively attached to the base fabric layer and the outer fabric layer through hot melt adhesives.

according to the PES composite fabric for safe wear, 60-80 parts of PES resin is used as a base material in the formula of the PES film layer, 0.2-2 parts of 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide and 0.1-0.8 part of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate are added and mixed, so that the PES film layer has the effects of resisting severe environment, resisting washing and keeping long-term waterproof performance, the composite fabric is durable in use, and the service life of the fabric is prolonged; in addition, 2-6 parts of ethylene bis stearamide and 2-8 parts of barite mineral powder are further added, so that the prepared film has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance, can adapt to long-time irradiation of strong sunlight, can resist long-time washing of rainwater, can adapt to severe natural environment, is corrosion-resistant, and enriches the use occasions of the fabric while enhancing the performance of the fabric.

And two sides of the PES film layer are respectively attached to the base fabric layer and the outer fabric layer through hot melt adhesives.
The PES film material used by the PES film layer in the PES composite fabric for the safety clothing is prepared by the following steps:
s1, sequentially adding 60-80 parts of PES resin, 20-30 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate, 15-20 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 3-8 parts of maleic anhydride, 2-6 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 2-8 parts of barite ore powder, 1-5 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 0.2-2 parts of 2-bromo-isobutyryl bromide and 0.1-0.8 part of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate into a high-speed mixer, heating at 85 ℃ for 35min, and mixing the above components at a high speed during heating to obtain a uniformly mixed material A;
s2, adding 11-16 parts of polyhexamethylene adipamide and 5-10 parts of 1, 4-dimethylbutane-1, 3-diene into a high-speed mixer, and heating and stirring at 100 ℃ for 25min to obtain a uniformly mixed material B;
and S3, uniformly mixing the material A and the material B at a high speed, extruding by a double-screw extruder at the rotating speed of 300r/min, and carrying out air cooling granulation to prepare PES film material master batch.

as shown in table 3, the PES film layer prepared in comparative example 1 lacks ethylene bis stearamide and barite mineral powder, compared with examples 1 to 4, and it can be known from the data that the contact angle of water is smaller and smaller after the PES film layer prepared in comparative example 1 is irradiated by sunlight for a long time, that is, the hydrophobicity and the waterproof performance of the prepared fabric are poorer and poorer;
compared with the examples 1-4, the PES film layer prepared in the comparative example 2 lacks the components 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and the data show that the contact angle of water is smaller and smaller after the PES film layer prepared in the comparative example 2 is washed for multiple times, namely, the hydrophobicity and the waterproof performance of the prepared fabric are poorer and poorer;
the PES film layer prepared in each embodiment of the invention is washable, and the waterproof performance of the PES film layer can not be obviously reduced along with the increase of washing times, and the PES film layer prepared by the invention is used on the fabric, has the effects of resisting severe environment, being washable and keeping the waterproof performance for a long time, so that the composite fabric is durable in use and the service life of the fabric is prolonged; in addition, the fabric has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance, can adapt to long-time irradiation of strong sunlight, can resist long-time scouring of rainwater, can adapt to severe natural environment, is corrosion-resistant, and enriches the use occasions of the fabric while enhancing the performance of the fabric.
