The working principle of the invention is as follows:
constructors move the whole device indoors through the handrails 3 and the moving wheels 2, connect an external power supply, pour cement ash into the first feed hopper 106, the cement ash falls into the sieving plate 401 below the first feed inlet 102, filter the falling cement ash along with the vibration of the first vibrating motor 405, filter large granular impurities mixed in the cement ash, improve the quality of cement, fall into the first collecting box 108 along with the vibration, pour sand into the second feed hopper 107, the sand falls into the sieving plate 401 below the second feed inlet 103 along with the vibration of the first vibrating motor 405, filter the falling sand, filter large granular stones in the sand, avoid the unevenness of the wall surface caused by the large granular stones when the cement powder wall is filled, influence the effect of indoor decoration, the filtered large granular stones fall into the second collecting box 109 along with the vibration, the vibration generated by the first vibration motor 405 is offset and buffered by the first supporting spring 403 and the second supporting spring 404, so as to prevent the first vibration motor 405 from generating resonance to the whole device, improve the operation stability of the whole device, pour in proper water from the second feeding hopper 107, the filtered cement ash and gravel fall into the stirring barrel 601, the stirring motor 603 drives the stirring blade 605 on the stirring shaft 604 to stir the cement ash, gravel and water poured into the barrel, the baffle 606 blocks the through hole at the bottom of the stirring barrel 601 through the buckle 607, thereby preventing cement from leaking during stirring, resulting in insufficient mixing, when the stirring is completed, the buckle 607 is opened, the baffle 606 falls under the action of gravity, the cement is poured out from the through hole at the bottom of the stirring barrel 601 along with the continuous rotation of the stirring motor 603, the cement in the containing frame 8 is poured out from the through hole at the bottom of the stirring barrel 601, and is easy to form sharp accumulation, the third vibration motor 703 drives the containing frame 8 on the placing plate 702 to vibrate, so that the accumulated cement is homogenized, meanwhile, the speed of cement caking can be reduced due to continuous vibration, the vibration generated by the third vibration motor 703 is counteracted and buffered by the fifth support spring 701, the third vibration motor 703 is prevented from generating resonance on the whole device, and the operation stability of the whole device is improved;
after cement in the agitator 601 pours out, plug up the through-hole of agitator 601 bottom through buckle 607 with baffle 606 again, repeated operation stirs cement, will hold frame 8 from placing the board 702 and take out from receiving and releasing mouthful 101, will next hold frame 8 and put into place the board 702 in, be used for holding cement, not only make things convenient for the workman to take cement, still do not influence whole device and continue the function, improved the efficiency of cement supply.
