This embodiment is used: firstly, the distance between two clamping plates 33 is adjusted according to the specification and the size of the wooden sculpture, the four screw rods 34 and the fifth screw rods 40 can be rotated to enable the two clamping plates 33 to move towards opposite directions, so that the wooden sculpture is fixed, then, the outer walls of two sides of a supporting plate 6 provided with the wooden sculpture are respectively fixed on the inner walls of the bottoms of two U-shaped frames 29, meanwhile, the two third screw rods 32 are rotated to enable the outer wall of the bottom of a pressing plate 28 to fix the supporting plate 6, then, a fourth servo motor 30 is driven to enable the supporting plate 6 to be kept horizontal, then, two electric sliding rails 7 are controlled to enable a movable frame 5 to move along the horizontal direction, meanwhile, a third servo motor 26 is controlled to enable a sliding frame 12 to slide along the inner wall of a sliding groove 16, so that the position of the grooving is determined, and after the determination, an electric push rod 20, the slotting drill 22 is used for slotting the surface of the wood sculpture, after slotting is finished, the fourth servo motor 30 drives the supporting plate 6 to rotate, the bottom of the supporting plate 6 faces upwards, the wood chips on the surface of the wood sculpture fall onto the surface of the dust collecting belt 8 under the action of gravity, the wood chips with larger particles fall into the collecting box 9 through the leak holes 13, the two first servo motors 2 are controlled at the same time, the first servo motor 2 drives the winding roller 4 to rotate, the second servo motor 14 is controlled at the same time, the circumferential outer wall of the first adsorption roller 18 and the circumferential outer wall of the second adsorption roller 19 respectively clamp the upper surface and the lower surface of the dust collecting belt 8, meanwhile, the two first servo motors 2 carry out repeated positive and negative rotation operation, so that the smaller wood chips attached to the surface of the dust collecting belt 8 are adsorbed by the first adsorption roller 18 and the second adsorption roller 19, the surface cleanliness of the dust collecting belt 8 is ensured while the wood chips are collected, meanwhile, the dust collection belt 8 is utilized to cover the collection box 9 to a certain extent, so that the phenomenon that the wood chips in the collection box 9 fly can be avoided.
Example 2:
a slotting processing platform with good stability for a wood sculpture is shown in figures 7 and 8, and aims to improve the rate of cleaning the sawdust on the surface of a dust collecting belt 8; the present embodiment is modified from embodiment 1 as follows: a rectangular plate 42 is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the shell 1 through bolts, the outer wall of the top of the rectangular plate 42 is driven to be connected with a fifth screw 44 in a rotating mode, the outer wall of the bottom of the fifth screw 44 is connected with a scraping plate 45 in a rotating mode through a bearing, two second limiting columns 43 are welded on the outer wall of the top of the scraping plate 45, and the circumferential outer walls of the two second limiting columns 43 are connected to the outer wall of the top of the rectangular plate 42 in a sliding mode; can adjust the distance between scraper blade 45 and the collection dirt area 8 surface through being provided with fifth screw 44, when the height of first adsorption roller 18 changes, can make scraper blade 45 outer wall laminate with collection dirt area 8 surface all the time through rotating fifth screw 44, thereby can strike off the saw-dust on collection dirt area 8 surface, accelerate the speed that the saw-dust leads into in collection box 9 through small opening 13, can reduce the content of first adsorption roller 18 surface saw-dust effectively, thereby can improve the live time and the result of use of first adsorption roller 18, simultaneously because collection dirt area 8 can carry out the rolling along two different directions, consequently only set up a scraper blade 45 and both can strike off the saw-dust of each position on collection dirt area 8 surface.
This embodiment is used: the rectangular plate 42 is firstly fixed on the outer wall of the top of the shell 1 through bolts, and then the fifth screw 44 is rotated according to the position of the dust collection belt 8, so that a certain gap is formed between the outer wall of the scraper 45 and the surface of the dust collection belt 8, and the scraping of the sawdust on the surface of the dust collection belt 8 is facilitated.

The slotting machine platform for a wood sculpture with good stability according to claim 1, wherein two mounting plates (17) are fixed on the outer wall of the top of the shell (1) through bolts, a rotating rod (31) is rotatably connected on the outer wall of one side of the two mounting plates (17), a fourth servo motor (30) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of one mounting plate (17) through bolts, and the output end of the fourth servo motor (30) is connected to the input end of one rotating rod (31) through a coupling.
