Abstract

Referring to fig. 1-9, a soot blower for smoke abatement and NOx treatment of diesel exhaust comprises a collection tank 1, a soot blowing mechanism 2 and an adsorption mechanism 3, wherein the soot blowing mechanism 2 comprises a gas storage pipe 21, a plurality of valves 22, a plurality of metal corrugated pipes 23 and a plurality of gas injection pipes 24, the side wall of the gas storage pipe 21 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 211, one end of each valve 22 is connected with the corresponding connecting hole 211, the other end of each valve 22 is communicated with one end of the corresponding metal corrugated pipe 23, the gas injection pipes 24 are sleeved on the other end of the metal corrugated pipes 23, that is, the gas injection pipes 24 are sleeved on one end of the metal corrugated pipe 23 far away from the valves 22, the side wall of each gas injection pipe 24 is uniformly provided with a plurality of nozzles 241, and the nozzles 241 are arranged perpendicular to the gas injection pipes 24; the side wall of the catching box 1 is provided with a mounting hole 11, and the soot blowing mechanism 2 is sleeved in the mounting hole 11 through an air spraying pipe 24, namely, one end of the air spraying pipe 24 far away from the metal corrugated pipe 23 is embedded in the mounting hole 11; the adsorption mechanism 3 is arranged in the collection box 1 and located on one side of the soot blowing mechanism 2, the adsorption mechanism 3 is arranged in parallel with the soot blowing mechanism 2, an opening of the nozzle 241 faces a plane where the adsorption mechanism 3 is located vertically, and the adsorption mechanism 3 is provided with a catalyst. In this embodiment, the nozzle 241 includes a connection portion 2411 and a nozzle portion 2412 communicated with the connection portion 2411, an end surface of the nozzle portion 2412 is provided with a plurality of air injection holes 24121, the plurality of air injection holes 24121 are uniformly arranged on the end surface of the nozzle portion 2412, and the diameter of the air injection holes 24121 is smaller than 2 mm. In this embodiment, the collecting box 1 includes an air inlet expanding section 12, a box body 13, an air outlet expanding section 14, and a quick connector 15 disposed at the mounting hole 11, the air inlet expanding section 12 is connected to an air inlet end of the box body 13, and the air outlet expanding section 14 is connected to an air outlet end of the box body 13. The port of the inlet expansion section 12 is provided with a first flange 121, and the port of the outlet expansion section 14 is provided with a second flange 141.

The ceramic fiber wool 31 and the catalytic module 32 arranged in the adsorption mechanism 3 in the embodiment have good catalytic purification effect on NOx in the exhaust gas, and can form multi-layer purification treatment on the exhaust gas.
In this embodiment, the sidewall of the catch tank 1 is provided with at least one through hole 16, the through hole 16 is located on the sidewall of the catch tank 1 opposite to the mounting hole 11, and a detachable sealing member 161 is disposed at the through hole 16. In the embodiment, the through holes 16 arranged on the side wall of the collecting box 1 can regularly clean the black particulate matter sediment deposited in the collecting box 1, so that the using effect of the soot blower is ensured, and the advantages of long maintenance time and low use cost of the soot blower are realized; the fixing pieces 4 arranged at the four corners of the catching box 1 are convenient for fixing the catching box 1, so that the stability of the catching box 1 in the using process is further improved, and the working efficiency is further improved.
