The support body 20 consists of a ball head 21, a neck collar 22 and a handle 23; the ball head 21 is in a spherical shape with a smooth surface, the neck collar 22 is in a circular structure, the handle 23 is a striking-in type handle which is in a long conical structure with an inverted tooth-shaped structure and is provided with a rough coating, and the striking-in type handle is implanted into the radial wrist joint by using an implantation instrument and is used for realizing the reconstruction of the radial wrist joint.
In the embodiment, the artificial scaphoid of the impacted pawl type ball-and-socket joint is accurately implanted into the radial wrist joint, so that the normal radial wrist joint gap can be reconstructed, the mobility of the radial wrist joint is reserved, the friction between the artificial scaphoid and the adjacent wrist bone is reduced, the narrow radial wrist joint gap is avoided, and the effect of replacing the necrotic scaphoid is achieved.
When the artificial scaphoid bone is applied, as shown in figure 2, the radial wrist joint is exposed, the necrotic or diseased scaphoid is removed, the scaphoid body 10 which is impacted into the artificial scaphoid of the inverted tooth type ball-and-socket joint is placed at the anatomical position of the original scaphoid, the ideal corresponding position is marked on the joint surface of the corresponding distal radius end, the scaphoid body is taken out, a bone tunnel is drilled at the position of the marked distal radius end by using a drill bit, and the distal radius bone is drilled into the bone with the same diameter as the neck collar and the same depth as the thickness of the neck collar so as to bite the residual bone at the neck collar part; striking the support body 20 into the bone tunnel until the neck portion is submerged in the previously fabricated neck void; the flexion and extension of the joint of the radius wrist are expanded, the scaphoid body is placed in the original scaphoid dissection position, the ball head of the support body is placed in the spherical pit of the scaphoid body, the joint of the radius wrist is reset, and the implantation of the artificial scaphoid of the impacted pawl type ball-and-socket joint is completed.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (2)
1. The artificial scaphoid with the driving-in inverted tooth type ball-and-socket joint is an implant used for reconstructing the original scaphoid function and keeping the gap and the mobility of the radial-and-wrist joint, and comprises a scaphoid body and a support body, wherein the scaphoid body is an irregular shape which is similar to the scaphoid of a human body and consists of a head part, a body part and a tail part, the support body consists of a ball head, a neck collar and a handle, a spherical socket is formed at the position, opposite to the ball head of the support body, of the body part of the scaphoid body, the spherical socket and the ball head form the ball-and-socket joint, the handle is a driving-in type handle, the driving-in type handle is a long conical structure with an inverted tooth-shaped structure and is provided with a rough coating, and the structure is implanted into the radial-and-wrist joint by using an implantation instrument and is used for realizing the reconstruction of the radial-and-wrist joint; the bulb is the smooth sphere in surface shape, the neck is the ring form structure.
2. The driving-in inverted-tooth ball-and-socket joint artificial scaphoid as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the scaphoid is made of polyethylene, and the support body is made of alloy.
