Description

Radio frequency ablation catheter convenient for puncture, guide, fixable guide wire and liquid injection
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a radiofrequency ablation catheter which is convenient for puncture, introduction, fixation of a guide wire and liquid injection.
Background
Common clinical causes of the biliary tract malignant obstruction include malignant tumors which are originally generated in the biliary tract system, and metastatic tumors such as liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer and the like which invade bile ducts. Surgical resection is the only radical treatment method for biliary tract tumor, but only 20-30% of patients have the chance of surgical resection, most of patients have middle and late stage diagnosis and poor basic condition, even show cachexia, the surgical resection rate is low, about 10.4%, and only palliative treatment can be performed after the optimal surgical chance is lost. In recent years, radio frequency ablation therapy is widely applied to solid tumors such as liver, tumor tissues can be coagulated and necrotized by virtue of local high temperature, and the radio frequency ablation therapy has important significance for controlling tumor development and prolonging the life of patients. By means of the catheter radiofrequency ablation through the natural cavity or intervention of the human body through the percutaneous liver puncture under the endoscope, the tumor tissue is palliatively destroyed through radiofrequency ablation, the disease course is delayed, and therefore the survival period of a patient is prolonged, and the method has important significance. The catheter radio frequency ablation technology is a new minimally invasive treatment method, has definite feasibility for the clinical treatment of patients with biliary tract malignant obstruction and ablation treatment, and can directly and effectively perform ablation treatment on tumor focuses.
There are two ways of catheter radio frequency ablation: one is Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and the other is percutaneous hepatopuncture cholangiography (PTC). Under the assistance of an endoscope or an X-ray machine, after the guide wire intubation is guided into the bile duct, the tumor part, the pathological change degree and the length are clearly imaged, the guide wire is reserved, and under the guide of the guide wire, the radio frequency ablation catheter can conduct the working end to the part where the tumor is located to carry out radio frequency ablation. In both modes, a guide wire needs to be penetrated firstly, then the guide wire is imaged through an X-ray machine, so that the guide wire is accurately positioned at the focus position of the cavity, the guide wire is positioned at the focus position, then the conductive working end of the ablation catheter penetrates into the focus position under the guidance of the guide wire, and then the radiofrequency ablation is carried out.
According to two modes of the catheter radiofrequency ablation, the schematic diagram of the penetration path of the radiofrequency ablation catheter into the biliary tract lesion is shown in fig. 6. The penetration path of the ERCP mode radio frequency ablation catheter is as follows: the radiofrequency ablation catheter enters the stomach c through the oral cavity d of the human body, then enters the duodenum b, and finally reversely enters the biliary tract lesion tissue a. The PTC mode radio frequency ablation catheter penetration path is as follows: the skin surface layer directly penetrates into the path e, and finally reversely enters the biliary tract lesion tissue a. The route of the radiofrequency ablation catheter which enters the focus of the biliary tract cavity is complicated and difficult to penetrate into the focus through the natural cavity (ERCP) or percutaneous Puncture (PTC) of the human body. Therefore, there is a need to address the ease of penetration of radiofrequency ablation catheters. Meanwhile, according to clinical requirements, the safety of the radio frequency ablation and the timely evaluation of the effect of the radio frequency ablation by injecting a contrast medium after the radio frequency ablation are also required to be met.
