Description

Degradable disinfection wet tissue
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of wet tissues, and particularly relates to a degradable disinfectant wet tissue.
Background
In daily life, in order to eliminate bacteria and viruses which may be contacted with a human body, people adopt a plurality of disinfection modes, and the wiping disinfection mode adopted in the plurality of disinfection modes is the most convenient, accurate and effective disinfection mode. Therefore, the disinfectant wet tissue becomes one of the necessary cleaning products. The effective disinfection mode aiming at the virus and bacteria is to adopt alcohol for disinfection, and the adoption of the alcohol for disinfecting the wet towel is the most convenient, fastest, most safe and effective mode.
However, most of the traditional wet tissues take non-woven fabrics made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester and polyamide as substrates, and although the cost is low, the most defects are that biodegradation cannot be carried out, recycling is difficult, and white pollution can be caused by using a large amount of the traditional wet tissues. In addition, in order to manufacture functional wet tissues, a solution containing a plurality of chemical components is required to be prepared, and a water source is easily polluted. With the enhancement of the environmental awareness of people, the biodegradable materials are used for manufacturing the environment-friendly wet tissues, which becomes a appeal for people, and more countries, companies and enterprises are vigorously developing various degradable textiles. In particular to degradable textile which can be suitable for being used as a disinfection wet tissue.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a degradable disinfectant wet tissue. The disinfection wet tissue has good water absorption and softness, improves the comfort of using the wet tissue, adopts degradable fibers as a carrier, can be rapidly and naturally degraded after being used, and is friendly and harmless to human bodies and the environment.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the first purpose of the invention is to provide a degradable disinfectant wet wipe, which consists of a non-woven fabric sheet and a disinfectant, wherein the non-woven fabric sheet is made of degradable fibers, and the disinfectant comprises 70-80% of alcohol solution.
In a further scheme, the non-woven fabric sheet is a spunlace non-woven fabric sheet, and the degradable fibers are selected from at least one of lyocell fibers, wood pulp fibers and bamboo fibers.
Lyocell fiber is a brand-new fabric for textile and clothing, and is emerging in Europe and America in the middle and late 90 s of the 20 th century. The natural viscose fiber has the characteristics of comfort, good hand feeling, easy dyeing and the like of natural fiber cotton, and also has the environmental protection advantage which is not possessed by the traditional viscose fiber. The wood pulp fiber is one of the raw materials of wood pulp of trees. However, unlike the conventional plant fiber, it is a secondary fiber (i.e., a product separated from the original wood fiber, which is frequently used in spinning, such as Australian wood fiber underpants, SIMWOOD fiber socks, and towels made of wood fiber), and is named as wood pulp fiber since it is mainly extracted from wood pulp. Bamboo fiber is cellulose fiber extracted from naturally growing bamboo, and the fifth most natural fiber is cotton, hemp, wool and silk. The bamboo fiber has the characteristics of good air permeability, instant water absorption, strong wear resistance, good dyeing property and the like, and has the functions of natural antibiosis, bacteriostasis, mite removal, deodorization and ultraviolet resistance.
In a further aspect, the spunlaced nonwoven sheet is made from lyocell fibers at a 100% level.
The spunlace nonwoven fabric sheet of the disinfectant wet tissue can be made of 100% lyocell fibers, and the high-fiber lyocell fibers are adopted, so that the water locking performance of the wet tissue is further improved, and the disinfection effect is provided. The lyocell fiber has the characteristics of green raw materials, green and environment-friendly production process and complete degradation and natural return of products, so that the disposable wet tissue can be rapidly degraded, and the environmental protection problem can be effectively solved; meanwhile, the lyocell fiber has the characteristic of more comfortable use, so that the wet towel can be endowed with better comfort.
In a further scheme, the spunlace nonwoven fabric is made of lyocell fibers, wood pulp fibers and bamboo fibers, wherein the added mass ratio of the lyocell fibers to the wood pulp fibers to the bamboo fibers is 70-85: 5-20: 1-10.
The spunlace nonwoven fabric of the disinfectant wet tissue can also be prepared from lyocell fibers, wood pulp fibers and bamboo fibers, wherein the mass ratio of the lyocell fibers to the wood pulp fibers to the bamboo fibers is 70-85: 5-20: 1-10. Therefore, the disinfectant wet tissue is formed by combining the lyocell fiber wood pulp fiber and the bamboo fiber in a proper mass ratio, and is entangled with each other by spunlace, so that the liquid absorption, water locking property and softness of the disinfectant wet tissue can be further improved, and a better disinfectant effect is achieved.
In a further scheme, the adding mass ratio of the lyocell fiber wood pulp fiber to the bamboo fiber is 75-85: 10-15: 1-5.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the addition is 80: 15: 5.
the weight ratio of the added lyocell fibers, the wood pulp fibers and the bamboo fibers is 80: 15: when 5, the nonwoven sheet produced has the best water absorption properties.
In a further aspect, the lyocell fibers have a fibrillation index of 2 to 7;
preferably, the fibrillation index of the lyocell fiber is 3-5.
Compared with other regenerated fibers, the lyocell fiber has the advantages that the longitudinal form is smooth, the section form is regular and round, the lyocell fiber has a sheath-core layer, the polymerization degree, the crystallinity, the orientation degree and the regularity along the axial direction of the fiber are all higher than those of other regenerated fibers, and due to the characteristics, the side surface of an amorphous area of the fiber is less in transverse connection and is easy to crack to form fibrils.
The degree of Fibrillation is expressed in terms of the Fibrillation Index f.i. (i.e., Fibrillation Index) and is generally classified into 0 to 10 stages, with higher stages indicating greater degrees of Fibrillation. In the disinfectant wet tissue, the nonwoven fabric sheet made of the highly fibrillated lyocell fibers is used as a carrier, so that the water locking property of the wet tissue can be improved, the disinfectant and antibacterial effects are ensured, the flexibility of the wet tissue can be improved, and the use comfort of a user is improved. When the fibrillation index of the lyocell fiber is 3 to 5, the water absorption effect of the produced non-woven fabric sheet is the best.
In a further scheme, the titer of the lyocell fiber is 0.5-2.5dtex, and the length is 10-20 mm;
preferably, the titer of the lyocell fiber is 1.0 to 2.0dtex, and the length is 15 to 18 mm.
In a further scheme, the cross section of the lyocell fiber is flat or round.
In a further aspect, the grammage of the spunlace nonwoven sheet made of lyocell fibers is in the range of 10 to 90g/m2
It is preferable thatThe gram weight of the spunlace nonwoven sheet is 40-70g/m2
In a further scheme, the mass ratio of the disinfectant to the non-woven fabric pieces is 1.7-5: 1;
preferably, the mass ratio of the disinfectant to the non-woven fabric pieces is 2-3.5: 1.
Further, the structure of the spunlace nonwoven fabric sheet is selected from at least one of plain weave, EF pattern, pearl pattern and mesh pattern.
In a further proposal, the spunlace nonwoven fabric sheet is quadrilateral, round, triangular and other polygons,
preferably, the spunlace nonwoven sheet is quadrilateral.
In a further aspect, the spunlace nonwoven sheet has a weight of 0.036g to 3.5g, preferably 0.8g to 2 g.
In a further scheme, the concentration of the alcohol solution is 70-75%, and the alcohol is medical alcohol.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the spunlace nonwoven fabric sheet of the disinfectant wet tissue can be made of 100% lyocell fibers, and the high-fiber lyocell fibers are adopted, so that the water locking performance of the wet tissue is further improved, and the disinfection effect is provided. The lyocell fiber has the characteristics of green raw materials, green and environment-friendly production process and complete degradation and natural return of products, so that the disposable wet tissue can be rapidly degraded, and the environmental protection problem can be effectively solved; meanwhile, the lyocell fiber has the characteristic of more comfortable use, so that the wet tissue can be endowed with better comfort.
2. Therefore, the disinfectant wet tissue is formed by combining the lyocell fiber wood pulp fiber and the bamboo fiber in a proper mass ratio, and the components are entangled with each other by spunlace, so that the liquid absorption, the water locking property and the flexibility of the disinfectant wet tissue can be further improved, and a better disinfectant effect is achieved.
3. The degradable disinfectant wet tissue has the characteristics of convenience and quickness in carrying and use, and the disinfectant is quickly volatilized and does not remain; therefore, the skin disinfection device can be used for disinfecting the skin surface and the object surface in daily life, can also be used for medical disinfection, and has more diversified purposes.
